Very nice clean store. Many selections to choose from. The layout is wide and easy to walk two carts aside by side.There are charging stations outside.

Everything looks nicebut nobody wants to be at work nobody wants to help you you call in and tell you they have the item when you get there they dont have the item go to a different Target or just go to Walmart

Ran to Target and found the cutest hanging woven basket for $5 in their front of store area that competes with Dollar Tree. I have it hanging in my bathroom to corral all my cosmetics. Its perfect! Plus I bought a $4 room essentials Wall Clock to take to my new job. My area doesnt have a clock and it needs one! I bought one in the color Navy and it looks good! I found Wet Wipes in the travel size aisle, so I grabbed a pack. Havent seen Wet Wipes since Covid hit! While in the cosmetics area, I picked up Q-Tips and Up & Up Cotton Ovals for removing makeup. Paid for it all with my Target card, so I immediately saved 5% on the entire purchase. Sweet!

The store is bright and clean. Displays are appealing. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy shopping at this target because it is so pleasant. And I feel like I get some good bargains.

I love this location its always clean and organized. I like how everything is so spread out and visible while your walking down the aisle.If you catch them on a good day you can come across some good sales on certain items. Target can be pricey on some items but the quality of their stuff is awesome.I wish Target would be more accurate when it comes to keeping track of their inventory in their app. I always check the app to see whats in stock but once Im in the store the item is not there even though the app says its in stock.This location is considered a super Target which includes a Starbucks and a grocery side. They have a big selection of womens, kids and mens clothing.The store is located right off of 285 on Lavista Road exit. Its not hard to miss. It will be right behind a restaurant called Del Taco.Overall this is a great store and the employees are always willing to help out.

Wow! I have not been impressed by a business in a while, but today Target impressed me! I placed an online pickup order this morning to pick up when I got off of work. I opened the app to let them know I was on the way. When I arrived, I parked, and in less than 30 seconds a young lady was walking to my car with my order. I have NEVER got curbside pick up that fast at ANY business. Her and 2 other employees were actually outside, in the rain, with the orders that were placed! Bravo to the manager and employees at this location!

I just enjoy Target products but they did not have my veggie eggs made out of plants, their called just eggs.

I love this location! Always well stocked, always clean and neat. The associates are so friendly especially Terrie. She always greets everyone with a smile, makes sure the lines move and everyone is helped. Her style is noticed because she is always on point with the hair and makeup. The manager is always on point too, she is professional and works just as hard as her staff. I often see her working along side the others. I love this location!

Target always has the most helpful customer service and understanding staff. I showed a literal minute before closing and was still shown kindness from the staff and was told where I can grab what I needed. I was attempting to lift a super heavy dresser when Wallace stepped in and helped me carry it to the front of the store. It’s that dedication from the staff that will bring me back to target. Came to the pharmacy to get a covid shot, which was quick and easy. Pharmacist was very nice. Then, since I was there, I did a little grocery shopping (I havent shopped at a target for a while) and was impressed with the selection and prices

The staff at the location need better customer service training. Poor experiences each time I go. Turning into Walmart.

I really like using Target app to pickup orders. It knows when I am at the store. Parking is very easy to find. They are quick I don’t have to wait long. Also Target employees go above and beyond to make sure you have your entire order even when servicing more than one customer.

My family have been shopping at Target stores for years, and they have been very happy. My daughter who lives in Long Island (Islip Town) have shop at target stores daily. My grand-children know Target with there eyes closed. Everything is always clean, you don’t have to pick clothes off the floor. Employees are on around when you need them. They are always very polite and respectful. Never have to wait on long lines(except Christmas or Thanksgiving). Oh or a Snow Storm. Target has the BEST employees.

Ventured in. Much more covid safe than my venture into the local Walmart (room to distance, everyone in masks, actually clean)The cashier I had (04/22 - ~9 am) was amazing- one of the best cashiers I’ve ever encountered. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, pleasant... absolutely stood out.(I did call the manager after to say so, who seemed decidedly less than impressed at being bothered from her business with me calling just for feedback).

I have 4 month old twins and it was just so quick and easy.

The pharmacist was amazing. He is attentive, and let me use a coupon that saved me $150 on my medication. Thats HUGE. He was also really encouraging.

Better and friendlier service than other stores.

Don’t bother ordering items for pickup. They don’t hold them for you and they don’t notify you when they sell out. I drove 45 min to get the last available item in town and then when I get there they say whoops sorry it’s gone. Complete waste of my afternoon and about $15 dollars in gas.

I’m honestly very disappointed in this targets customer service. I would definitely not recommend coming here to buy anything you would need assistance with. I’m getting ready to have my baby so I decided to go crib shopping. When I finally found the one I wanted I looked around for help and there was no one in sight. I did see someone in the tech area and asked him how I could get help. He did try to get someone through his radio and no one showed up. I didn’t want to keep bothering him since I didn’t know if he was allowed to assist me since what I wanted was a crib. Anywho I pressed on the service button for someone to come help me and after waiting almost 40 mins no one came. The guy who made the call through the radio tried to help me but I’m not sure if he actually tried to help me or get me to just leave the store. He said he saw in his system that they had 3 in stock but said that sometimes online doesn’t have accurate information. He tried sending me to sandy springs because they had 4 in stock but not sure why I would want to make that far drive if targets website isn’t accurate. Any who he recommended for me to order online just to make sure the north Druid hill location had it. I ended up ordering it online and going to the north Druid hills location however processing the order online took forever so I went inside the store just for them to tell me the same thing saying they could see that they had any but didn’t even try to go check in the back to make sure after I told them I drove here because online it said they had 2 in stock. I’m seriously very upset because I’m super pregnant and I have to run around looking for something I need and just not getting the service I deserved as a customer. What made me more upset is that I cancelled the online order I made to the north Druid hill location because it’s not close to where I live, the Tucker location is the closest so I ended up just ordering it from the Tucker location just to be told they had it. Meaning that if I would’ve gotten the help I needed as a buying customer I could’ve left the store with a crib and not just a mattress. I had to find someone to help me go pick up the crib that they told me wasn’t in stock at the Tucker location just because no ones wanted to help me and actually check to see or get someone that knew how to check stock properly. I went to buy my babies crib at target because in the past I have gotten the service and help I needed at the Buford location by the mall of Ga. If I wanted to not be helped and get poor customer service I would’ve just went to Walmart. I’m honestly very upset that I had this problem. I do not recommend anyone buying large items at this location.

A typical but good Target. The manager I encountered today was very helpful. I went here and got leaf bags because that was the best deal - so you can get some good deals here if you know what youre going to come here for in the first place. The main problem I have with this Target is that its really hard to get out of sometimes-you have to exit on to Northlake Parkway and if you are taking a left it can be really hard especially at lunchtime or any of the other traffic times. Other than that, they have all a produce department now which is good if you need something quick while youre shopping for other stuff, and theres a Starbucks in this Target to if youre into that too.

I guess all the nastiees work here I got laid in the bathroom for free by an employee for no charge GREAT ESTABLISHMENT

I shop faithfully at my target in Lawrenceville. My local store was out of a collector item I was looking for. I drove all the way to the Target in Tucker. Anthony the Asst. Mgr was so helpful. He stop immediately what he was doing to hear me out but before that He told his employee was he okay with leaving him to finish doing whatever he was doing. (Respect for that one).He then begin to look up my item. He walked all the way to the stock room to get me exactly what I was looking for. He rung me up with no problems. Now, this is what I call good customer services. He won himself a customer and yes Im willing to make a drive back to Tucker Location. Just because he had great services! Great Service with a Great Smile will always bring a customer back!

Ive been a long time Target customer due to the stores selections and well above average quality. In my many years of shopping with Target I only had one bad experience being checked out by Cassandra. Except for this one negative shopping trip due to Cassandras lack of positive customer service Ive always been happy to shop at Target and will continue to do so.

Given today’s hot competition with Walmart & Amazon, whenever I shop at this Target, the majority of the time, I walk out empty handed; like this morning. The shelves are rarely fully stocked and the items I shop for are almost ways unavailable. Go figure! Back to Walmart!

I bought an item online with the intent to pickup at this location the following day. After purchasing the item, I received an email letting me know the item is ready for pickup. Easy enough, right? Just to be 100% sure I don’t waste my time driving up there on my day off work, I decided to also call and speak to someone and have them confirm my item is ready for pickup, and the person I spoke to said I’m all set, come in whenever and pick up my item. Cool, easy enough. However, after driving 20 minutes to the store and walking to the pickup counter, they have an item in my bag that isn’t even close to what I ordered. Not even close. I mean really? Seriously? They refunded my money and that was that. And people wonder why Amazon is killing all retail stores. Never again will I visit this location.

This is the first Target that I have ever been able to find staff for help. The staff is so kind and helpful. The store is massive so I highly suggest downloading the target app and looking up what aisle the product is that you are looking for is on. They have plenty of self checkouts which is a major plus. This location also has a Starbucks inside. This location also has a grocery store and a CVS pharmacy.

The app has many sales making the hands free experience perfect for elderly.

I like your store merchandise. Your employees are friendly and helpful too.

Perry helped me to setup my app so I no longer have to carry my RedCard I can simply scan and pay from my wallet. He was very patient. Perry was the only Target associate working very early in the morning around 8:35 a.m. for all self check out lines at the Northlake location in Tucker, Georgia. He was helping 3 customers at 1 time but was still pleasant and very professional. Perry needs an on the spot award. During COVID I suggest a cash reward.

Item was available speedily and I had the alternative of having someone else picking it up for me.

I went to this store on Sunday night Jan 20, 2019. The store manager name’s Cody, he was really nice, knowledge, so supportive, and did care about the customers a lot. Store associates and cashier were also nice, willing to help on. Impressed!! I will come to this store more often. Highly recommend! Best service ever.

ZERO stars. Ive shopped here many times over the years spending thousands. Never again. Worst Target ever. Got a new device and service in electronics. Tech guy was condescending and rude. Kept playing around on his personal phone all through the transaction. Wanted me to tell him my SSN out loud for everyone to hear! I whispered it, he typed it into the computer, then immediately picked up his personal phone and typed something in it! Seriously?! Is my identity being stolen?!! I wrote his name on the receipt and will be closely watching my credit report for fraud. Ill also be lodging a complaint with the service provider so that they know Target doesnt seem to care about the service providers customers and puts their financial welfare at great risk!

Bad management, They had a lot of coronavirus outbreak in the store, supposed to quarantine the returned clothes they don’t. I was advised by your ETL Marcia to “smoke a little weed like she does to gain weight”. Whenever I buy meats at this location go home to cook it and it already smells like it’s goin bad! Whole store looks a mess everything is either out of sock or all over the floor. North Druid Hills is a better location!

This is a pretty nice location we had to run in and get a few things while we were theyre from out of town we got a few groceries and a few other things. I will say there was a bunch of empty shelves at the time. But they could have been going through something or changing the mods. Not sure, but everyone was very friendly and we got in and out fairly quickly.

I cant speak for the store as a whole but I can definitely say that the part where the cell technology need some improvement when it comes to customer service A fat woman with red dyed hair Was the cashier when I purchase this Some wireless headphones Which cost was slashed from 2099 to roughly $15 Now I just the flied for a target discount which would saved me 5% So now the cost was $15.38 tax added on mind you Now the 1st time ring it up It was perfect What I guess something went wrong because she had to ring it up again and this time when she wont get out it went to the original price Which was $16.19 Now I asked her Did you put in my 5% in She said she did but she did it So instead of paying $15.38 I paid $16.19 felt a Little Rob

No one ever answers the phone at this target location in northlake. It doesnt matter what time of day you call or what department you choose. Management needs to fix this. Every other target Ive called answers the phone when Ive called... Not this one. Every. Single. Time. Very annoyed.
