The cold brew is sooo good. It’s strong and flavorful! I got a vanilla cream cold brew, with almond milk. So flavorful. Definitely one of the best cold brews I have had.

This place has been Einstein Bros. for quite some time now. The bagels are always fresh with different varieties, e.g. the new Texas brisket breakfast sandwich! Delicious! Plus, the coffee is tasty too! Im not a coffee connoisseur to really judge how good coffee should taste, but the caramel coffee shake was good to both my wife and I. Typically they sell these wonderful hashbrown balls, but were sold out this morning. Talk about disappointment 😞. Anyway, I say try this place if youve never been and love bagels either plain or as a breakfast sandwich! Its worth it!

Ridiculous drive through wait times!!! I will never go back! I waited in line for over 30 minutes before I decided to just leave. Didnt even get to order. Drive to Starbucks and was through the line in no time.

Bagels come stuffed with cream cheese and coffee always tastes fresh The service is good as well. Although drive thru can be a bit faster.

I used to have bagels from Einstein Brothers every week when I worked in Midtown Atlanta. After I was downsized out of that job, didn’t have any more bagels from them. Saw them on DoorDash and had to get some brunch. I ordered the “Bacon, egg and cheese brunch box”. It arrived quickly, complete and packaged very well for delivery.I’ve always loved their Asiago bagel so that’s what I ordered today. It didn’t disappoint. Bagel was delicious and chewy, and toasted well. The bacon was cooked well and crispy, the egg over medium. And Tasty mild cheddar topped it off.Never even heard of twice baked hash browns before today. It’s kind of like a biscuit/fritter made from hash browns, cheese and spices. Was pleasantly surprised.The blueberry muffin was as moist and tasty as I remember them to be.Overall I enjoyed the brunch a lot. No qualms about ordering from here again.

Excellent bagels and an amazing environment. My husband doesn’t care about most food places but he loves this one. They have cranberry bagels which is hard to find. They even make hot chocolate the way I like it and I’m a really picky eater. Thank you for moving into Tucker area and thank you for making our stomachs happy.

I’m rating this place on one experience, so might not be the fairest way to do this. But it was so disappointing. I ordered a bagel with egg, cheddar cheese and a tomato. It was truly one of the most pathetic sandwiches I’ve ever bought. The cheddar cheese slice was micro thin. I mean like a 32nd of an inch thin. And the tomato was also super thin and old and mealy, and I’ve never seen an egg so thin. It was crazy. Like there was a contest in how to make the ingredients as thin and non-existent as possible. Why not a nice thick slice of cheese, a fresh tomato and a better, fresher, thicker egg. McDonalds is better.

This was my first time at this location and they do not disappoint! From the very nice young lady that took my order who was patient and helpful to the man who prepared my bagel. I will definitely return! 🥯

My visit was at 11:30 on a Sunday. Ample parking, only one person in front of me in line, and I sat at the bar while I waited for my food and drink. The staff was friendly, and my order was correct. I got a cold press coffee and Everything schmearfuls. I probably won’t get them again as the bantam bagels at Starbucks are better. All in all a good experience and I will be back.

Got a pretzel bagel not toasted to go. Got to my car,and it was ice cold like it just came out of the refrigerator! It was awful. Went back in to get another, and they just handed me another..no apology or explanation...totally rude! Never going back

Its a combo-store of Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bro Bagels! Delicious coffee, great menu with many different tasty options. Friendly Staff. Its clean, quiet, and cozy inside, theres even an electronic fireplace. A great place to do some work, with available wall outlets and many seating options with large tables. I like this place.

Bought the Nova Lox which is normally very good but not today. Instead of a slice of tomato I had a!most an inch of the core. As for the onion, a 2 square was thrown on top of the lox. Management needs to teach the staff how to slice tomatoes and onions! I was disappointed. This was not their standard.

Passing through this morning and stopped here in route to stone mountain with my family. They lady who took my order was so nice. My order was a total pain. She got her manager to advise how to ring it up. The manager came over, and she was encouraging to the associate and hospitable to us. Its not often you see this in the world of fast paced and often rude people. Go support this location! It is very well managed and filled with friendly and uplifting people.

The bagels are on the better side. A couple of notches above Dunkin Donuts, BUT during the covid 19 outbreak, they were making food and drinks without gloves! Not washing their hands after each customer. Most other fast food restaurants who don’t typically wear gloves were wearing them specifically due to Covid 19. That honestly disgusted me. I’ll maybe come back when things are over. Management should be ashamed. I’ve also seen some workers not wearing masks on several occasions during this ordeal.

I was excited to hear there was a Caribou near my house. I used to go to the one in Midtown, but its too far. I had a great experience. The service was excellent and the atmosphere warm and inviting. I didnt have to wait for my hot tea/food. Ms. D had a great smile and seemed genuinely kind/helpful. I go to a lot of coffee/tea shops to work, I look for warm environment, good tea/coffee (depending on mood), competent and kind staff and music that is not distracting. This place checked all the boxes. Ill definitely be back.

They took my order at the drive thru then when I got to the window the girl hadnt entered and I had to wait for them to fix every body behinds me food before they fixed mine.

The temp is typically cool but reasonable here (guess they dont want you to hang out to long) but this day the Air Conditioning was on overdrive. The initial reaction to the request to change the thermostat was odd at best. Of the 5 people in line, 2 left before ordering and the 2 employees working the register were wearing sweaters. The temp was adjusted. Food and drinks are consistently good

There is a young lady working the drive thru around 6:30 A:M during the weekday that is SO friendly and sweet. I’m not sure of her name, but she always makes me feel so welcoming when I order coffee. Definitely a good start to a morning 👍🏼

I have frequented this place since it opened. The staff are so sweet and professional. Every time I come I find a very cozy atmosphere and a clean environment. (This includes the bathrooms! ) Food and beverages are quite good as well and they are prepared quickly even during busy times. I am glad to have this cafe in my area and I hope more are to come. Way to go Coffee & Bagels team!

Great staff, lots of space to work/study, free coffee refills... so refreshing. I love Starbucks but it’s often crowded and I can hardly ever find a decent space to work/study. I have never had that issue here. Also, restaurant area and bathrooms are always clean. I do wish they had longer hours on though.

Caribou was lacking from this area for many years and Im so happy to see them back. The addition of Einstein Bros to this side of town is also a welcome addition. This location is great. Cozy, quiet, and convenient.

This place is great! The only problem is that their sign always says open. I work next door and see numerous customers every day park, walk to the entrance, try the door and then realize they are closed. A sign saying closed would be very helpful!

Love this place, the bagels are so good... If they could only get my order correct. 3 of the 5 times Ive been there, my order has been wrong, one time I even made the mistake of not checking my order until I got home. Ended up having to go back to get it corrected.Aside from that, its still really good food, and such a friendly staff. I just make sure I check my order before leaving.

The drive thru is horrible! I sat there for 5 minutes without being served. and when the lady did come she just held her hand out for the payment without saying anything!!edit: once again had another horrible experience through the drive thru. she doesn’t care about her job(the young lady with the shaved hair) and she takes it out on her customers... also her long nails?? isn’t that a heath code violation?

Listen, this place is AWESOME. SUPER SERVICE, and to be honest, Natasha is a superstar. She is not only efficient and service oriented but she is also super kind and friendly. She will go out of her way for you twice a morning.

Coming from upstate NY I complain a lot about pizza. The real tragedy is the lack of quality bagels outside NY. While Einstein Bros. are pretty basic bagels, and not really reminiscent of the bagels in NY (though better than Breuggers), its still the best Ive found down here, and the coffee offerings are great. It is a bit on the expensive side for smaller bagels than Im used to.

This is a great coffee shop and a welcome addition to the Northlake area. Very friendly and efficient people, great coffee and great variety of bagels. One of the best parts is having lots of parking and easy access. My favorite coffee shop in the area!

Nice and clean because they just opened, however they need to work on their customer service skills and food prep. The bagel sandwich I ordered was lopsided. All the meat was on one side and about a third of the sandwich was just bread. They get 3 stars because I know theyre just opening and probably still on training.

One of the worst bagels ever. Not only were there no more plain or everything bagels at 9am, service was unfriendly. This chain needs an overhaul of just give up on trying to make good bagels. They lack flavor, thickness and the price is absurd.

Drive thru was EXTREMELY slow. I ordered 2 bagels and a coffee, and she repeated my order back to me. When i get up to the window, she said she only rang me up for one bagel. And this isn’t the first time. Unbelievable

Lets start with the positives. Everything we received tasted really good. This is why I am giving it 2 stars and not 1. My sandwich the tasty turkey was missing the cucumber and spinach and had very little Turkey. My wifes ham and swiss had very little ham and her medium chai tea latte was more of a chai tea cappuccino. The cup was half full of liquid and the rest was foam.If we had dined in I would have addressed these concerns but since it was take out the only clue was the extra light cup.So my experience I paid $19 for what should have been premium sandwiches and a premium hot drink. What is the root cause? Poor training? Management? The things might seem small but these are what can doom a business.

Ordered two sandwiches and an iced coffee for me and my boyfriend. The iced coffee had coffee grounds or something gritty at the bottom (not sugar, I drink it black). The sandwiches were bland and not filling. On top of that they didnt even clean the knife after they cut my sandwich so my boyfriends had schmear from my sandwich on it. Overall just disappointing. Shouldve just gone to the Dunkin down the road.

Came in on a Friday morning to pick up some food for the company breakfast. I got the impression that the staff weren’t adequately trained to handle breakfast times. My order taker completely missed my query if they had a box for the 6 pastries I ordered, and packed them separately in paper bags instead.While I waited for my ice latte to be made, the order taker had to remind one of the staff—who was also handling drink orders via the drive through—to make my drink, and his first response to her was, “I can’t hear you.” he made my drink promptly after the reminder and apologized for the wait, but I don’t think that exchange is something customers should see. If I were in his position I would have walked to the cashier/order taker instead of having her call out across the room that he had missed my order.I would estimate that the branch had 5 staff members working on orders at 7:45 am on a Friday morning. However their movements while preparing both walk-in and drive-through orders seemed unfocused and lacking in energy. Not the best image to project during peak times!I think the image of the location could be improved if all staff members could step up their pace and work on internal communication in the presence of waiting customers.

SO GOOD. All their bagels and shmear are amazing. Also this one is attached to a caribou coffee and that place is like 10 times better than starbucks.The staff here is quick and real nice.

The staff is wonderful at this location. The food is just ok. Ive had better at other Caribou locations. The biggest problem is the internet never (Ive been at least 5 times) works properly. I am always getting kicked off. Also, the music is extremely loud which makes the overall atmosphere loud.

Awful customer service! I placed a order in the store with my disabled mother during a non busy time. I Waited 25 minutes for 2 bagels. I Complained to the manager Randall and he replied we are busy in the drive thru. WOW! So much for feeling valued as a paying customer. I expected to at least have a staff member check in on us while we waited although 25 mins. is extremely long!

I really hate this place because of their pispoor customer service. There always short staff and always have people waiting in line. If you dont like your job ladies then quit and find another job!! They operate like people have all day to wait around for them. I believe her name is Jessica Vicks who I particularly do not like I believe shes the manager she has a really nasty attitude and needs to work on that. I dont have to spend my hard earned money its not required so dont make yourself more important than you are. Ill be thinking very hard before I come again!!

I have been a fan of Einstein Bagels for many years and was excited when I learned that they were opening a location near my home in Tucker. I went there for the first time this morning.The space was small cramped and crowded and seems to be trying to mimic a small New York storefront bagel shop. This is Georgia we have lots of space to spread out, why not use it?The coffee urns are set up in the middle of the counter and the creamer, sweeteners, stirrers, Lids, etcetera are set up on a counter over a trash can on the far wall. The coffee urns are poorly Marked and I had difficulty trying to find the decaf. I finally had to ask someone behind the counter. Coffee urns were small and ran out after a few moments leaving people waiting for refills. I never got my second cup.While they do serve good lunch sandwiches they do not provide sodas of any sorts to go with them. The only drinks available are coffee, weird spiced hot teas, Iced tea, orange juice, several varieties of bottled water or one of their frozen concoctions . Nothing for my younger daughter to have along with her tasty turkey. Come on guys, this is Georgia the home of Coca-Cola. Add some sodas to your menu for the kids and those of us who love a Bagel sandwich for lunch but not coffee.The design is horrible. It is not child-friendly, senior friendly or customer friendly. In the future I will gladly Drive the extra 5 miles to get to the Einsteins in Decatur where it is a more relaxing, friendly and accommodating location with room to spread out, and I can get a soda or a complementary cup of water to clear my palate.

The people were nice enough but they didnt have anything I tried to order. It got annoying after the third item I asked for.

The food here is really good, the only thing I find an issues is that the outside patio tables are never clean! It’s have been times I came after hours, assuming they were still open for business and the tables were still dirty and a sticky mess. If I came after hours on more than one occasions, and noticed the dirty tables that must mean they are never cleaning them! Gross!
