Great customer service from quote to order to finished product.

Paid for lettering for my business door and was told it would be the Friday or the weekend. No one showed up or called to give reason why they never showed. I called Monday and it wasn’t given a reason why they never did it and seem to pretty much not care. The service was already paid for a week or more before hand. Now they are saying they will get to it before the week is out. No sense of urgency even though I paid it in full. Won’t use them ever again.

Our HOA community was in need of new monument signs. After researching 3 different vendors, the quote provided by Image360 was within our budget. As we worked with Image360 to understand the process, customer service was excellent throughout the entire project. Amelia was always available to address any of our questions and/or concerns. Overall, it took about 3-weeks for the finished product. The signs are exactly what we requested and the installation done very professionally. Additionally we are very pleased with the aesthetics of the finished product.However, a courtesy call prior to the installers arrival would have been a welcomed gesture. Unfortunately, it did not occur. In the opinion of the Board of Directors, little gestures such as a phone call would enhance the great customer service that Image360 has already provided (especially if the customer requests to receive a phone call prior to installation).NEVERTHELESS, THE HOA & BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. Image360 does excellent work and we highly recommend this vendor.

Absolutely loved our experience w/Image 360! It’s great having a local (Tucker, Georgia) business that does such great work and is a part of the community!! Update: submitted a request for a proposal through their website and it took more than a week to hear back. Apparently there were some temporary staffing issues and things got behind, which, is understandable. I’d already had the signage made and installed by another vendor.

Customer service is exceptional and emailing response time was very quick and professional.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at this store. They accepted payment and later declined to do the job due to feeling uncomfortable. Very unprofessional behaviour in regards to racism, and failure to provide a simple service. Did not violate their guidelines as well so there was no reason to be uncomfortable. Do not recommend this store at all.

I needed a notice sign placed on a deadline for legal reasons, and a mixup put us down to the last day with Image360 closing for holidays. Despite it being late afternoon on the day before holiday closing, the team stepped up and got the sign placed on the next day. Great working with a company that focuses on getting the job done.
