Ladies at deli were so patient, thorough with taking my order. Especially Ms. Onglay. Huge service improvement compared to Publix in Decatur.This location is clean, well-lit, & well-organized. Spacious aisles w/well-faced shelves, and easy checkout process. Angelina at checkout was exceptionally gracious. Excellent experience!

I visit this Publix often and first off, appreciate the kindness of all. Every Friday Community Connections picks up donations from the Meat Department, Bakery, and Deli which helps to feed so many in need;( including Myself). The visits are short, though a great flow of positive, motivated and dependable emplyees that keep the Store looking great👊✨

Worst Publix ever!! Never have anything at the deli always out. Whole ultimate boreshead sub. Why have it on the menu if you dont have it to make it?! This has happened multiple times!! Not once, twice, or even three times!! Unfortunately its the only Publix near me.

I ordered a 6in sub sandwich on 9/29/21 by phone from Publix. When I arrived to pick the sandwich up it was a 12in/ or foot long sandwich. I was disappointed. I dont know what more I could have said to the lady to insure my order would be correct when I arrived. The sandwich was good, however I have a 1/2 sandwich left over.

Great experience it was crowded but it was worth the wait.

Clean, organization is top notch, employees are super friendly and helpful. Ive never had to stand in long lines waiting for them to open an additional register. Keep up the amazing services Publix 👏 👌 👍!!!

Order two subs for pick-up and both barely had meat on it. One slice of turkey and roast beef crumbles on a whole sandwich. We basically had veggie subs. Toppings were fresh but totally not what we ordered.

*sigh* I have to find somewhere else to shop. I think I was being racially profiled. The employees were following me around the store asking if I needed help & watching me and my daughter. Im just a mom thinking of what to make fore dinner, so I was shopping slowly. Very disappointing. Wont be coming. Ill just stick to the mom & pop groceries where I dont have to face suspicion & discrimination.

Really disappointed with this store. Multiple trips with browning meat, large stocks empty, and the deli is always off. Online orders are never done on time, frequently with missing/incorrect items. Go elsewhere for good groceries

They finally had the cold cuts that I like! Jerk turkey. They. didnt have it the prior two times I went! The cut fruit needs to all be ripe. Two times I purchased it and the honey dew was hard.

The Publix store is always neat and clean and the staff is always nice and friendly. Well stocked and pleasant to shop there. The parking lot is a bit rough and showing signs of wear but the store is first class.

This is my go to place periodically when Im on my way to work on the 4th July purchased Red White Blue 🧁 for the crew they were freshly baked (any reason for cake) the bakery is great. For myself Bing cherries 🍒 SWEET CRISP BITE YUM.This Publix is really where shopping is a pleasure. Always clean inside out. One of my favorites.

Please work on speed & being more Punctual with to go orders, pick ups etc. If I order something online. For a certain time etc please dont have me waiting an additional 30 minutes for food I placed in advance.

Publix Super Market on Hugh Howell is a no frills grocery store and pharmacy that caters to a familys domestic needs, including groceries, deli, fruit/vegetable/meat and dairy, and pharmacy department (including free blood pressure testing. Good parking, wide aisles, and friendly staff make this a practical destination for no-fuss shopping.

What more can I say this is the standard publis standard Publix grocery store where customer service and cleanliness are Paramount. However price is not so so you get what you pay for and here you get a little more quality but a lot of the same products of other places at a bigger price

I do about 75% of my grocery shopping here. They are conveniently located for my commute back from work. Some of the items I purchase regularly are out of stock from time to time. Otherwise great bakery and fair selection of quality items.

Love Publix because they are always so clean. The BoGos are great. I do not like that the seafood area closes at 8 but they are still a great store.

The security guard refused to let me have some water. after walking a mile in the heat AND I take 4 different meds. very rude. UNBELIEVABLE

My Mom shops here and one day while I was at work I was trying to get her a LYFT ride home but it just wasnt happening. Sure enough an employee, Hattie, saw my Mom sitting there waiting for some time and offered to drive her home. Talk about customer service! Thank you Publix for always having the best people working there.

Im giving 4 stars only because of the initial experience that led me to this review.If it were not for that, this review would have easily gotten five stars which they do deserve the fifth one.I had an issue with the deli department. My orders were placed through instacart delivery (which that service has issues of all its own). I ordered 3 deli subs that were carelessly and disrespectfully made and not edible. I called and spoke to one the MODs Alex, he assured me that he along with 2 other managers would take care of my situation, if he were not there.Lorrin and the Deli Manager, Wanda! This is a dream team of management. They went far and BEYOND expectations to rectify my order. And they made sure that their team members were correctly trained to avoid any future infractions. This was first class customers service. And its important to have during such trying times. Im disabled and cannot go out for food and essentials any more. Having caring people like Wanda, Lorin, and Alex are a blessing to that store. You still have a customer in me GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

What I love about this location, is that its the supermarket less traveled, the location makes it not so busy, I think theyre actually open an hour later than most Publix currently are, but I think unfortunately, its going away pretty soon to the new location on whatever the corner is that the old Sears outlet or some kind of huge distribution center was its basically kiddie corner to the Wells fargo, it looks like theyre going to put up a huge Publix complex, always nice to have a new supermarket, but I hope they have the staffing that this one does for the size, from a proportion standpoint, but again this one great location, Im going to enjoy it while it lasts :-)

It was a pleasure shopping in this Publix. There were lots of staff to help with bakery and deli items. The checkout process was efficient too. This store is clean and well stocked.

...Publix has always been my favorite grocery store (in comparison to a Kroger, etc). Sure the prices are a little higher but Im willing to pay for it when the quality is suberb and the customer service is impeccable. There has NEVER been one that Ive walked into that didnt look like they just cleaned the whole store twice over. And whats more not to love about places that give back to YOU when you invest dollars into their business. This past weekend, if you signed up for Club Publix; they gifted you their signature Publix masks. My only con, I wished that at lunch (or even a half hour before the rush), they could staff more employees to move their cold subs line ... but I guess if youve never had a Publix sub youd understand why people may order 2 or 3 sandwhiched at a time and the staff is trying to get everything just right as to why it moves slower than youd like.

Publix always has EVERYTHING, I need and ALMOST everything I just plain want. And if they dont have something you want, if you ask them, they will get it! Its always clean and odor free and the staff is friendly, helpful and eager to serve you!
