My absolute favorite place to get the freshest meat and fish from. They hand make their own sausage in house with delicious combinations and blends that you dont find anywhere else. They also have a grill with a delicious menu. My absolute favorite is their burgers topped with bacon. But if youre a true bacon lover, they also have bacon burgers with the bacon inside of the burger. All in all Tucker Meat Market is my favorite spot for all of my meaty desires.

Really enjoyed the bacon overload burger The burger was really juicy. The bacon was inside the burger and slices were on top. I got a hangover there was so much bacon. Totally worth it.

Amazing local butcher shop and eatery. A definite must go to in the Tucker area. Great prices, great meat, friendly staff, & great food made to order. I do think they would benefit by adding more tables outside.

The mammoth burger is famous and for good reason. You should bring a fork though because it is stuffed full! I have ordered meats (like steaks and ground beef)from here before and they are great, worth the slightly higher price than a grocery store(plus you are supporting a local small business) I have to go back for the wings and to try the bacon burger.

First time customers, bought beef meat and after just 1 day in the fridge, we pulled it to grill but it had all turned pale grey/green and got like a slime all over the meat. It looked like cadaver meat and the smell was horrendous. We grill ALL the time and were very used to handling beef so we did nothing out of the ordinary. I tried cutting off all the bad stuff but the meat still smelled bad even after cutting all thr bad stuff off, so needless to say, our saturday grill went from beef to hot dogs.Tip: smell whatever meats you buy from there, even if it looks nice and red. Also, a slight bleachy smell could mean they clean the meat with watet and bleach to kill necrotic bacteria after it starts smelling or at first sign of it going bad. I mean, its lost money if you just throw it away, but my well being doesnt have a price.I believe what we bought had to have been either expired and had the bad stuff cleaned off, or the cold chain was compromised and this meat was allowed to thaw completely, probably more than once, otherwise we have no idea how this happened. Not looking for a refund or more meat, we will just avoid coming here from now on.

Dont let the spartan facade fool you, this place is quality! I went because I got tired of hearing about how good their burgers were and it didnt dissapoint! That burger is in my top 5 in all of metro Atlanta now! The market meats looked really good too...especially the bacon!

Burgers are great especially the mammoth and wings are delicious. As far as the butcher, the meat is very good quality and they had wild scottish salmon last I checked which was great flavor. Pricing is fair. I like to come here because its so convenient and a local butcher is rare nowadays. Quick, easy, safe. Only thing maybe could use some love is there parking lot....few bumps going in and out. I follow them on Facebook which says something as I dont follow anyone but 1 time they had wagyu beef for sale!

Amazing bacon overload

The wifey was hankering for some burgers this week, and we were thinking if there were any joints in town that were not chains. After some searching, I found TMM and from the reviews, it has what we were looking for: local burgers with good reviews, and for wifeys pleasant surprise, they also offer a cornucopia of chicken wing sauces!Taking advantage of Tucker restaurant week, I decided lunchtime is a good time to try their burgers. The location had ample parking during early lunch, and the meat displays showed a variety of meats and cuts.I ordered the TRW special, a mini Mammoth burger with fries, and a bacon burger.It took me less than 10 minutes to get home, so we had the food without needing to reheat. Heres my impression: the mammoth burger had too much protein. The beef patty with its embedded bacon was very good, but the brisket (not the Texas style) was leathery, rubbery, chewy, and it clashed with the velvety texture of the patty. Along with all the toppings in it, I think its too much flavor, too blunt and not nuanced. I tasted a lot of bbq sauce, chewed through the brisket, and it didnt go down very nicely. I think the burger would be best served without the brisket, or replace it with the TX style moist (fattier) version.The fries, freshly fried while I was there, was excellent!The bacon burgers flavor and texture was better. Just the patty with veggies and a giant bun.Overall, their burger patties were excellent, along with the fries, but the toppings quality and/or combination can be improved.We will definitively be getting our burgers and wings from here since we like to support small, locally owned businesses, even if their prices are higher than the chains.

I tried this place few years ago but was not happy with the cleanliness, went back after they closed 3 months last summer for covid, they didn’t even clean the vents.I would never go there!

Searched on google for Grass-Fed Beef and found this place. As is a common practice, I re-weighed my Meat on my #HomeFoodScale and found that I was overcharged, intentionally, by over 1/2 lb. and when I contacted owner, she had #NoExplanation, #NoApology; I drove to the market f/ my Refunded Difference (plus Grocery Tax) and even then, she failed to Pretend she wanted #RepeatBusiness; gave me $7 and I was on my way. But, I did NOT want another Individual to blindly come to this establishment and be #RippedOff. Not even sure their Beef is #GrassFed; even the Clerk wasnt #Sure! #StayAway!
