At first me and my wife where very pleased with this place. The sales man and finance man where amazing to deal with. We had issue with window that they where gonna fix, we waited a month window still not come in so we decided to take the camper and bring it back when it came in(this part on us) When we took the camper they didn’t have the correct weight distribution hitch we bought so they sent us with a smaller one(again on us). About 3-4 months later we get a call that we did t give them the title for the camper we traded in (we did) why else would they let us leave with the other camper. The gm called threatening us with civil court. All I can think of is this is definitely a different tactic to get someone to help you fix your problem. So in short if your trading a camper in go somewhere else. Side note they still owe us a 1400lb weight distribution hitch and a window. So they owe us then threaten us with court. Yeah I’ll never do anymore business with this company again. Again the sales and financial staff amazing ppl do deal with. Maybe with us it’s a fluke who knows. I guess the part that bothers me most is all this time they are saying they need title we have been dealing with health issues. None of that matters though.
Wonderful experience. I only came to look around and i let it be known. Everyone there esp Rick still treated me as a high valued customer. They allowed me to walk around and get a feel for each camper. Rick and the rest of the staff were very informative about each camper. Whenever i make move on a RV Ill definitely shop with these awesome folks
We called ahead to make sure an RV was on the lot before we drove the hour and half to get there. We left immediately intending to buy the unit. When we arrived, the salesman drove us around in circles before realizing that the unit wasn’t actually there yet but was ordered. We are not buying an RV before seeing it and felt like our time was completely disrespected. I had left work early to purchase this RV. We left and drove the hour and a half back home without setting foot in any RV. Waste of time and very unfriendly staff. No smiles, no apologies, nothing. Just a shrug and its been ordered but isnt here yet Second bad experience at a Campers Inn...done dealing with this company.
I had a wonderful experience here buying my new toyhauler! I started with Dannie and Don at the sales side of things. Both gentlemen ready to help pick out your RV and answer any questions you have. Then, at the walk through I was paired with Travis as he was our walk-through guy to show us how everything works. Very knowledgeable. Last but not least was Todd. Talk about personality! Todd was the loan officer you sign your final documents with and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. All around great experience here!
Bought the camper new here a few years back and other then the run through was pretty light, it was fine.Minor nuisance things were wrong but nothing alarming. We recently brought it in for repair after a tire blew and were shocked to find that they wanted nearly $600 to “diagnose” the problem. Mind you, a tire blew a hole in the bottom, the bathroom fan didn’t work and and arching on the plug in...not a lot required there to diagnose. We get that people bring it in, find out what’s wrong, and then fix it themselves. wasting their time. Normally, the fee is taken off the repair bill. NOT the case at Campers Inn. They want $$$$ in addition to the actual repair bill. And now add a $50 disinfection fee to that.We picked ours up and took it elsewhere for the repairs. And nope no hidden games.
The staff are all very nice and friendly. The selection of campers is great. The only issues were it took three and a half hours to purchase the camper, which I knew exactly which one I wanted before I arrived. The extras charges and fees were exorbitant. Said fees included a non negotiable $950 dollars “orientation “ to show me how to use the camper. Which you had to schedule an appointment three days later to do and pick up your camper. We did that. At the appointment time, I arrived to find the wrong camper pulled up. After half an hour wait to get my actual camper pulled around, saw many items missing from the camper. It was missing the battery, propane tank and hoses, a light cover, the back tailgate plugs, etc. still have yet to receive an owners manual. So I’m the end, this appointment took two hours and forty five minutes. Absolutely unprepared for a required appointment that I was charged $950 for. So make sure you add extra time and make a list of all the stuff you should receive.
We had a great experience here when we bought our camper last month. The finance manager was very accommodating and everyone was very easy to work with. Jairo (Jay) from the service department walked us through the entire unit and was so kind and patient explaining everything to us since we are first time RV owners. We were nervous about everything and he definitely made us feel better and well-informed. We have since had a few follow up questions and he has been super attentive and willing to answer all of our questions. This has been a great customer service experience!
Our sales person Dannie was great, and he has gone well beyond the scope of his job. The walk through was great, lots of good pointers. The hitch was already setup. The downside is, this is our first RV. We waited 4 months only to have it arrive with a few key items missing (a ladder, for Christ sake). There should have been a ladder for the bunks. Try getting in the top bunk without a ladder. The drawers in the bunk house were deleted. Keystones Rep response was that they can make changes to your floor plan without notice. This is bad business after 4 months of waiting. If they are going to make changes to the RV after youve placed the order with a down payment, the least they could is notify you of any changes.
Sea. OConnor assisted me with my rv issued and was a great help in getting me back on the trail again quickly. Outstanding service
We had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. Paul was our sales person and was very pleasant to work with. Todd, the business manager took care of everything and there was no high pressure sales to purchase extended warranty. We have had some horrible experiences in the past with this so we were very pleased. Josh did an outstanding job with the walkthrough and seemed very knowledgeable. It took three months to get our camper but that is not their fault. We are very happy with our choice! Havent had to use the service dept yet so I cant comment on that but I would hope that they continue to give the level of service that we have come to expect. Thanks guys!
The sales process to get you to buy was great, the after the sales service is terrible, no communication from the staff to the customer and the manager just says I dont know why that happened. Quick to blame their poor performance and lack of customer service on Covid. Trailer was dropped off on Saturday and was clear with the service associated that I would need the trailer back on Thursday. Here it is Friday at the dealership to pick the trailer up and it is not ready and the one problem that it was brought in for could not be fixed. 3 items to repair and from Saturday until today they could not get it fixed. I would strongly suggest before buying and accepting receipt of your trailer that everything is working as it should be or do not accept it.
To make a LONG story short. this company adds extras such as Piece of mind packages which just means they check to make sure all is good with the trailer which is an extra 1000 they add a weight distribution extra 700 after i said i did not want that, i was told all EXTRA ADD ONs are not optional you must pay for it......plus i was given a sale price of a little more than $26,000 (before the add ons)but then he told me if i pay cash then i must pay MORE which was a little more than $29,000.....thanks for your honest buisness tactics. I was warned against dealing with dealerships like this. Charging you more based on how you pay for it..and Charging more for stuff they should be doing automatically. Nope not for me
Sean in service was super helpful to us when we brought our camper in for service. He kept us updated and knew exactly how to work with the insurance company for our claim. Terrific, friendly service.
Excellent service. Had everything I needed.
We just bought our first camper from Paul at Campers Inn of Tucker. We actually had a deposit at another RV dealer and were so impressed with Pauls knowledge and ability to get us pointed in the right direction that we ended up moving our deposit to them and finishing the purchase through Campers Inn. After financing the camper, Todd (finance manager) called me days after to tell me he got us a better rate and a better payment! Who does that? We had a great experience and it was because of Paul and Todd. Thanks so much!!
Nice campers. Running low on inventory. Nice employees.
Sean OConnor was very helpful and gaveme all the information I needed about my generator.
Nice place with great helping people
They really worked with me on the purchase of our camper and went over it with us very well
Great experience 2nd camper purchase from them
I want to thank Marvin Henderson for his great customer service and his expert knowledge on RVs. I came by just looking but walked away with a gorgeous Forest River at an amazing low and comfortable monthly payment. My fiance fell in love with our new RV and she already is looking forward to us cruising back roads and seeing the country. I recommend everybody to get their warranty protection plan for peace of mind!
I came here with a friend who was buying an RV. Facility is will taken care of and the staff are friendly. It would be wise to go in knowing what you want and what you are willing to pay. Do not get scammed by their Peace of Mind add on. Its not worth $1,000. It includes things that most RV dealers would include with purchase (like batteries and gas). Staff was knowledgeable and willing to admit when they were not sure of something. They do require financing; they will not let you pay cash.
Great purchase experience, from Dannie in sales to Todd in finance and the thorough walk through provided by Josh.
Had a wonderful experience from the time me and my husband walked thru their doors. TJ was wonderful to work with thru the whole process, always making sure we were being taken care of. Josh did an excellent job doing our walk thru with the camper we purchased making sure we understood the ins and outs of it. I would highly recommend campers inn to anyone who is looking to purchase a camper.
Dannie Chastain wonderful to work with. Perfect blend of salesmanship and truly helpful. The fact that he is a camper himself, makes him an expert advisor. We enjoyed the purchase experience here. Ask for Dannie.
The service department is horrible will not return your calls the recording say they will call back within 24 hrs Really 96 hrs later still have not heard anything. This is the 3rd time its happened. Do not recommend buying from this company
I bought my RV in Texas in March of 2020, I am on a project in Atlanta Ga and am living in it while working out here. I had a serious malfunction with my black water tanks and my underbelly plumbing. I contacted Campers Inn in Tucker and spoke to Sean OConner. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Sean was very candid that this repair could take up to 3-4 weeks. I was literally in a panic since again i live in this thing. I told Sean my situation and he spoke to his mangers. Long Story short, they worked with my insurance company and literally 2 days later Sean called me and said com pick it up sir. The repairs were completed and the RV looks as though nothing was ever wrong. I am very grateful for Sean and his team at Campers Inn. they understood my situation and made me a priority. Excellent job very professional thank you again to you and your team!!!!
I dont care for this place Thank goodness I did not purchase a Camper. No Way
I went there to get an idea of what I could get. Paul was very helpful and showed us around. As we were leaving we found the one. A few calls and emails and it was ours. They are a simple dealership and made us feel welcome and never pressured. Everything was up front and clearly explained .
The purchase experience was good, however all dealings I’ve had with this place after that has been terrible and somewhat shady. Be sure to check everything out real well if you ever have warranty work done here. I will never buy another RV from this dealer...horrible experience. Carefully consider all the negative reviews about this place that have been posted. I wish that I would have as now I can totally relate to many of them in regards to warranty and service work.
Dan is an outstanding sales rep. Paul makes himself available for any questions as well. Inventory is limited.
Campers Inn Tucker was very helpful. Paul was very knowledgeable. We love our Kodiak Dutchman.
We HIGHLY recommend buying an RV from Campers Inn in Tucker. We thoroughly enjoyed working with every employee from our RV matchmaker (thanks, Paul!), to our finance specialist (thanks, Todd!), and the manager. They made sure we walked out with the RV we wanted at a reasonable cost! Dont go anywhere else for your RV needs.
We were leaving on a trip when we experienced a problem with our power in our motor home. We had jumped the coach battery and cranked the generator thinking that the battery was just needing a charge. Then everything went off. I called Campers inn of Tucker. They told me they had a new battery, and if we brought it in, they would help solve the problem. And they did. Without an appointment, Sean helped us troubleshoot the problem, sold us a battery and we had a service person get us back on the road. Great service!
Very unpleasant experience.
I searched all over metro Atlanta and the staff at Campers Inn was knowledgeable, patient, and beyond helpful. I mustve went there 10 times before I made my purchase and Bernie hospitable everytime.
No pressure sales guy.
Fantastic salesman! Mr Paul was patient, polite and willing to find exactly what we are looking for!
Customer service/sales person Paul is an asset to the establishment... Hes very knowledgeable & Friendly. I will recommend him/them for all my future purchases/endeavors.
My wife and I bought a trailer from here last Saturday. Paul (salesperson) was extremely personable and very patient through all the questions I had. We live over 2 hours away from here and he asked if I would like to do a Zoom video call to check out the inside/outside before we made the trip over which was pretty cool. We made the trip over on June 12th and had a great experience with all the employees that we had any interaction with. Don (another salesperson) is an avid RVer and answered a TON of questions I had and was very patient through all those. I had a great experience and I was paying close attention because of some of the negative reviews that were left on here. I will update if there are issues in the future but the experience thus far has been nothing less than a great first RV purchase experience.
I reached out and found what I thought was a great RV at this dealership over 3 weeks ago, we settled on a price and I asked for things to be emailed. they had the wrong e-mail and it took several attempts to get this fixed. they took a credit card but I knew it wouldnt finance but I had cash in hand. After 3 weeks finance couldnt fund it which was fine but Don sold it out from under me. Not ethical
Great experience
Just bought our first RV from this place! 5 star service from everyone but major shout out to Don our sales guy, top notch service! Highly recommend!
Mike and Josh need to be recognized for excellent service and customer service. On Monday 13 January 2020 Mike drove my RV from Woodstock to Augusta where I am stationed as an active duty officer at FT Gordon. Mike has a great personality and was very helpful. My husband connects everything; therefore, I am not knowledge with connecting. Thank GOD Mike delivered the Jayco trailer, I couldnt asked for a better person. He was patient and hooked up everything. The leak from the water hook up was adjusted to correct the issue. Mike even waited until I was in the trailer safe afterwards before leaving such a gentlemen.Josh our service advisor can only do what is allowed within his duties. I totally understand, however, I believe hes an great service advisor. Josh is understanding and go above assisting, when I know theres other customers. Thanks again for getting my RV to me on Monday 01/13/2020 I do appreciate it. I really hope the worst is over I do love my RV and not a different RV.Thank You AgainMike-Drove RV & Josh-Service AdvisorSincerely,Yolanda Taylor
Great selection and great prices! Their friendly staff is happy to answer questions and take the extra time to explain details.UPDATESince my last review we have purchased a new camper from Campers Inn Tucker. Our salesperson, Don, was great! Eric in Finance took his time to explain the entire purchase process and Derrick did an awesome job going over the featurea of our new RV. Toby in Parts was extremely helpful in deciding which accessories we needed to start with and Josh demonstrated the weight distribution trailer hitch perfectly. Thanks, guys! We look forward to many years of fun!
I have been looking for a RV for a long time. I have been here before looking, but could not find one. Allways friendly and willing to help. TJ was a great help in finding what I was looking for. 2020 Prime Time RV Avenger ATI 20RD.
I went to this place to look at RVs obviously . I was pleasantly surprised by the prices like theyre very reasonable.
Helpful people. What most impressed me was the salesman, Randy. If he didnt know something, he admitted it instead of making something up. No high pressure. As a result, the model he showed me is on my short list, inspite of being 400 miles from home.
We drove from Custer, South Dakota because salesman Jared hooked us up with a deal we couldn’t refuse. Arrived and Erik the finance guy was well prepared and no hassle got it all done. Derek from service did our walk thru & was excellent and all very friendly and very helpful with all our questions and concerns. Can’t say enough about their prompt and professional service. Thanks!
Let starting by saying wow I couldnt be happier i am not a RV person by any means I would go here if y a first time buyer or a experienced RV. Paul helped me for what I was lookin for and took time for me at the last min before they closed Todd Awsome guy in fiance above and beyond in that department and Derek the mechanic RV dude helped answer and show me the RV I bought the dos and donts the parts people are cool as well very helpful words cant say what I want to say there that good so special thanks to everyone at RV in Tucker ga
Friendly helpful people
Had the items week needed.
**2020 review**Fast forward a little over a year and another great experience at Campers Inn. My Mother-in-Law now goes on our camping trips, so we find ourselves back at Campers Inn (after searching other dealers) looking at possibly moving up in camper size. Bernie was an excellent host and had an incredible amount of knowledge to help us in our decision making. We find a unit we really like and Eric steps in to help make my trade as painless as possible. He really went the extra mile to help me get the best possible deal. I left feeling good about the purchase, and still do (thats usually a good sign)! When I went back to pick up the trailer, being that I had a little more experience under my belt, I asked that they be patient with me while I combed through everything. They were very patient and even found ways to make sure some minor things were taken care of before I rolled out. Hopefully Im set for a while in the purchasing of campers, but Im sure glad to have stumbled on this place and the people there on my first purchase. I still havent needed the service department, but I will be back if needed and update the review.**2018 review**So far so good. I purchased a new travel trailer a month ago and had a good experience with the sales staff. There was a slight miss-communication on my final purchase price, but because their pricing and paperwork review is very clear, it was noticed easily. They had the integrity to stand behind what was verbally quoted and quickly changed the paperwork to reflect it. The delivery of the trailer was very thorough and not rushed taking time to make sure I understood things (thanks Randy). Stay tuned, Ill be trying the service department this winter for some minor warranty issues (not really unexpected with new trailers).
Thank you for the invite for yet another review. I will never deal with this place again. Service is horrible. From sales and finance we were told that the service would be EXCELLENT. Its not. Dont buy from this place. Go somewhere else immediately. RUN FAST NOW. If I could give a NO star review I would.
Friendly and helpful staff
We just stopped in for a couple of parts. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again should the need arise.
Tony Horton helped us get our first camper. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Showed great interest in what we were looking for. The entire staff was very courteous and professional. They are still helping out today! Overall we had a really enjoyable buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
This past weekend while visiting GA our travel trailer needed some emergency service. We stopped at Campers Inn in Tucker GA because it was close by. Sean at the service desk was so helpful and friendly! Even though they already were booked with other repairs for the day he fit us in right away. While waiting every employee we encountered at this location was friendly and took time to speak with us. My husband and I are very grateful to everyone at this location for understanding our situation and taking the time to help!
Great people to work with! Bernie was our salesman and Eric was our finance man. They were very knowledgeable, were not pushy, listened to what our needs were and made the transaction smooth. I would purchase from them again!
Good experience! I had a few issues but they responded promptly to my concerns. I have purchased two campers from them and would go back.
We purchased a new Flagstaff travel trailer from Campers Inn in September of 2017. It had numerous warranty issues, which had been grinding their painful way through the Campers Inn service department for many, many months. HOWEVER, times have changed. Allen Traugott, Service Manager, has brought competence and customer service to the service department. As an example, he and Sean, the Service Advisor, got our broken toilet replaced and the insurance claim filed in a day and a half so we could leave town as planned. This is a day-and-night contrast to how things used to be.
I only gave a 1 star because zero was not availabe. We bought a 2017 travel trailer about 2 months ago. We noticed the bed was a queen, but needed a king. The sales person said he would take care of it. When we came to picked it up, there was still a queen. Our sales guy said we should just put a body pillow to fill the extra space. He was serious! Well they ended up ordering the correct size. A month and a half later it arrived. I just got it home, and its the wrong size. Im fed up and done. My advice is not to walk away from these people...run. The communication during this whole process has sucked.
We bought our first travel trailer 2 weeks ago. Every single person we worked with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We had a few issues but Dwayne, Eric, Shauna and Randy were great!!! They gladly took care of every concern and even went over and beyond! When we are ready to upgrade we will definitely be back!!
We bought a camper from here over three years ago.The purchase went well, and the warranty work was done in a timely fashion.About a month ago, I had an emergency just before a trip that was going to ruin my camping if not fixed. After spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to help me repair the problem myself, I drove to Peco and made it to the shop an hour before closing. They immediately jumped on the problem. Willy, who is their lead service guy I believe, was able to solve the problem in under 15 minutes. This is the same man who walked me through the camper when I purchased it, and is a true resource to this dealer. At the end of this, I went in to the office to pay for their time and was simply told to have a great trip. After a very stressful situation, they made it a very pleasant experience. I have called their shop on a couple of occasions to discuss issues, and they are very good with trying to help over the phone if possible. After shopping around for a new camper, I think Pecos prices can be beaten if you are willing to drive great distances. However, if you are in their region, and they have the camper you want, I wouldnt hesitate to go to them. They are fair and do their best to have satisfied customers.
We have bought a pop-up, a pull behind, and now an RV from Peco Campers. We went back the third time because of the good experiences we had with them in the past. This time did not disappoint, either. They are willing to bend over backwards to make you happy. We were very pleased with our salesman, our financing guy, and David in service was exceptionally knowledgeable. Thanks Peco for another good experience!
The Campers inn of Atlanta-Tucker location Has a wonderful service department and is always ready and eager to take care of any issues I may have. Thankful for everyone at this location and for all their hard work to make sure me and my family have all the parts, services and any questions we may have answered!
Parts guy john is real good, figured out water heater element i needed
I was looking for utility trailer parts, just a bunch of shackles and bolts. Not in stock, would have to order. Apparently, there is more than two kinds. But, I was impressed. I stopped to look at roof vents for a second, and a employee stopped to help.
Great place to buy & Great service center.
Friendly staff
Don and Martin are great. Don was so helpful. Found the option that fit my needs and within the pricing I had set.Very pleased and highly recommend.
We have worked with several different staff members, and everyone has been incredible. Specifically, yesterday, June 7, I was there to pick up a grill. Ansley was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We have only had our travel trailer a few months. But we are already talking about upgrading in a year or so. We will definitely return to Campers Inn!!
Stop in spoke to gentleman today about wanting to buy a Super C, he didnt have one, but he let me see a Class A gas, Im bad with names so I dont remember his name. He was very nice and knowledgeable.
Tony was a stellar salesman! I reached out to them via email and the response time was immediate. It became apparent rather quickly I probably would not be using this dealer due to distance, however that didnt stop Tony from making sure I had all the information I needed to get the best deal. He continued to check on me through the week if I had any questions. I was not able to make this purchase so Tony....four months, your customer service won me over!
Awesome experience
Always remember people are just sales people they dont tell the truth
Picked up our camper after a motor replacement.Left our camper in the shop for a month and they still ordered the wrong motor. Finally after another 1.5 months later, right motor was here and they fixed the same day appointment!!
Tony was extremely helpful both before the sale by answering all our questions and at the dealership. We were comfortable at every stage of the process because of his expertise and friendly personality. All in all, a great shopping experience!
This dealership is currently working hard to train their staff to provide excellent customer service. They are remodeling to maximize service capacity and adding support. Look for great things here, they are trying and they care.
My fiance and I had a great experience buying our first RV here! Julie and JW were super helpful, and very easy to talk to. We had a small problem and Campers Inn went above and beyond to make sure it was made right. They really showed us that we mattered and were important. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else! We drove an hour to go to Campers Inn, and we have Camping world 5 minutes away (but it was SO worth the drive)! Would definitely recommend!
John was very helpful.
Service department was great. Sales managers need more communication skills. They tried telling us that our pop top camper didnt have a awning but that was one of the main reasons we was buying the camper. After arguing with them for 15 minutes they finally told us that it was damaged when they went to put it back on the camper. They never called to let us know and basically tried to hide it and was about to let us leave with the camper until my wife realized it. Our salesman, TJ went above and beyond to help and make sure we was completely happy with our purchase. Jared and Woody was amazing!
Sales dept was very good but once you buy it the warranty part of is terrible. Bought a new unit and everything is supposed to checked out before I leave the lot. First camping trip water leaked from the bathroom and the toilet wont hold water. All of this should have been checked out before it left the lot. I was told it was pressure tested before I left. Never again will I buy from Campers Inn and do not recommend anyone else either.
For selling only campers they couldnt tell us anything that wasnt from a pamphlet. We knew more than they did. And service was a bit rude. They did not like being asked questions they only wanted to show what they had but with no knowledge to there inventory
Started dealing with them a month ago because they were the only ones that had the exact floorplan we wanted. Cant get anyone to give us any info or return our calls. Dealt with Kevin and Eric. I always appreciate when a company shows their true colors before the purchase so I can avoid a huge mistake completely!
Bought a new Forest River Microlite travel trailer last week after going to several other dealerships. Their selection was better and pricing a LOT more straight forward than the other large camper dealers in metro Atlanta. No hidden fees. Beware of large freight charges and prep fees at the other places. They add up to over a grand. Everyone was nice and helpful and the salesman was open and honest about the different campers. Looking forward to camping!
Friendly service large selection of campers and RV. Which you can see for yourself.
Toni was very helpful with the purchase of our camper. Explaining the operation of the camper and financing options. i would recommend coming to Camper Inn and talking with Toni next time you are looking to buy a camper.
The workers are extremely knowledgeable about their products and very friendly and helpful. The place is very well decorated and they have tons of neat items and accessories for trailers. From what Ive heard, their trailer storage options are very useful as well.
The service was awesome before and after the sale. I would know I was a sales mgr for a volume car dealership. They do get busy but they told us up front and why. They were 10k under retail price fully loaded 2014 trailer. The service department went above and beyond and stayed 90min after closing so I could hit the road. Highly Recommended
Sean OConners customer service was flawless. We brought my grandparents RV in to be serviced and Sean walked us through the whole process and advised us of the areas that needed to be fixed right away and the areas that can be fixed later. He was helpful, knowledgable and has a great personality. Thanks for all the help Sean you have a customer for life.
We responded to an ad in RVTrader about a pop-up at Campers Inn RV of Atlanta. A very nice gentleman, Ray Tillman, helped us go through each step to finding the right RV and financing. We live in Alabama, so he emailed all information and paper work. We were approved and set up for Delivery of our new 2016 RV. Everyone at Campers Inn RV of Atlanta are very friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service. We look forward to future purchases with Mr. Tillman and Campers Inn RV.
Marvin, the sales manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my wants and helped me pick out the best RV for me at a great price!
Great service, we found the camper that fits perfecto for us. Very nice people, taking care of our needs. The made a walk through the trailer to help us to understand how to take the best advantage of our new partner in travel. Kevin our prayers are with you.
Tony has been wonderful. He is asking the right questions, answering our questions and listening to our needs. We have a particular need and he is determined to find the right solution for us. We will be back to see what he is finding with respect to our needs.
Great experience & customer service! Purchased our familys first camper. Couldnt be more impressed and satisfied! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We spent a lot of time with TJ at Campers Inn looking for the right camper for us. TJ made the experience pleasant and did not try to pressure us into buying something that was wrong for us. He was well informed and was patient with our questions. We have been to other places that do not allow you to look at their inventory until you have filled out their forms and they use a high pressure sales tactic. We would recommend others to Campers Inn RV.
Awesome Staff lots of good knowledge.
I contacted Campers Inn because Ive always been interested in campers and RVs. To be honest with you, I know nothing about them and had zero idea where to start. After talking with the sales manager about my needs, he knew exactly the direction to take me... even thinking about the weight my SUV can tow and how it will behave with me behind the wheel. Although I havent purchased, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is starting the search. They are very knowledgable, patient and caring.
Tony was very patient when we were trying to figure out what type of trailer we wanted and what best fit our needs. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
