Yo this phone fixing place is so convenient, and fast. I highly recommend this place if your look for a new case or a phone fix. My iPhone 7 plus screen was cracked and i came to them yesterday. They do great work but definitely lacks communication skills. We agreed that our iPad would be fixed by 12pm today after dropping it off yesterday. The owner/tech knew that we needed it by then and gave us that guarantee. Unfortunately we didnt get the iPad until 4pm. With constant time changes. We just wish we had realistic time expectations so we couldve planned accordingly. Definitely did a great job with replacing glass.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.Summary: I really recommend to use their services if you need to unlock a cell phone.Details for those who care:I locked my unlocked Galaxy S7 by, let’s say, an accident. Tried a few places around without much luck. Especially, if I mentioned the Odin tool and get a blank stare – “what it is?”.Stopped at two cellphone repairs stores in the Sugarloaf Mill mall to learn that the only way is to replace my phone’s motherboard. Did not want to go that invasive, especially if those ‘technicians’ refused to tell which version of a motherboard will be installed: G930A, G930T, G930W, G930V, etc.With more online research came to the Shawn’s place. After a phone call, Shawn was able to detect a correct problem with my phone and offered a very reasonable price to reset phone’s firmware. What I really liked: if he is not able to fix it - there will be no charge. The phone was restored to working condition. Shawn gave me a few tips to maintain it as it is a three-year old phone. I truly appreciate his patience and determination to get it right. Thank you Shawn and Rid!

I had fallen while hiking and had shattered my screen on my iPhone 6S Plus. I was quoted 69$ to fix screen and 25$ additional dollars to unlock my phone via iTunes. Because my screen had shattered it kept trying to unlock itself and had finally gotten to the point where it required a computer to unlock it. The total was about 97-98$ after tax and I was given a complimentary screen cover for posting a review. The screen cover has since cracked a teeny amount on the side. I haven’t dropped the phone but I expect these screen protectors aren’t meant to last forever. The process took about 90 mins -2 hours from the time I arrived to the time I left with my phone. The staff did let me know that I had some water damage on the inside of my phone. It’s an older phone so that’s to be expected. My screen works. It’s a teeny laggy but I wouldn’t know if that’s a hardware or software issue honestly. All in all I have no complaints.
