A friend ordered me some chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise. Since Im addicted to them, Ive had quite a few of these deliveries. The reason this one stood out soo much was the delivery driver Doris. Her friendliness and enthusiasm brought a smile to my face.

The one time I ordered here was fine, though nothing special. Since then, they have chosen to call my cell phone several times in the last week, leaving multiple message. Finally, when I answered and hung up immediately, the staff had the audacity to call back two more times, choosing to leave an extremely unprofessional voicemail. I will NEVER shop from this store again.

This store is the absolute worse!!! Please please consider ordering from a different store all together! They do not care about quality customer service at all! I have been trying to get my moms order delivered since the Saturday right before Mother’s Day. And guess what it’s still not delivered. Almost a week and they havnt even called. I keep contacting them and the excuse they give is they can’t control/don’t know what they do! Terrible right??? I even contacted customer service still no definite answer to when my mom will receive her Mother’s Day order. They messed up her whole day and then still not trying to make it right. Remind u I placed 4 big orders this day and all stores delivered on time except this one!!! Please order from some where else.

This should really be no stars or negative stars. This location is TERRIBLE. I ordered an arrangement for MY DADs birthday. They did not fill the order or attempt delivery on the delivery date and they were given ample time to do so. This was NOT a same day delivery. The order status after multiple attempts to get it delivered at 9PM on his birthday is ORDER RECEIVED. Go elsewhere for gifts this place is not a good choice and the customer service is non-existentAlso, could not reach a human being at any number all day but a bad review gets a response in under 1 hour HHHMMMMM.

I am disappointed with this location. First, I placed an order at this location specifically because other locations were out of white chocolate until later in the week. I completely understand it is Monday the day after valentines day, but again....I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THE APP REPORTED THIS LOCATION HAD WHITE CHOCOLATE AND ALLOWED ME TO SUBMIT MY ORDER. I say that to say this; I still wanted the order for the couple I was purchasing it for, but I requested for some type of compensation and the manager took off $5. No where near enough butttt...I digress. Secondly, I placed the order for a 3 p.m. pickup, the day before. I received a call at 2:39 p.m. informing of the white chocolate issue. I pulled up to the location at 2:59 p.m. the day of. Upon entry, the sweet cashiers in the front stated the manager said about 30 minutes for your order, which is then 3:30 p.m. Needless to say... my order was brought to my vehicle at 4:09 p.m. and I was appalled. No apology provide, no discount, and no free item provided for the inconvenience. I really wanted to surprise the couple with the platter..... the ball dropped when the wife informed me that she does not like milk chocolate (only dark and white chocolates). This was the 1st disappointing visit with edible arrangements and I hope it will be my last.

I ordered online. Afterwards, they called me and told me that the product I ordered is not available around Mothers day. (Why was it offered, and why was the order accepted if the product was not available?) I had to pay around $30 more to get a similar product. When I arrived at the store, they made me wait a long time before they gave me my order. The temperature inside the store was uncomfortably hot.

Do NOT order for holidays! I placed a delivery order for Valentine’s Day. The order was never delivered on Valentine’s Day but the NEXT evening. I called multiple times on Valentine’s Day and nobody answered. I left voicemails with my name and callback number to cancel the order since my Valentine’s gift to my partner was ruined. They never got back to me. I still received no updates the next day until shortly before the delivery.When calling the store expressing my frustration, they said they were busy delivering and calling their customers the day before and today. I told them I was definitely skipped and my voicemail ignored. They claim they “called all the voicemails they had.” They had “no record of mine.” When they said they’d only refund my delivery fee and that I “could have declined the order upon delivery,” I asked to speak to a manager. She was the manager. There was no sympathy or apology for them blatantly slipping up. The VALENTINE’S DAY gift should have been made free the next day after letting them know if the terrible service I received. Yet, the manager at this Tucker location did not express any concern. I did not pay $100 for a fruit tray to NOT be delivered on Valentine’s Day... this is terrible customer service and a terrible way to even “try” and keep customer loyalty. My partner was excited all day yesterday for the surprise and was completely let down. If they couldn’t handle the orders for Valentine’s Day they should have set a maximum amount of orders they could take on their website rather than take more than they could handle and therefore make people wait until the next day, deliver their order without any notification or updates and expect them to not to be upset and want a refund.

Horrible I waited for 5 minutes nobody came out to say anything to me or if I need help. I went to my car grab my phone came back in and nobody still came out. Horrible service 😑 never again

I have used the Tucker location for several years now. On June 3, 2020, I made an order for the birthday of one of the Mangers in our office. I usually speak with Michelle, the order was delivered and was not correct. I followed up with Michelle and the order was reviewed and corrected immediately. My point in saying this and giving the 5 Star rating is to recognize how she and her staff serve with the Chic-Fil a, attitude...“My Pleasure”. Because of the delicious fruit presentations and excellent service I continue to refer customers toEdible Arrangements in Tucker.The clients I have referred have all received the same wonderful service. I commend her staff and delivery service on helping to create wonderful memories during this pandemic.I look forward to finally having one delivered to me, a hint to my family or coworkers.

I ordered an arrangement on 2/27/2019 to be delivered the next day 2/28/2019 for my moms birthday. This was my first time ordering from edible arrangements so I was super excited! The service I received was beyond my expectations! I had put a note on the delivery instructions to get the arrangements deliver after 3pm. My mother was not able to be home before the given time due to her going to the hospital for her breast cancer treatment. Soon after a lady named Michelle called me and noticed the comment I had stated about my mother. She understood where I was coming from and offer to throw in a survivor ballon for her. Michelle actions made the whole experience unforgettable. My mother loved everything! The fruit were sweet and fresh. Thank you Michelle for going beyond my expectations!

I picked up an arrangement from the Tucker GA store. Michelle was pleasant and had a great smile. She made a couple of suggestions and was able to create an arrangement that met my budget. The birthday girl loved her edible arrangement.

I had an arrangement made and later saw that the strawberries had mildew on them. I called the store and spoke with the manager who told me the new arrangements would be ready around 9:30/10. I get to the store and the cashier tells me my arrangements were for pick up for 12:00pm, After I personally spoke to the manager. A worker comes from out the back, which she should’ve just stayed were she was. She had a attitude the entire time speaking. I called customer service immediately! UNACCEPTABLE! I don’t recommend anything from this store.

I placed an order on 2/12/18 for Valentine’s Day. The delivery was supposed to be made between 9-10am on 2/14/18. I called them approximately 11:33am to confirm the delivery. The lady who answered the phone. Told me that the delivery was going to be made. That they were running 30min behind. I called back around 4:30pm, after speaking to my wife. The delivery was never made. I kept calling, they kept putting me on hold for 20 plus minutes. I decided to file a fraudulent case with my bank. I never received the order/service that I paid for.... I will never use this place again!!!!😡😡🤬🤬

If I could choose no stars, I would. Chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite treat! I normally request them from Godiva for Valentines Day. He, my husband, bought them on Valentines Day and they seemed fine the day of...couldve been fresher but not bad. But the second day feb 15th, I noticed fuzz growing on them. (If I can only figure out how to post pix).... Immediately they became an inedible arrangement. Needless to say, we will be getting them from Godiva from now on!! This was my and my husbands first and LAST edible arrangements experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with this store, along with the Daytona Beach store were the worst customer service experiences ever. Very unprofessional. Ordered a special arrangement for my family on a Thursday in Daytona Beach to be delivered on a Saturday in Tucker and the arrangement was never delivered. Then rescheduled for another day after Sunday and it was just excuse after excuse with the manager as to why it couldnt be delivered. They called my mother on Saturday saying they would drop it off between a 6-6:30 pm and they never showed! Manager called me on Monday asking when it could be delivered and I said well today since you never delivered when you were supposed to then she said they couldnt because there was no delivery driver.. Asked to be dropped off Tuesday at noon, still never showed at almost 3 pm. Asked for my money back because I thought it was ridiculous and there was a lot of back and forth between this store, Daytona Beach store, and corporate via phone and email. My delivery should have been top priority on Tuesday since it was never delivered on Saturday due to their fault. Almost a week and a half later and I still have not received a refund. Never received any apologies for the inconvenience of not having the arrangement delivered or not receiving a refund when I asked from either store. Never ordering from Edible Arrangements EVER again if this is how they treat their customers. Very unprofessional and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.
