I use this location to print pictures of my grandchildren. Its always a difficult thing for me because Im not good with computers and phones. Every time I go in there I dont get much help - but Jenn is always sweet to me, and takes the time to be nice to me when others make me feel stupid.I want to thank Jenn for being kind

You guys need a better system, came by for a COVID test appointment, showed up early and still spent 45 minutes in stand still line that wrapped almost towards the front. After waiting a long time I just left, as I circled towards the back I noticed that there was still like 9 cars ahead of me. Either you guys have a poor appointment management system or simply take forever, it could be both.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I scheduled a COVID vaccine online. I received my first vaccine with no issues. Upon arrival for my second vaccine I was told the last appointment time was 5:30 pm. Mind you I made the appointment online via Walgreens website for 7 pm. When I arrived and advised that I was here for my appointment the physician was extremely rude. She advised me they had a system glitch and that they would not open a new box of vaccines for one customer. She then walked away and came back to advise she called another Walgreens and that they would be able to see me today. When I called the Walgreens to confirm, the Pharmacist advised that no one from the other stores had called. She lied to me. Not only did she turn me around she also turned around three customers who also had appointments. It is not my fault that their system glitched. When you schedule the first vaccine they also make you schedule the second dose. An appointment is just that, an appointed time to do something. The customer should not have to go through so much In order to keep a COVID vaccine appointment. I am absolutely disappointed by the customer service given by the staff. I will be reaching out to news stations in hopes that no one else has to go through this.

If I could rate this store a zero stars I would. The manager was so unprofessional i went to pick up my Fedex package the manager barely looked for it. I called the next day to see if my package was there after speaking to Fedex. Tell me why the package was there the whole time and they threated to ship my package back due to it being pass 5 days but i went up there wasted my time, gas, and energy just to have to rush back up there to pick up my Neiman Marcus package before they shipped it back, and mind you the manager was acting rude once he seen me with my boyfriend... how weird and unprofessional can you be. Dont order any of your packages to be delivered here. They are the worse !!

The worst pharmacy EVER!!!Ive been dealing with this pharmacy for a couple of years because the lady I care for has all her prescriptions sent here. They are consistently bad about answering the phone and Im accustomed to being put on hold repeatedly for about 20 minutes before talking to someone. Last night, they topped their worst.I needed to find out when a prescription that I requested 5 days earlier would be back in stock because were down to her last pill. I called at 8:30 PM, admittedly late, but after being put on hold over and over again without anyone even answering to tell me they had other customers or theyd be right with me, when it got to be 9PM, they apparently locked up the pharmacy and walked away without answering the phone. After ringing several times, the call was redirected to the front of the store where I was told that the Pharmacy was closed and there was nothing she could do to help me.I called Walgreens corporate, who doesnt actually have a complaint department, but I eventually got through to someone who placated me by taking my number and assuring me that a manager would be back in touch with me soon. That was 12 hours ago and still nothing.Obviously, Walgreens is not concerned about customers or their pharmaceutical needs. If this was just a regular store, Id just go somewhere else and wouldnt worry about it. But this is a pharmacy, where people depend on them to receive life-sustaining drugs.If you are considering using this pharmacy, think twice. Walmart and Kroger both have pharmacies across the street, Publix has a pharmacy about a mile away on Hugh Howell. Any place would be better than this Walgreens.

Went to Walgreens to drop off a package for FedeX, the manager was on speaker phone conducting a personal conversation the whole time, he asked me for my number so I can receive a receipt-I know he couldn’t have heard the number I gave him because he was to distracted on the phone while customer is standing in front of him.I don’t normally complain, but it would’ve been nice to let the person know you have a customer and place them on hold or call them back. As a result I never receive confirmation for my package being accepted by Walgreens, he probably never got the correct number -totally bad service.

This pharmacy is a nightmare, I am surprised they haven’t miss medicated someone to un aliveness .Every time I come here it’s always a circus . TODAY THEY MISPLACED MY PAIN MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY DIDNT REALIZE IT WAS TWO SEPARATE PRESCRIPTIONS . Funny the penicillin got filled and that was the second prescription on the printout . I am now listening to someone else have to explain their correct meds to the pharmacy tech . I have got to switch pharmacies. This is ridiculous .

So I saw that a customer had an appointment for her vaccine and the worker kept having other customers skip her who had appointments AFTER her! Thats not right. It is degrading, disgusting and disrespectful. She even told her about it & ended up being last. Treat people fairly!

First of all it was impossible to get through to this pharmacy and I had to take my own phone and call my physician office myself and have them speak to the pharmacist. My doctors office was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, then disconnected on. When I mentioned that the hold was long, the pharmacist Dr. Fozi, left filling prescriptions to come argue with me that he didn’t leave the doctors office on hold . When I gave dr. Fozi my cell phone to speak to the doctors office, he began by telling them that he never made her wait and that her cal dropped and ot was her fault . Not hello, he knew who it was becauseShe had tried to call multiple times . So unprofessional .

We went to take pictures, the associate was really rude and gave us pushback when we sent the photos back because they were blurry. Jenn was extremely rude and disrespectful, overall giving us a really bad experience.

I drive to this Walgreens passing CVS because their photo printing service is so much better. All employees at this location are helpful, friendly and quick, with the exception of Jenn.I give it 2 stars because recently Jenn was working the counter by the photo pick up and left me standing and waiting as she had her back turned to me for 5 mins on her phone and then when she saw me walked away to the back of the store.Eventually she made her way back after I was left standing 10 minutes simply to pick up a photo order. Terrible experience in an otherwise excellent Walgreens!

Phone wait times are rediculous and usually in excess of 15 minutes. Its actually easier to take my time and show up. Thats pathetic. They botched my electronic prescription, forgot to order more ADHD meds and left me without for almost 2 weeks.

The pharmacy staff works hard so its not them. It is either the computer program or management or both but not the staff who work hard in difficult circumstances that are not in their control. The pharmacy computer program does not allow the flexibility that other (now closed) companies were able to do with my medications regarding filling scripts automatically. The overworked staff can almost NEVER speak with you straight away if you call in. You can expect to be on hold for at least 5, 8,10 minutes every.... single.... time. The need more staff, more phones and a better pharmacy program and a management team that can make that happen!!!

Worst Pharmacy service in town. Nobody there can speak English. They never answer the phone and when they do you get put on hold then they hang up. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Tracys Medline Center. Will never again set foot in that store.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I absolutely cannot wait to use a different one. Ive had antibiotics take over 24 hours to get. Ive also had simple prescriptions take days, where other Walgreens filled in ten minutes. They need a new staff!

They are NEVER consistent. Slow. Hardly see the same employees, send like they change daily and with shifts...... They dont have the same ones for long. The ones that are good that we are lucky enough to stay are former Rite Aid employees. They treat you with kindness, respect, prompt and know who you are. Many miss Rite-Aid. Funny how Rite-Aid did more business than Walgreens especially the pharmacy. As Im sitting here waiting for my script, I hear the one pharmacist apologize and she isnt a regular here ... Only 1 that I know of is. I was just told that it would be 30-40 minutes and I was called surprisingly in a few minutes. I thought it was unusual to wait that long if you are in store waiting on it. The cashier was in such a hurry almost shoving the receipt and change in my face. Unfortunately, there arent any other real choices to switch to it I most definitely would.ADDING TO THIS REVIEW. I COME TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED THAT I FILL EVERY MONTH HERE. THE PHARMACIST COMES OVER AND SAYS YOU CANT FILL IT UNTIL 10:13, TODAYS THE 13TH. HE SAID HE GOT CONFUSED. The pharmacy is horrible, the rest of the staff is great! The pharmacy is INCREDIBLY UNDERSTAFFED. Hire some people for Petes sake. Theres a pharmacist and one attendant. Occasionally there may be two running around like chickens without heads because theyve got more work than they can handle. My prescriptions were transferred there when they closed RiteAid. It took 5 tries before they actually got the notifications to work to let me know when my prescription was ready. Dont try to call, it rings forever. If they pick up, they immediately put you on hold.

This is the most inefficient operation that I have ever encountered. The staff moves at a snails pace and at time it seems as if they’re operating like this on purpose (perhaps just to milk hour hours on the clock).They frequently have patients waiting 30-45 minutes in line even after a prescription was called in or dropped of days in advance.Avoid this place entirely if your time is of any value to you.

Maybe the store itself isn’t bad, but the pharmacy is ill-managed and unorganized. I chose this location because it’s closer to my apartment than the other location that I frequent, but I’ll never choose convenience over efficiency and customer service again.I’m sure it’s not the pharmacy staff’s fault for being short staffed, but it’s not an excuse nonetheless. The very least that can be done is make a phone call to properly update and inform your customers so they don’t waste their time unnecessarily. I will not be back.

I would not even give it 1 star. Waited on the phone for 1 hour before someone picked up and another day 30 and when they picked up and put me on hold I was cut off. Waited at the drive through at the window and no one in front of me for 20 minutes before someone helped me. They are in no hurry and under staffed. I moved to CVS in Tucker. Worst experience with Customer Service ever!

This pharmacy was fine until my insurance changed and I could no longer purchase my medicine from them. Now its like pulling teeth every time I need to get any of my meds, because my new pharmacy and I have to hound them for days to get them to transfer each individual prescription.

Waited over 50 minutes to pick up prescription that was called in over 24 hours b4. Last week we waited 30 mins in prescription pickup line. Employess are overworked so it isn.t their fault. Just not enough staff to handle load.You have to get a employee to put in code just to use restroom. Ridiculous!We are switching to Rite Aid at Chamblee Tucker shopping center.Sure do miss my Rite Aid on Lawrenceville Highway/Fellowship.

Theres not a 2.5 stars. Its a roll of the dice service wise. Sometimes the staff is energetic and polite...sometimes they are dull and very rude. My career is customer service centric and this pharmacy gets a C- in service when taking an average of my experiences. I have a 13 month old, so Ive made a considerable amount of trips here.
