Everyone loves American Chainsaw! Especially tree professionals like myself! They have everything!(If everything pertains to Stihl Chainsaws) However I do wish they would venture out and go for some large Husqvarna Saws or even some Echos! I am a fan of multiple brand saws according to which size youre inquiring about! Although pretty much all chainsaw stores one specific brand name of saw. I wish this wasnt the case. Why is that I wonder. Well, anyway, Their climbing section is untouchable! In its market it stands alone! Overall, I would def say that American Chainsaw is by far my favorite tree professional outlet. Also their staff is hugely knowledgeable and if you need a Stihl (only) repair there is nothing they cant fix within reason!🤘

The ladies were nice. The young guy that served us gave us the wrong size screw even after my husband told him that it was wrong. We took the hedge trimmers with us to show him what we needed. After we drove back home. We realize it was the wrong screw. We had to wait until morning to go back. Once my husband returned the wrong screws they gave us the right ones and still charged us extra for it. That was not fair because we had to spend more gas to drive out there. Thats not pleasing your customers. The ladies are truly friendly but they have to think about that type of situation.

Staff helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Also they were honest and forthcoming on there service backlog for chainsaw repairs. That alone tells me that instead of just taking business in solely for their own profit that they shoot the customer straight. That allows the client to do what best suits their needs instead of the dealer just groping for dollars! That honesty is extremely rare in business today and gives me insight into banking that they would not replace parts that werent needed, just to run up their repair quotes. Class act shop that has been in business since I was a teenager, thirty six years ago.

Even though it was a Saturday, and the store was extremely busy, I felt like I was the only one there. Mark was exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Honestly, it was so casual that I felt like I was buying from a friend, and not a salesperson.In a world filled with lackluster customer service, these folks really do shine. A++

Ive bought my chainsaws, blower, and hedge trimmers from there. Ive also had them perform service multiple times as well as sharpen some chains. They seem hit or miss with customer service, but where else am I gonna to go 🤷‍♂️

This is our second MS 250 STIHL Power Saw the first was stolen. Kelly, and Mark looked into their file and found the information on our first purchase. Then said that the saw was on sell and that the Ministry could place it on a 90 day layaway it if we needed to...A great group of people...We highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend using American Chainsaw. They gave the best customer service I have ever had when dealing with a Stihl retailer. Frank, one of the employees at the Tucker location took the time to go through all parts of the equipment I bought. At any other store they get you what you need and rush you out. He showed me how to properly maintain the blower I purchased, so it would last longer. I have been working with Mark,Shelia, and Kelley for several years. They are all so helpful.Today I realized how honest they are. I had an issue with getting my Kombi attachment off the shaft. I spoke to Shelia and she said if I could bring it over she was sure they could fix it. Mark and the Sthl rep immediately started to tinker with it. I saw Mark change a part I asked him how much I owed. He said nothing it is under warranty. I really never would have thought of that. I could have easily been charged for that and I dare say somewhere else I probably would have been.Keep supporting small local businesses with integrity and heart.
