If you are looking for professional glass installers contact Dixie Glasshoppers. We had them cut a mirror that was donated to us for our Studio B and I was so impressed with the service and pricing I hired them to put up a set of 5 X 12 foot mirrors in our Studio A. The room has transformed since the install, and the clients love being able to watch their form. The staff is great. They had to reschedule, but they promised to get the work done by the deadline I set and they delivered as planned.

Dropped off a drawing for a quote for a piece of cut glass, was told theyd be in touch in a couple days. Never heard back. I called back once a week for the next THREE weeks and they kept telling me they would be in touch with the quote. I never heard back from them after the third call, and I wont ever consider contacting them for work again.

Horrible! We were supposed to have glass delivered one evening and they never showed up-- we waited until 10:00 pm for a no show. I called several times the next day and was promised it would be delivered as soon as possible... We waited all day and they finally showed up with the glass at the end of the day and did not even apologize for being late. In fact, the guy was kind of rude about it and wasnt in the least bit concerned that he had delayed us or that we were upset about the service. We will never use them again and if you have any sort of deadline to meet, I wouldnt recommend even calling this company because they will make you miss it.
