I have a Primo XL grill that has a cracked fire box. This part is advertised to have a lifetime warranty. I have been trying for over a month to get a replacement with ZERO success. I have never seen worse customer service in my life. Why do you have a warranty if you’re not going to honor it. BEWARE!!!

I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel publicly obligated to leave one on this company! horrible quality in the products, inserts break, grills rust, outside ceramic cracks, company has horrible customer service, Worst purchase I think I have ever made, coal grates 2 purchased all rusted! ceramic inserts 3 purchased al cracked! 3 hinge assembly. all rusted! This grill has also been covered, do yourself a favor BIG GREEN EGG!

I have a Morrone Primo Large Grill from 2003 and it works great to this day. The fire box cracked in three pieces and the ownership helped me figure out the size that I needed because the previous fire box was smaller in size. The company warrantied the fire box. The sales manager and ownership back up their warranty! No questions asked for a fire box that was 16 years old. I would not trade it for another grill.Great product and Excellent customer service!Thank you Primo! You are first!

What an awesome company and a fabulous grill. Made in America means something here. The service after the sale and lifetime warranty comes in handy when you have owned one for 15 years as I have. The oval XL is great because I can cook for large groups and also cook indirect and smoke some great pork butts or briskets. You cant do that on a small round grill. I smoked a brisket one year for Christmas by putting it on the night before and letting it smoke all night with no heat loss. Santa was impressed!

Great grill and services after the sale is 2nd to none. I had a problem with my lid that allowed smoke to leak out. They replaced it we just picked it up. If you grill from 2 to 40+ people you cant go wrong with a Primo XL Oval. It is by far the best purchase Ive ever made. We met the owner really nice guy.

Ive had my Primo XL for 12 years or more and purchased it new. Its been an amazing cooking machine and has greatly improved my cooking capabilities. Its delivers awesome results, be it cooking steaks, wings, or BBQ.. I use a Rocks Stoker with mine when doing long duration smoking like BBQ and turkeys to keep a consistent temperature. The ceramic really holds the heat and cooks meats evenly. Ive even cooked pizzas and mac and cheese in it.Ive used Primos warranty service without any issues. The customer service staff has always been very helpful and willing to address my needs. Ive made a few trips to both of their locations, old and new, and theyve always been gracious hosts.

XL 400. Awesome people to deal with. Love my XL400 oval. Ive had for about 4 years now. If I had to do it all over again, I would.

The most used item in my kitchen lives outside. I cook on my primo all year around. Simple food comes out tasting amazing! The control is so good flareups are a thing of the past. I can perfectly roast a duck on a BBQ without any issues. Finally customer service is the best. Real people answer the phone. They are proud of their product, care about your cooking and do their best to help. So glad I went Primo, I tell all my friends and we have started the Primo UK fanclub ;) Were British so we are a fairly reserved bunch. Soft words strong convictions!

The grll is an awesome addition to any backyard,I had mine for almost 18 years now and I love it

The people are rude and dont honor their warranty. Id never purchase a grill for that price to have a company not honor their warranty. Youre much better off buying a green egg

I love my Primo XL. I had a warranty issue and they were very pleasant and accommodating.They replaced the entire ceramic oval.

We have a primo grill. My husband LOVES it! It is the only porcelain grill manufacturer in the USA. Weve had it for over a year. We actually bought one that was a second directly from the company. This saved us a lot of money. We cant find the slight blimmish so were good with it. Weve cooked ribs, steak, hamburger, chicken, fish, vegis, shrimp and pizza. All delicious!
