Purchased Smoked Turkey Breast and Ham for sandwiches. They both having the famous glaze.Best idea. The meat is soooo good.But, the ham has very high sodoum. When I eat it I have to drink tons of water or my head will hurt and Ill be dizzy. So, if you have like high blood pressure, this is not it for you!I get my veggies from Kroger and bread which is right across the street.@foodismyclassroomNegative:You can buy just 1lb of ham but you cant buy 1lb of turkey. You have to but the whole thing. That sucks because its only me so I gave a lot away to coworkers and my sister.

Per lb, quite expensive! Got a ham bone and kit for split pea soup. It was VERY good split pea soup. Also got a lb of ham for sandwiches and breakfast.

They were closing, lights being shut off. I dont think they knew I was there cause I had been waiting for a few minutes and I was calling out to the voices from the back. When someone came out from the back they looked surprised. But they did wait on me. They were nice and told me to take my time. So because they didnt react as if I was an interference in their nightly activities, I was very pleased with the customer service. I started apologizing to them for stopping them from leaving. 😃

Real food. Real people. Very safe and clean. The ham sandwich is yummy! It is like eating a real sandwich. Some other places, you have to look for the meat. Not here!

This Honey Baked Ham location provides excellent customer service. Honey Baked Ham makes awesome sandwiches, and they give you a sandwich that is well portioned. This is unlike some other restaurants that offer sandwiches. The smoked turkey breast is amazing especially when heated just a little. Drop by this location for something awesome when it comes to food and service.

The store was not busy at all so the line was very quick. Employees were very friendly and made sure you got what you wanted. Love the ham from here, we get it every Christmas!

Got in line around 9:10am the day before Thanksgiving with no reservation or preorder confirmation. Little more than half an hour later, we had a ham, despite the high demand and many other items being sold out. Staff kept the people waiting informed and distanced in line and limited the number of people inside the store say a time. They were courteous and friendly. The ham itself did not disappoint.

Great food for Thanksgiving. Line moved fast. Bad parking; I was blocked in the parking lot for 10 minutes when trying to leave.

Even with a line and social distancing it moved very well today, great job staff!! I cant wait to eat my ham on Thanksgiving!

Picked up a ham today for an event. On our online order it stated that i wanted boneless and sliced ham. The sales associate confirmed that was what i was picking up. Instead i get to the event and there is a bone. I called the store and explained my situation and they said there was nothing they could do besides helping for the future. Why would i go back for them to make another mistake.

Clean, quiet, and great sandwiches. I may be a little weird but dont go the week before Thanksgiving or Christmas if you want a peaceful meal. During that time, its jam packed with people buying the honey baked hams so it gets crowded. Im keeping it 5 stars though because a busy store is not a bad thing, and their selection of food is always top notch.

I come here a lot, I’m always greeted with a welcome and a smile by the name on my ticket “CHRISTOPHE”. I usually get sandwiches here but this time I went to get several items eg: Dinner Rolls, Smoked Turkey Slices, some sides and He helped me through it all, was very patient, and was a pleasure to speak with, he knows how to hold a conversation for someone so young! I will continue to come here to be greeted with such joy, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👍🏼

Always clean and friendly....the ham sandwich on that buttery croissant with the honey mustard is simply orgasmic!!! The sauce is so sweet and its a perfect compliment to the glaze thats baked on the ham. Many options to choose from like ribs, Turkey, and broccoli caserole, but thats by far my favorite so far 💙✅

Bad service at the Northlake store the Friday before Easter! Actually told me they could NOT make me a ham salad sandwich--because they were only doing whole hams at the counter--even though there were no ham salad sandwiches available in the to go cooler. Now Im standing right there looking at bread and ham salad in the store. There was a girl giving out samples and a manager walking around. Somebody could have made me a sandwich!!!

This store has been here forever. the manager is a GREAT guy and the servers are friendly and well trained. HBH is the best in the world, and this is my go-to store for years. even on heavy holidays (eg Easter, etc.) they have an organized system that moves people through a long line very, very quickly. keep up the great work, this is how a store needs to operate.

Delicious Smaked Turkey Classic

My family and I really love Honey Baked Ham. This is the only location we have been to (LaVista Road store). We have shopped here about 10+ times. The staff has always been friendly, professional & helpful. We, of course, love the sliced ham...but we also really look forward to the Pot Roast (3 lb, pre-cooked with brown gravy). We just pop it into the crockpot on low and let it slowly cook in its juices & gravy. Our most recent trip there they were out of the Pot Roasts. Disappointed...I was about to leave when REMONIA - Manager - told me she could have one delivered from another store. Sure enough...about 30 minutes later it arrived. I have never encountered this level of customer service in the food industry. Extremely impressed...I brought the Pot Roast home much to the happiness of my family that was visiting from Texas. Thanks, REMONIA...you are first class. Ive included a few pics of the process. Hope this helps!
