I placed an order on August 30th 2021, was told shipment was due in mid September, when I asked about my order, I was told that they had a delay and it would be in September 30th, when I contacted them on that day I was told that it was delayed again til mid October, I informed them I wanted to cancel my order and wanted my money refunded, which I was told it would be, after 3 weeks still without my money, I contacted Melinda and was told it takes 7 to 10 business days and if I needed further assistance to contact billing and refund department, they needed my order number, I sent a copy of the invoice and now I have not heard anything, and still 2 months later I still don’t have the 101.00 dollars, I’m very disappointed, I would not recommend this company!!!!

This company is a joke. Made an order June 22, after not hearing from the company on my order for over a month, I contacted them July 28, and was told my order would be shipping out the next morning. Now, on August 9th, I still haven’t heard anything back from them.They can spam my email daily with offers and deals, but can’t figure out what’s going on with my order. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! Order from somewhere else! I placed an order and 2 months later still nothing from them (no email updates, no text updates, no phone calls) despite the fact when I placed the order the product was shown as in stock. This 60 days of silence (between the order and my cancellation) caused me to take the initiative and I ended up contacting them. During each of my four calls to Atlanta Light Bulbs I was given a new projected delivery date. Oh, and I forgot to mention they charge your credit card upon placing your order so they sat on my money for 60 days....Isnt that nice?Enough is enough. Do not patronize this business....you have been warned.

After 5 months I canceled them, a month after that they showed up at my door. 4 days after that Ups showed up at my house unannounced to collect them. I payed for them even though I got them from another company after 8 days. Poor service and no internal communication leads to mixed up orders.

Our small start-up company ordered over 1500$ in light bulbs. We were shipped the wrong light bulbs. When we went to return the bulbs and ballasts it took 3 customer service agents and 6 weeks to generate an RMA number. We paid to return them through Fedex and in the mean team we went on to order a second batch of light bulbs. When the ballasts and bulbs finally made it to Atlanta light bulbs, it took 2 more customer service representatives to get answers. Customer service agent Valerie Bowes refused to issue us the credit saying we returned used burnt out light bulbs despite the fact we returned the bulbs in the same box and shipping materials as they were sent in, never took the bulbs out of the box, have no way to use the product (since it was the wrong size), and sent the photos to prove it. We tried repeatedly to contact anyone at Atlanta Light Bulbs including our CFO. Our efforts to try to schedule a meeting were ignored. Needless to say we will not be able to do business in the future with such an unprofessional company with terrible customer service and unethical business practices . I have attached the photos of what we received. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I went here looking for an uncommon bulb and they had exactly what I needed. I was surprised at the selection available. I will definitely be heading back for my future lighting needs.

I received the order in a timely fashion. I had ordered twenty bulbs and that is how many I received. However, two bulbs were duds. This kept my rating at 4 stars and not 5 stares. The bulbs are inexpensive and the value of the two dud bulbs is far less then what the shipping charges for replacing the two bulbs would be. I had ordered 20 bulbs because I expect to blow a few in my experiments so the two duds are not a problem and just part of the equation . At this time I am a happy customer.

Better watch them! They charged my CC then sent an email saying the product was on 90+ day back order. It was not easy to get a refund. Reputable companies do not charge the CC until the order ships. BEWARE!

You offered a great price for LED tubes to replace my old T-12 florescent tubes. The install was straight forward and I am extremely pleased with the result. Much better light at a great price. The tubes were delivered on time and the packaging was way more than adequate (double boxed). I cant imagine how things could have gone better.

I purchased two light LED bulbs from these guys but the bulbs ended up not fitting in the fixture I ordered them for. They charge a $65 restocking fee! I will gladly support local companies but not if theyre going to charge $65 to add two bulbs back to their inventory and stick them on the self. I recommend purchasing else where. $65 fee is 20% of my purchase amount.

Terrible customer service. Stay away. Took several weeks to receive my lights. Then had to return defective Lithonia LED panel lights that would buzz no matter what dimmer I used. They would have kept my money if I did not stay on top of them and kept emailing them. 4 weeks after returning the lights I received my refund but they told me it was refunded 1 week after receiving them. Will never do business with again.Complete liars. I had to contact them 3 times after they received the lights back to get my refund. If they keep spreading lies about refunding me the same day they received the items, I will have to expose them with pictures and emails. It took 4 weeks and they would have kept my money if I did not stay on top of it.

I received exactly what I expected, (LED tube lamps), and they are nice and bright. I also received plenty of helpful communication. I ordered the bulbs for a retro fit on two (4) bulb T12 fixtures, my first retro fit using LED tubes. Well I did not realize that the LEDs do not require ballast, so I had also purchased ballast, (from another source), and I had LED tube strobe lights, but after some communication with Atlanta Light Bulbs, I now have nice bright light. I just had a horrendous experience after years of prompt, attentive and quick service. I placed an online order at the end of March. My credit card was immediately charged. In early May I contacted them as I had not received the items. After several hours of chatting and phone conversations, I learned that because 2 lightbulbs (out of an order 16) were out of stock they were holding the whole order. Finally I talked to a supervisor who shipped the remainder of the order. I was told the remainder of the order would be shipped May 14. Today (2 months after the initial order) I contacted them again and after 45 minutes was told the items would be shipped from the vendor tomorrow and then to me.My biggest complaint is the policy to pass the charges through when the order is placed. This gives the company no incentive or record that customers havent received the items.

I placed an order via web, and received an email the following day letting me know that the bulbs I ordered were non-stock items, thus non-returnable and with a longer lead time. I emailed them to cancel the order, and explained that had they been marked as a non-stock item that fell outside of their typical ship times and return policy, I wouldnt have placed the order. Since I need them this weekend, I found another vendor that was able to ship next-day - and since the item wasnt marked as non-stock, hasnt been shipped to me, and I contacted them within 2 hours of being informed that the item wasnt readily available, it seems like canceling the order is a completely reasonable solution.Atlanta Light Bulbs: Unfortunately this order cannot be canceled.These items are Non-stock which means we order them especially for the customer. and they are Non-returnable/refundable unless defective.Since the smallest quantity available for purchase was a box of 10, and shipping was $10, I now have $30 of 10 tiny lightbulbs. A small amount, for sure, but Im writing this out of exasperation. Its a hassle (and wasteful) to deal with a company that ignores common sense solutions after theyve made a mistake, and asks that the customer pay - in time and money - for their oversight.

Horrible experience dealing with Atlanta Light Bulbs. I ordered a bulb and it was broken by the time it arrived. I called back to have a replacement sent and it never arrived. I called back again and since it was past the 30-day return window (which was because I had been waiting for the replacement bulb that never arrived) they said that they could no longer honor a replacement. They instead offered the bulb at half-price, at which point I decided to order from another company. Truly one of the worst ordering experiences Ive gone through and I recommend that no one uses them.

I needed a ballast for my circular light bulb in my office. The old one had broken connectors and functioned intermittently. They had a picture and description of a new ballast resistor for my light. I used the old one to order the replacement which merely plugged in and my light viola, has worked since. They company was very responsive and by providing the description, picture, and the nomenclature, I was able to successfully repair it.

Worst experience ever. Placed my order 4 weeks ago. I called a week after ordering and was told they only have 6 out of 12 in stock so I said, OK, please ship the 6 currently in stock and the other 6 when available. Was told Id have the 6 currently available by August 13th, even though I paid for overnight shipping so it would be 12 days to receive the first set of 6. Didnt receive those 6 today, August 13th so I called back and was told they would contact vendor to have them shipped today, August 13th! So the vendor hasnt even shipped them yet! I told them Id expect them to ship them via overnight as its been 4 weeks now since my original order and they hung up on me 5 times and refuse to escalate my call to a supervisor.Worst customer service and worst experience EVER. As a business owner, I hope the BOD and/or owners of ALB see this post and have this be an example to their team on how NOT to provide customer service!

I bought a very specific type of bulb from this company for a very specific type of fixture. I was sent the wrong bulb. Per their policy - they can substitute what they feel is a suitable replacement; however, the suitable replacement they sent me did not work in my fixture. After A LOT of communication and frustration, they agreed to refund my money - including the shipping charges. However, I still had to pay the $8.00 to send the incorrect light bulbs they sent me back to them. So it cost me $8.00 for their mistake. This is not intended to be a negative review, just a statement of fact, take from it what you will.

I ordered 2 bright white lite 12 watt replacement tube bulbs but was sent in error 2 12 watt blacklight bulbs that are used for bug repellant and are totally useless for illumination of the outdoor area. I would not use this resource again.
