I ordered a product eight months ago. I got a confirmation that the order had been placed, but since then, Ive not heard anything from the company. The website said the product was in production and that it would be available on 3/17/2019. It is now two months past that date, and there is no update on the website, and I still havent heard anything from the company - despite two attempts to e-mail them. This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen or received from any company. If you cant keep your customers in the loop about products that are being produced, you dont need to stay in business!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! So far, I havent been charged. They do not reply to emails or messages. Item was for a wedding and was never received. Close the website if youre no longer in business.

They arent even one star! I should have read more comments before ordering...my story is the same. Ordered, received a confirmation and then nothing. The message changes every time you call - very odd. Do not order from this company - their site should be taken down!
