If you want halal meat this is the place to go. They have a small counter in the back you can order street food, and they sell groceries in the front. They have falafel so it’s vegetarian friendly, and their grocery section has some great options, including some that work great for me as a vegan. The staff is friendly and it’s a nice little shop.

Honestly, this store was amazing! The moment you walk in, you feel so welcome and appreciated. Customer service is great, the employees are courteous and friendly and you can just tell they are genuine! They have great spices that I havent been able to find anywhere else. Oh and the Deli, must have food! Ill be going again. :)

Incredible beef schwarma! We also tried the fried beef triangles and they were to die for. Highly recommended and likely addictive.

I had the falafel sandwich and it was great! A steal at $3.99. I also the East african tea which was amazing. Very friendly staff. I returned again to try a Gyro for $4.99 which was great and a Dolma (stuffed grape leaves) for $3.99 which was good).

This place is fantastic! I was able to stop by and eat some of their delicious food in the restaurant section, and got some shopping done inside their market! Great staff and customer service. Try their Chicken Shawerma sandwich... it’s so good! Will be going back!

From Speedway, its easy to think this place is closed - but pull into the parking lot and youll see the main entrance. Import groceries and a few convenience store items, but theres a restaurant, too, with delicious baklava. I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma. Rice had nice flavor without being overpowering. Convenient midtown location once you know where it is, and one of the easier grocery stores to walk to for Palo Verde neighborhood residents near Speedway. Seems like a nice family-run store.

Favorite halal market in Tucson, their Samosa and fish steak is the best. Meat are always fresh and high quality. Staff are nice and care about customer satisfaction.

What a pleasure to stop into the store and restaurant while walking down the street. I found Jasmine and basmati rice for a really good price at this location as well as reasonably priced spaces and large amount of quantity. Definitely want to stop back and try out the gyros and schwarma that are sold at this restaurant.

The seller is very nice, the meat are fresh, and actually this is the only HALAL store in Tucson that takes WIC coupons. The restaurant also serves delicious food. Love it

Great store for expired goods. They seem to have never updated their stock in the last 10 yrs. If youd love to go home to discover you just purchased old expired goods, come here.

I may not be the most well-versed in Mediteranean/Middle Eastern cuisine, but thus far out of the chicken shawarma I have tried in Tucson, and elsewhere, Nur Markets is by far the best! I have only had take out twice from here, and both times it was chicken shawarma, but both times it was absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open until 6 pm, but other than that this place is great. The first time I ordered via grubhub or something like that, but this last time I went in and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I also ordered baklava and that was pretty legit as well. After eating Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food from an array of restaurants in Madison, Wisconsin I am glad to be back in Tucson (despite this horrible heat) where the food is actually tasty and legit!!!
