Ive just returned from picking up a special order from this place. A beautiful, red velour dash cover. When I arrived at the store/stand earlier today to pick it up, a girl and older lady were running the stand, instead of the kind man I had purchased the dash cover from the week before. The young girl asked me what name the order was under, and I told her it was under my daughters name (since it was gift to her 21st birthday). The older lady immediately scoffed, Do you even know what your picking up? But, noting the rude tone in her voice, I went on to mention that we hadnt driven my daughters car there, we had driven mine. I then asked if I could give them a call later, if there were any problems once we got home. This is when the older lady again sneered in a mocking tone, Its a special order. Its made especially for that model car. She had made her dissatisfaction even more clear when she insinuated that the color my daughter chose was outdated, that,We dont make that color anymore. We dont sell red because its from the 80s and the 90s! I felt insulted by her comment, not only because it was completely out of line, but because my daughter was present to hear that her choice had been a bad one. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the dash cover the first time I had visited the business (along with a sun-shade) but had I not, I would have turn around, that instant, and left without purchasing a thing from Red Desert Auto Accessories, and taken my business elsewhere.

Great place to get dash covers, seat covers and floor mats. They even embroider hats and shirts as well as dash covers.
