I called this place today asking about a part. The person who answered sounded as if his life wasnt worth living and that I was disconvenencing him for calling him. I live in another county. I cannot go in and talk to a person face-to-face. He then proceeded to tell me that his computers were down and that he needed five minutes and hell call me back. He never hung up. I waited and then he answered the phone even though he did not end the call. Again it was still the same phone call and he then proceeded to get frustrated at me. It had been more than an hour before I called him back.

Was great only problem is he forgot to give me one of my parts I paid for

Bought an engine 10 years ago, engine didnt work, they didnt want to honor warranty, just bought a set of spindles and they gave us incorrect ones and play games to us instead exchange, over the phone owner told us to go over there and exchange it, he will pull it while on our way, when there he said only have one side, and he will have it ready monday, make us loose half day

Good experience cahsier had knowledge of what vehicles or other yunk yards around lucky for me he had my part but other times Ive been there he has not but directed me good experience over all

Went on an adventure to look for some parts 😁. The owner was awesome and very helpful. Jeremiah was also a great help and very professional 😊. I will do alot of buissness here just due to the customer service they provided me. Great place to find parts for old cars.

Owner took the time to make sure to locate another altenator at a nearby location for me when they werent locating the one in stock. Went above and beyond what most part stores would do these days. Extremely grateful for the help & ensuring I got the part I needed! Great place to do business with.

They are crooks. He lied to me tried to raise the price by $150 . He was so rude the guy in the wheelchair is a liar!!!!!

I wish Google would let me give a negative star rating. This company is a bunch of B.S. I ordered and engine at Thanksgiving time the person that answered the phone said his employee was in Texas and would have him pull it when he returned he also added that he lost my work order and would handle it. I waited couple weeks and called back and was told I have a work order for it Im not sure what thats means but I will assume that he simply doesnt want to sell me an engine. I called today and asked how my engine was coming and he answered which engine and I gave all the info again and then responded ill get a work order started. I explained that I have this car apart and my customer is not very happy. HIS response was GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. so who ever reads this I would do exactly what I was told take your business somewhere else.

David at Action is a true dishonest, unethical business person. I purchased a part from him that was not even close to the year, make and model I needed. I called him immediately after receiving the incorrect part and he just kept saying he would call me back or that it was his techs fault. After which, he would either not return my calls, hang up on me, or place me on hold and would never pick back up. After several months, he finally took my call and informed that is was from the correct vehicle and it had been too long to return my part or give me my money back.

Called this yard to verify that they had a certain factory wheel for my Ford truck. I was double checking because their website said they had a few of these wheels on the lot.Once I got there the guy in the office sat at a computer and started typing away, asking me what I was looking for again. After maybe 5 minutes or so he pulled up the exact same picture I had seen on their website earlier and showed it to me. I asked if I could go see the wheels and take some measurements and he said Oh, we dont have those in stock.After another 5+ minutes of him slogging through some website he called me over again. Are these them? he asked, and I confirmed. He then stated that they were about $125 each and they would take a couple days to get there. While looking at this second picture I noticed it was just showing inventory at another salvage yard over in Texas (with a completely different name - not another branch of this co.)So, either their inventory is very wrong or they are dishonest. Their website said they had more than 4 items, in stock, for $30-40. Once I got there they had none in stock and the price had gone up to $125.While I was in there he took a few phone calls and said nearly the exact same thing as he said to me: Oh yes, we definitely have that, just stop on by and we can help you out.. What a liar.The place across the street didnt have what I wanted either but they were up front and friendly and I was on my way in 2 minutes. This was much better than getting jerked around for 20+ minutes about parts they dont even have.The guy who helped me was the only one there in a wheelchair so you should know if you get the same guy.

Dave the guy that owns this yard is INCREDIBLE!!! Dave worked for 2 days to find my part...He eventually found it two states over in Texas....had it over nighted to me at no extra cost....My second part he found in Yuma...next day I had it!!! This is all after the dealer told me to go kick dirt...And three other junkyards in town said good luck finding that!!! Im sure if Dave was tasked to do so he could probably even find that teamsters union boss too!!! Hoffa!!! And have him over nighted to me...=)

Guy doesnt know what he has, waste of time

Same as the other guys stated will not refund shipping even though he sent me a broken timing cover! He broke it and epoxied it back together and sent it to me! Wont refund and wants to charge me shipping both ways for another timing cover! I. Called my credit card company and had the charges reversed this guy is scum and a terrible business man! I have notified the BAR and they will investigate! Dirtbag!
