BMW of Tucson has been the dealership where Ive received all of my services since moving her a few years ago. While they are swift with repairs, the main issue has always been the mistakes made with regards to selection of services, the solving of issues and attempted sales of services not needed.In my most recent visit, I paid for just an oil and filter change, full service check up and tire balancing and alignment. While waiting, they informed me that the drive belt was worn and cracking and they recommended replacing. However, I had already had that drive belt replaced earlier this year due to their recommendation that it was worn and cracking. I asked them to review my records to ensure that was indeed the belt replaced in my last visit. They returned stating that our apologies. You did indeed have the drive belt replaced last visit. I took pictures of your drive belt, and there is no cracking. Youre good to go!This not only screams inefficiency to me, but worries me that other services are either not done, or not needed. This location has recommended I replace my water pump, my fuel pump, and many other parts in my engine, and now I wonder how credible their word was.Beware, and get a second opinion. We considered buying an X5 from this location, and will most likely seek a new car elsewhere.
New to the Tucson area. Had my vehicle serviced at BMW Tucson and it was a five star rating! My service advisor Tyson is the best!. He made me feel at home while I waited for my oil and filter change. You will not be disappointed.

I had never done this before but due to the microchip shortage inventory is so low all over the county. I’m pretty picky and wanted a particular color and package that wasn’t available in Houston, Texas. Ive been taking my 1999 Z3 to be serviced here for 20 years and I have to say, this last experience was my best. Jayme took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done and then what was done. She even had the mechanic physically show her, which then allowed her to relate what she saw to me. The multi-point inspection sheet and invoice given to me were both clear and thorough. Thank you Jamie - and the mechanic who worked on my car. I very much appreciated the great service.
I was in a bind- had a flat tire with some after market wheel locks that I didn’t even know where on the car when I bought it/didn’t have the key. I live 30 min from the dealership and didn’t want to try the Run Flat tire if there was nothing the dealership could do. Jayme in the service department was super helpful and I was able to text a picture of the wheel lock to her and she checked with the technician and confirmed they could get it off prior to coming in. She made this nightmare of a day (I had gone to 3 separate tire shops prior to this and no one could get the wheel lock off) much less stressed and I really appreciate her just taking the extra minute to care.Martin, who I think works in sales, alsoWas a huge help and helped take care of getting new wheel locks on and a key so we could avoid this issue in the future.Amazing customer service all around!

I was just browsing around for cars at first, and they were just one of the places I was looking at. I felt like I wasted their time for about a week while I waited to hear back about other applications with another dealership and my credit union. However, they were dedicated to helping me out. They even offered to come bring the car to my home so I could test drive it to work.I eventually ended up going up to the dealership and gave it a proper test drive. I havent driven manual transmission vehicles much before, so I was nervous. My dealer, Kevin, took me to a parking lot where I could practice with the clutch until I was comfortable enough to take it to the streets. Kevin helped me understand how to drive with the manual transmission better. It was so much fun to drive it around, I fell in love with it. Even though I wasnt sure how Id like it at first.They stayed with me and helped me get set up with a nice loan with decent interest rates and I was able to leave with the car the same day. They even refilled the gas for me. Kevin gave me some tips for getting back home from the dealership, as I wasnt too familiar with that area of town.Altogether, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to Kevin and everybody else that was super eager to help me as I waited and processed forms. They even have a nice waiting area where you can watch tv, sit down, relax, and get some coffee, etc.

I have lived in Tucson for almost four years and I have experienced nothing but exceptional service from this dealership every time Ive taken my car in for routine maintenance and repairs. Their pricing is competitive compared to dealerships Ive been to in other cities, and they often text service coupons and specials which is a great perk. I imported my BMW from Canada and the service department has been easy to work with when taking care of any recall work required. For the last couple of years Ive dealt with Katelyn in the service department for all service and repairs and she is one of the best service advisors Ive had the pleasure of dealing with! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, so I always try book my service appointments with her. Katelyn explains things in detail and advises whether specific maintenance can wait until my next service appointment which I appreciate. Tucsons BMW dealership is top notch and Im thankful that I dont need to travel to metro Phoenix for service.

The sales person we talked with was Patrick Taylor, we never felt like we were pressured to purchase a car at that minute. He took us out for a test drive on the car we were interested in and answered all questions we had.While in the office he asked if we wanted water and told us about other they had available. Patrick was great to work with and I would recommend him to any of my friend as the person to work with.
The client advisor Anthony Powers was very cordial and helpful but the manager was a completely different story. He essentially told us to leave with a “bye” when his hard bargain did not work. Very unprofessional. Been leasing BMWs for 9 years now. Recommend give Tucson dealership a skip and get your car from Phoenix.

As always the people at BMW of Tucson rise to the occasion when things dont turn out like everyone excepted them to. After a warranty service to the battery/emission system of my 2020 X5 I could not call out or use navigation while driving home. I turned around and my Service Advisor Kayla quickly and expertly addressed the problem (quite simple but annoying) and I was back on the road in 5 minutes.Maybe BMW should count on helping customers deal with simple but annoying problems after changes to the electrical or computer system in their cars?Thank you again Kayla!Alan Kearney

Took my BMW X5 in for service, also had a tail light out, asked to be fixed. The service advisor didnt call to let me know the auto was ready. I called and was told he left for the day. Had to call back because no one know if the auto was ready for pick up. 2 hrs later I called back as was told it was ready but the tech working on the X5 didnt see the light not working. When I came to pick up the auto, light was STILL out and not working. This is the 2nd time I have been here and the first time was great, not this time.......
I had services performed on my vehicle (oil and filter changes). The service was good, the assistance was professional, the prices were high and there was a greater feeling of piling on than Ive felt visiting most other repair shops. For instance, registering the battery I had bought elsewhere was a $140 service option that I declined and a fluid flush was another $170.They did offer to shuttle me to the Mall (where I waited) but I was hopeful of a greater difference between the dealership and a standard auto shop. The most important differences I noted were BMW does have better access to and experience with their vehicles and they will charge a premium for those things.

I had to drop off my car for routine maintenance and be at work early, so I called Kayla and she was able to streamline the whole process for me. It was due to her effort that I was able to get in and out of BMW in less than 10 mins and be at work in time.
I took my 2013 BMW128i in for its annual checkup. As usual, we both received first class treatment. I truly appreciated that as a new widow I was not persuaded to spend lots of money for unnecessary work or products. I feel safe and pampered when I go there. I had a nail in my tire and they recommended that I go to a tire repair place to have it fixed rather than sell me a new tire I really didnt need. Special praise and thanks goes to Kayla Diaz, my service rep. Topping off the visit was a complimentary car wash!

I recently remote purchased a 2015 BMW Z4 used vehicle Ive been searching for past 2 years. (every day, couple times a day, checking on used car websites)Rachel Bracety, a sales person who helped me on the purchase journey was excellent and made my purchase smooth and easy.She was very responsive and quick on purchasing processes, kind of felt that she really cares of her customers.For past 2 years, Ive had few opportunity to buy the Z4, and for the couple of them, I went though the purchasing process which ended up unfortunate.The price was great, although was non-negotiable, was really competitive (comparing to other third party used car sellers who usually acquire the cars to sell through the auction).Car condition was excellent, they did 12 points inspections on the vehicle, and resulted few minor things to be fixed such as worn wiper blades, engine oils, engine filters. The dealer took care of them with no additional charges when I asked them.Paper work process was also very ease and convenient.I purchased the vehicle from NJ and had to deal with the paperwork remotely.Unlike other dealers I had experienced for the remote purchase where they mailed me the piles of the documents and asked me to sign them and notarize it without clear instructions, this dealer actually had a notary public come to my house and had me signed the paper, which took me 10 min to go over all and sign them.The car also comes with 3 months 4k limited warranty that they have many partnered repair shops around the country, so if anything breaks, I wont need to drive all the way to AZ but have it serviced in local.One more prop to mention, they took out the listings as soon as I made a deposit, was very pleased to see that.By far the best remote purchase experience, I highly highly recommend this dealer to anyone considering purchasing.

Very disappointed on our last visit here, September 3rd. I had a 9am appt for an oil change. I arrived at 850a. My advisor came over about 935a, said service should be about an hour and a half. I got in my car at 12:30pm. Left there feeling frustrated & very disappointed. It really makes me want to go elsewhere for these services. BMW of Tucson made the buying process simple. Rachel was very professional and great to work with. Getting a fair price, financing the vehicle and having it ready to drive home was simple and efficient.
This was my last visit to this service department. I arrived for my appointment to find the designated service advisor missing in action. There were 3 others just sitting at their desks, apparently not doing anything, insisting that I just sit there and wait. When Kayla finally appeared, she was disorganized and could not figure out how to get her computer to work. Then after a while, she determined that I didn’t have to sit there and wait, she could just call me when she had it figured out. It’s a nice dealership and they do good work, just not sure why they can’t figure out the customer service part.
We really don’t have the opportunity to meet the mechanics behind the scenes but we do meet the service advisors. For the last couple of years Kayla Diaz has been my service advisor and she is excellent. She’s a real asset to the organization and a pleasure to work with. Kayla is professional and knowledable about BMWs. She returns phone calls in a timely fashion and follows through as promised. You are lucky to have her as part of your company and BMW should be also.

They said if the light bar was in the way they wouldn’t, but I bought it that way from them. Otherwise I was very impressed and have recommended others to them already.

I was extremely disappointed by the Tucson BMW location. I made an appointment to look at 2 new vehicles there with the intent to drive off of the lot with one of them. I had to drive two hours to come to this location so I made it very clear to the representative I spoke to that I was planning on driving off the lot with a car during my visit. I pre-filled all of the credit applications/ paperwork I was asked to ahead of time. When I arrived, there was nobody there to help me. I stood around waiting for 10-15 minutes before I got help. I was told that there was a death in the family of my original sales person. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. I did not think he would have appreciated such personal information being used as an excuse for why I was not being taken care of. My information was in the system, I booked that appointment a week ago, there was more then enough time to find someone else to assist me instead of disclosing a coworkers personal information with me as an excuse. It was very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the two vehicles I had asked to look at both had bad batteries so it was clear to me the new lot inventory is not being properly maintained. The sales representative I was transferred to was extremely uninterested in showing off features of the car to me during the test drive I was not sold on that car being better then my current BMW. I ended up having to redo the credit paperwork after I decided on a vehicle, so I am not sure where my original paperwork went. Then I was told the vehicle I was trying to purchase had a recall on it so I had to come back the next day. Why that was not checked a week prior as routine maintenance on new vehicles is still confusing to me. Especially when I made it very well known I was trying to drive off the lot with one of those two vehicles that day. It was over night that I reflected on my experience and decided I did not want to purchase the car. The last time I bought a BMW it was the complete opposite of this experience. I had no appointment and I received great instant service, I was sold on the features of the car and it was ready to drive off of the lot. That is the service I expect when I go to BMW and that was not met at all at this location. I think the Tucson location has some work to do in their sales department.

I have had only good experience with both my vehicle a 2017 X3 and with all servicing.....however I was disappointed this time. When I purchased my vehicle it was Certified supposedly with a 3 year warranty taking it to 2020. I was encouraged to extend that warranty for an extra year which I did purchasing an extra year. That would have taken me to September 2021. When I brought the car in teh computer was out. When it came back up I was told my warranty for this servicing had expired. That warranty started at in service date and not 3 years from my purchase date. Therefore I paid the $976 for my servicing. It was my intention to purchase another vehicle before the warranty expired.I feel like I was dinged twice....paying about $1000.00 to extend warranty for one year and then paying $1000.00 for the service when I think I should have been covered. NOT HAPPY!
This was my first time at this BMW service center, I was glad to meet Tyson my service rep, he made everything pleasant. A little steep for an oil change, that was not his call, but at least I know it is being service by BMW Pros. I will be back for my next service.
We were working with Juan Almada who was great, personable and very friendly and professional. On the other hand, when we walked into the dealership in the first cubicle was Rachel Bracety who had her computer volume up so loud I could not speak or hear my husband or Juan. She was apparently either taking some training or something - no headphones just blaring. Then proceeds to go get an ice cream cone from the vending machine and sit and eat while continuing her computer work - still loud. Then decides to do a facetime - again no speakers and loud (while still in her cubicle) talking about lipstick for about 5-10 minutes before heading outside - wow the lack of professionalism here was appalling in an upper class dealership. Not sure who management was that day, but clearly dropped the ball. Otherwise, we had no issues. Transaction was smooth and we were in/out in the time Juan said we would. This is not a reflection on this dealership, but some common courtesy is needed by the team.

Overall disappointing level of customer service. New vehicles, on the lot, didnt appear to be well cared for: replace battery indicators on multiple vehicles that we looked at, including the one we took for a test drive, and a misaligned (or broken) moon roof on the same car.My partner made her appointment over a week prior to our visit, however the staff did not prepare for us when we arrived as scheduled.Upon closing a deal, we were informed that the vehicle could not be driven away that night because of an open recall.Compared to other dealerships that Ive worked with recently (across the mainland US: Dodge, Ford, Mazda, BMW, Honda), this one stood out the most, and not in a good way. We ended up taking our business elsewhere.
This was a service appointment to fix defective SOS system. Turned out needed a battery, but needed to remove part of headliner to access. Adviser (Jayme) explained thoroughly and even expressed some sympathy for the costs. Most expensive battery I have ever bought. This is an engineering issue BMW needs to solve. If I can be expected to repeat this issue on a future BMW, think I might look at another marque!
Everything was excellent from sales to the financing office. Everyone was dedicated to making sure I was totally happy with my new X5. Special shout-out to Rachel Bracety in sales, who went the extra mile to ensure the X5 was the perfect vehicle for me.
Absolutely amazing experience, Rachel was so helpful and responsive. Finance was also on top of everything and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you all... now just waiting like a kid for my new baby M8 to arrive!!!
Had a great experience at BMW in Tucson. I got a chip in my windshield driving back from Phoenix, and BMW was able to fit me in without an appointment for a quick calibration. Tyson was great and extremely hospitable! Thanks guys!
Very accommodating customer service. Ive had several BMWs in various states and the service has always been above and beyond the standard. This is something that BMW is well known for.
Total failure on followup ! Once the sale is completed you are on your own.
Got to Love Tucson roads! My X5 had another screw in the tire and discount tire whom I purchased the tires from couldn’t get me in and my tire was completely flat and unsafe to drive on. I took my car to BMW and they were able to repair my tire in a timely manner and I was able to get on with my day!!! Pretty great when they remembered me from a couple months ago when I had my other tire repaired. Friendly service! Thank you!!
Our purchasing experience at BMW Tucson was excellent. The negotations on the new vehicle and our trade was professional and we were happy with the bottom line. There is not pressure here on any part of the sale and the personnel are professional and knowledgable about their vehicles and options. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at this dealer
