I own a moving company and one of my employees put gas in our diesel trucks. I was in a tight spot since my customer needed their items and the job was going to Phoenix.The owner went out of his way and helped me on the spot because he cared about me and my situation. You can’t find that kind of professionalism, empathy and top notch service!I had a great conversation and learned some great business advice as well. Very knowledgeable, kind and courteous.Overall, great company and I will be a life long customer.

Jon is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and his crew have worked on my 2001 Corvette three times for major issues. I totally feel good about taking my car there. I’m so happy I found them.

Our international box truck broke down so we had it towed to Accurate. We were told that the problem was with a particular problem, (a high pressure fuel pump or something like that) and was charge 2,000 for the repair. I was told that this would fix it but it did not. I would not have proceeded to pay these guys 2,000 dollars if that wouldnt fix it. After the 2k they then told me that it was a bad computer (ECU) and that the part alone was 3500.00. I told them to put everything back together and that I would have it towed out of there which I did. When I showed up to have the truck taken out, they didnt even put the interior of the cab back together.I then had it taken to another shop and they were shocked at the cost of what I paid and the price that I was quoted. There was no problem with the ECU, and to fix the truck was only took a couple hundred bucks, two hours, and it was just a couple of sensors. Thank God that I towed it out of there because MY COMPUTER WAS NOT BAD and they wanted to charge me 3500 just for the part plus programming etc.They dont stand behind their work. They stop by our office all the time to drop of cards to solicit business but beware, I will never go by this shop again. Wrong diagnosis, bad customer service, inflated service costs, and general incompetence.Congratulations, if you were looking for the worst experience ever award you win!!!

I came here for a second opinion after getting a pretty expensive quote from a dealership. The staff were kind, courteous, and respectful of my time! They were honest about what issues my car did (and did not !) have, and I highly recommend them!

I discovered ACCURATE SERVICE about six months ago when my check engine light came on with my 10 year old Dodge Nitro. I had already spent a small fortune on this very same problem with Jimmys on Broadway (RIP, out of business) and I thought it was fixed. Jon and the remarkable front desk staff over at ACCURATE made sure this very wonky problem got fixed in a timely manner at a fair price. After six visits to discover the real problem (tiny crack in a gasket connected to the gas tank), I took the advice of Jon and bought a new vehicle and now Accurate will put on my bed cover for my pretty new PU.

I visit this shop to get an understanding what was wrong with my Toyota Tacoma pickup truck the shop was not able to Diagnose anything why I was there for 45 minutes. I Left went to another shop. My charge was $60.

I had visited Accurate Service again. This visit was not preliminary scheduled, it was Friday and I had a little hope for same day repair. (My old Jeep had electrical issue). But Jon and his team did almost impossible - at the end of day my Jeep was ready to go. They find the issue and made it disappear. All the service was professional, honest and very customer - friendly. And again - I do recommend this service.Update - one more time I get my Jeep repaired (electrical issue). And again everything was done very professionally and customer friendly. Services price was very reasonable. What I appreciate so much - Jon and his team are honest. Absolute professionals, no hassle, and trustworthy.Last time I had visited this shop about a month ago. My old Jeep had few unclear issues in electrical system. And I had very limited time before moving to other state. My only hope was Accurate Service.And despite all obstacles they helped me again. Problem was detected and repair was done. Thanks to Jon I could ride right on time.Long story short - on two cars serviced at this shop my family had a ride more then 2000 miles in 3 days. One car is 18 years old other is 14 . No problem at all!!!So after good professional service cars are reliable! Now both cars ride on Pennsylvania crazy hill roads without any issues.I am thinking about future car maintenance and I already miss Accurate Service...My best wishes for Jon and his team! The folks at Accurate are friendly, professional, and I trust them to do the complicated stuff right. In addition to my personal vehicles, we trust Accurate with our companys fleet. Excellent repairs on my work truck

We have taken our Sprinter Van in for Accurate care for the last three years. When we first visited, it was for an unclear tire wear/balance issue. We had received conflicting opinions from other shops, but Jon took the time to test drive the Sprinter, really look at the issues and come to a remedy.Accurate deals a lot with Tucsons fleet companies on an ongoing basis, but he always has time for the little guy...and he brings his expertise and his companys reputation every time we pull in the shop. We love Accurate and their mechanics.

I took my F550 here after being quoted $10000 at ANOTHER shop in Tucson, Jon not only towed my vehicle from this other shop to his garage, but also repaired the vehicle for a fraction of the cost. The job was done timely and correct. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend his shop from here on out.

I was in a pinch a few years ago and needed some work done on my car. Wasnt happy with the quote my old shop had given me. Called Jon at Accurate and he quoted me $100 less than the quote from the chain shop. Hes been my go-to guy ever since. Its always a fair price and theres never any high pressure upsale pitches.

We have been looking for an auto service place for awhile now, that we can trust. We finally found a great place. We called ahead and asked Jon what we needed, which was a total look over because we were going on vacation and wanted to make sure the car was safe to travel a few hours away. He said come on in would be 45-1hr after we got there. He called within an hour, just like he quoted and was completely honest with us. We expected a long list of things to say no to, or that we didnt believe. He just talked to us about our last oil change and said we were good to go on vacation. Everything looked good. He didnt try to sell us anything that we didnt need. I was so impressed. My 10mth old son is shy to strangers and he reached out pretty much immediately to Dorie Ann, the front desk assistant. He was comfortable right away. I know that isnt a review on customer service necessarily, but when a baby that is usually shy wants to be held by someone he just met, you know its good people! I had an excellent experience with Accurate Service and really appreciate Johns honesty and communication! I brought it in as a first time customer to diagnose an unknown shifting issue, expecting the worst! They fully checked my clutch and transmission and diagnosed a very small air bubble problem that required nothing other than a fluid drain and refill. Kept his diagnosis time and work exactly as quoted over the phone, no additional unnecessary repairs quoted or charged and Im back up and running! Office staff is SO helpful and friendly as well, the whole process was a breeze. I am thrilled to have found Accurate Service and will recommend them to everyone!

Accurate Services is a top rate organization. The owner and the staff are smatr, sincere and attentive. The knowledge and communication skills of the owner are most impressive. He knows what hes talking about and once he explains it to you, you will know what hes talking about too. How often have you had that experience in an auto shop?

John (manager/owner) is great but the technicians are inconsistent. The last straw for me was receiving my vehicle that was obviously not test driven and was still broken, I find out a couple days later that they did not put any fluid in the manual transmission so now it whines constantly. Like I said, some of the techs are great and some are awful....ask John to set you up with an experienced tech.

They replaced my clutch in my Jeep Patriot. They were very communicative, and got the job done quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This place is the worst auto repair shop. Took my car there and they told me my drive shaft was cracked in half, and then I took it to pep boys and they said nothing was wrong with my drive shaft. He wanted to charge me 1100 to fix my car. Pep boys said my drive shaft was perfect.

Everything was handled promptly and effectively at an honest price. We couldn’t ask for more.
