They covered the Service For Life on my Toyota Prius, but unlike Jim Click Kia, they wouldnt change the cabin filter without an extra charge. I wont be returning for the next service. And they want to replace all four tires, but two of them are less than six months old. Scam of the oldest form of corporate America taking advantage of the possible ignorant elderly customers. Im informed and Woke on the tactics and know how old my tires are. Ill buy the two new ones needed from Walmart and have them installed at a local small business for less And support the local economy.

Bought a 2018 Ford Mustang a few months ago. Purchased the there “gold warranty plan” They’ve had the car more than I have since then, making engine repairs. Recently got the car back, now the brakes are going out, and the back windows not rolling all the way up. Called the service department to discuss it, they won’t even look at my car without charging me $140 per item to look at... complete joke. Scam.

Their facility in the auto mall has the best staff and salesman. They dont try to cheat you or upsell you on your services. They tell you what you need and thats that. Love Ford!

Went in for a pre scheduled oil change. It took them 3 1/2 hours. No apologies or anything. My service manager was actually quite rude when I asked how much longer since I had an appointment that I had to move.
