Tony is absolutely awful. Not only does he demean his employees, but customers too. He is the worst manager I have ever encountered. I will never go back for service even though we have been going there for years.

Tony had my service completed in a timely fashion and called with recommendations for the filter to be changed. MPG had the filters on hand and completed the additional service within 15 minutes. I like receiving the recommendations on areas of concerns and upcoming maintenance needs. For the past 6 years the MPG team has helped me manage car maintenance and financial needs to be able to keep to a budget and ensure my vehicle is in the best working condition it can be.

Though there are a number of MPG shops in the area, I drive all the way from Catalina to specifically come to this shop for all of my automotive service needs. The first time I came to this shop was after a recommendation from the pastor of my church. I have not been to another shop since.This shop does it all and they are very professional about everything they do. They have shown themselves to be knowledgeable, honest, and caring people and have been able to set my untrusting nature at ease. I really like that I am able to ask pointed questions and get honest answers without feeling patronized. Its a very good feeling to be brought into the service bay to be shown concerns about service needs that are surfacing or that require immediate attention. The value of having an honest professional keeping an eye on my vehicle(s) and not being concerned that I am being cheated or being encouraged to have a repair job that I dont really need is incalculable.The Guaranteed for life program is well worth the investment for those who plan to keep their vehicles for a long time. The program has already paid for itself while having work done on my 1985 two door sports car.Dina, Tony, Mark, and Mike are caring people who are worthy of the trust I now give them and the certified techs know what they are doing around a vehicle. My car broke down and had to tow it over there. They tow to their location and they were so nice they only charged for that and not the inspection. Theyre very understanding and they let me know the big picture on what my car needed. He gave me good advice. I was worried but they really took care of me.

Took good care of my truck and noticed that my axle seals were leaking.

The staff was clear and took time to explain the work needed and why it was needed. And for a fair price!

Tony was awesome, very personable, and easy to talk to. Didn’t try to upsell or force unwanted maintenance. Advised me of a concern with my AC line leaking.

Tried to b******t me to get me to pay over $400 to diagnose the car when they already knew what was wrong with it when they did an initial labor check and told me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Never going back. Hate when male mechanics try to take advantage of customers especially females.

I have been going to this MPG for several years. I have always been treated with respect and like they really have my best interest at heart.I recently had to have the engine replaced in my car. It worked out better in the long run to replace the engine rather than replacing the car.I could not get it done immediately. MPG was very patient while I did my part figuring out how I could finance the repairs.Once got engine in, they thoroughly tested it and found out it was not as good as an engine they could accept. They ordered another engine for me, got my car put back together and surprised me with getting my car done 2 weeks sooner than I was expecting.I am very happy with their service. I am very happy with my car.I recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service and fairness.Thank you MPG!!!

MPG Auto repair on Ina Road in Tucson is great to work with. I really appreciate their honesty. I had a electrical issue that suddenly came up on my Toyota truck. I could not lock my doors with key fob or manually.I took it to MPG and they called me later, and said that all was working okay... and the had not done anything! I guess it was some sort of glitch. I had them disconnect the alarm system as it’s indicator light was flashing funny.Everything is working great on my truck....yes, and it has 289,000 miles on it!I highly recommend MPG Auto Repair!

We called to a serpentine belt replaced. They quoted us a very fair price. They told us to just come and drop the vehicle off. When we got there they was able to have it fixed and out the door in less than a half an hour. Very happy with their service and value. Will be a returning customer and recommend others.

Everything about MPG is pretty good. The people who work there are friendly and seem very professional. I dont believe you can beat the prices with the stick. The only thing I would change, please contact me when you say you will. My son and I was trying to kill time for almost 2 hours. They never contacted me when my vehicle was done. I completely understand that they were very busy this day. it would be nice to have some kind of automated system sitting placed at least receive a text message when your vehicle is done. Everything else about MPG I do believe is good if not great.

Excellent service and incredible prices! I bought a new car and for the first oil change I went to a competitor. My oil change ended up costing me over $100 but for my next one, and every one since, MPG offered the same for less than $28. Always friendly and accommodating it’s truly rare to have this type of experience. I wish there were more service industry folks who take the care MPG does. Well done! (Oh and I never leave reviews this is my first. That’s how strongly I recommend them!)

This is definitely my go to place for all my car service needs now. Moved here from Denver a year ago and have been hunting for good service shop. Checked customer reviews before going to them today for oil change. All employees were very friendly and updated me on my auto needs and their services. Store Manager, Dina Garza, is superb. I had a dead battery at 8am. They sent a tech over within 10 minutes of my call. He jumped me and i drove over. All fixed by noon, reasonable price and i got the lifetime replacement too. Very happy every time.

Im fairly new in town and needed a mechanic. Did some searching on Google and found MPG which was very highly rated. Their prices were better then anywhere else I checked and the service and people were great. Showed me the worn parts and gave me an estimate for some work I will need in the future.

Both my husband and I were very pleased with the service at the MPG on ina and old father. Unfortunately our car needed a new engine but Dina tried her best to get us the best deal, and she succeeded. We definitely will continue taking our vehicles there for future oil changes and services.

My visit was greatly disappointing. I was told in the morning that jf I brought my vehicle in by 3:30 they could get it in for an oil change by 5:30. When I arrived they refused to work on my vehicle that day. If my oil changes were not free here, I would not have my vehicles serviced here.

Dishonest and scammy. My brake job increased 350% from the quoted price to the finished job, in the space of an hour, long after the supposed District Manager, who quoted the price, had left. I will never come here again for anything outside my dealerships minimalist service plan, will warn everyone away from this place and will be registering a complaint with the BBB.Edit: You see the response below by the owner? More scams. No one has called in two weeks, and when we reach out, no one knows how to get a hold of the General Manager (who is probably the same district manager who ripped me off) nor the owner.

I’m very impressed with this MPG location. I recently bought a car and began my total care package with them. Mark scheduled my oil change quickly and was prompt upon the day of my appointment. They also spotted a leak in my tire and took care of both that one as well as a flat I encountered on the road later that day with another tire. They were courteous to even help me out with it with short notice. Great work and staff!

I moved from one side of town to another and really loved Valencia store, however, i found new location by me on Oracle, which is excellent. They moved to a bigger space which is very accommodating, they have room there for clients to space out which is especially important during Corona V situation. They are very quick and efficient, told me right away what the issue is and offerred options. Truely ny mechanics shop

The service was on time and the best price. One thing to be careful of: I called and got a total price of $94 and when I went in I was told the price before tax wld be roughly $120. I told them my $94 quote and the employee said hed pass it along and make a note. I ended up paying $94 total, but there may be sales/discounts that arent mentioned unless you ask.

Had a coupon for discount oil change and that was fine but the quote to replace one worn tie rod end was outrageous! $242! I found a tie rod at the same local parts supplier they use for 1/3 of the cost they wanted to charge me! They are all about upcharging and selling services not needed as well!

Went for the first time for an oil change at the location on Ina Rd. They were very professional and informative. I will definitely use them in the future. No hard sell here.

I spoke with the manager Daniel over the phone and got some info on my vehicle he asked me to come in so he could better understand my problem. I went in a couple days ago and Daniel took care of all my needs. He was very nice and understanding. He got me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend seeing Daniel for vehicle needs because he is very knowledgeable.

It was my first time there today, and I was very pleased with it. I had called and made an appointment, but, I guess it didnt get scheduled. Even still, they took my car anyway, and I got it back around the time I would have with the scheduled appointment. They were very fast, the price is what I was quoted at, and their estimate is detailed. At the bottom of their estimate is where they put recommendations of repairs; it is nothing drawn out, it is short and direct for what they recommend. I was very happy that they didnt try to get me to keep my car there and try to talk me into doing the recommendations right then like other shops do; they just did what I asked for, and that was all that they charged me. I just wish that they had put a dollar amount for the recommendations, so that I know what they would charge. Overall, great service, and I plan on taking my vehicle back for future work.

Every time I have gone to the Ina Rd location, they have been courteous and helpful, and done the work fast and right.Furthermore, this and the midtown location both have been super helpful and generous when either they cant fix something at that location (I had a flat), or it is a simple thing (clearing the check engine light so I can do emissions). With the flat they put air in it so I could safely drive to a tire shop down the street, with the check engine light they cleared it then told me to drive 50 miles and then go to emissions if it didnt turn back on (and if it did, to come back to have it fixed). Both at no charge.Just today, my brake lights werent working and they told me if it was just the bulbs they would take care of it for me at no charge, and if it was more complicated obviously it would cost money to investigate and fix. Sure enough, it was just the lights, and my car is safe and legal again without some diagnostic or labor fee for something obvious and easy to fix in 5 minutes.This is why I trust them for bigger things I dont understand as well, because I know if they wont charge unreasonably for things that arent actually problems needing repair, then I know they wont charge unnecessarily for things that actually do need complicated repair. Finding a repair shop that I can trust like that is hard unless I know someone personally vouching for it.My family and I have been going here for several years (intermittently, my car is pretty reliable), and every time I find new reasons to say that I will come back the next time I need my car worked on, even when I know it is something big and potentially expensive going on.I have no clue how their prices compare to other places, but I do know that they have made me more willing to not worry about any potential differences in price because of the times they have helped me out or fixed other car problems.

Good place to have work done on vehicle. This is a by appointment only business. Seats are comfortable, and water, coffee, snacks, candy, and ability to watch most cable Channels are there for distraction while work is being done. Also i was able to get answers to questions i had about different parts on the vehicle and this makes them not only knowledgeable but shows they care about the customer. I would recommend this business to anybody who doesnt like long wait times for oil changes, tires, or other vehicle maintenance.

Ive been a faithful return client to the Goodyear on the Ina road location in Tucson for this one simple reason. Their customer service. It is impeccable. They know how to listen to their clients and take care of their clients needs and stand by what they say and do. Which is rare with most businesses today. This location is seriously one of the only businesses in the Tuscon area that I do recommend to friends and aquaintences with out any hesitation or reservation.

I went there for a minor repair, they took really good care of me and my car was ready in a timely matter - with no hassles. Overall great customer service, friendly staff, and honest! Very curtious to us. Explained everything in detail, even if we asked a few times. We have frequent flyers at MPG for years, and have usually dealt with the same people working there. So when I saw all the new faces, I got nervous because the these guys didnt know me or my car or my situation. But, after talking to Chris and his partner in crime. I think I will continue to stay a loyal customer. They were great! Fast too! Love this place and their staff. I know I didnt give 5 stars, only because no body is ever perfect. I never give 5 stars. So if there is 4, they are doing an awesome job in my book.

Our experiences with MPG has always been outstanding. We take both our cars to them and won’t take them anywhere else. They are always on time, courteous, friendly, and honest about what needs to be done.On a scale of 1-10, 10 being exceptional, they would get all 10’s.We keep trying to have them open one on the west side of I-10. Although we are not that far from the store off Ina and Merideth.

When I dropped off my truck the counter associate seemed very disinterested, & barely talked to me. I never received an estimate, & had to call them in order to find out the status. My receipt showed my cost to be higher than what I was told over the phone for the parts I specifically asked about. The quality of work so far seems on par with who I normally use for auto service, so thats a plus.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The coffee & snacks made the minimal wait even better. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Dan Rhoads
