I came here on Saturday. Sat and Sunday no gaurd her I wait on door. But they lot time to unload my truck, I came here on but they say I’m two hour late. I gave 4 star.

Two stars because security are cool. 6 hours loading time no good👎🏽

Had a delivery yesterday at 2AM. Person was drunk that was suppose to help me unload. Beer cans all over the place at gate.

In and out no night parking

Had appointment scheduled for 4am both gates closed, no security guard, after someone occasionally showed up they told I am not on their schedule, and I have to come next day, next day same story gates closed, no one picks up the phone...

This will be the first legitimate review this company has received on Google review. I dont work here so Im going to be completely honest here. We arrived early as they told us we could. These people were so incredibly rude to us and made us wait beyond our appointment time because his company trucks might come in and need something loaded. Not a single truck came in. I saw it as a complete waste of my time and now Ill be late at my next pick up because your employee is having a bad day and tool it out on us. We will not be back ever

This place need to get stuff together have a delivery appointment at 7am get there way early like 3:30 am as I am running out of time get told by Angle the receiving guy oh you dont have an appointment you need to leave so I do get to the truckstop do a 10 hour then go back to Hensley and guess what I did have an appointment...... It seems to me someone needs to get retrained or fired.....

One impressive day. Attending staff members all along the improssing procedure were so helpful.

Customer service is very helpful especially Patricia Vega my hats off to her she🙌🙌👍👍👍 answered all my questions about natural light
