Grrat music. Good service. Competitive prices. Its not the best set up for live music though. Seating was extremely limited. Everybody was crammed together and social distancing was pretty much impossible. If youre concerned about that you may not want to venture out when theyve got live music. Out front on 6th Avenue is nice. You can kick it out there and hear the music really well but no good outdoor seating.
Great service, love the industrial atmosphere with the he old brick and exposed pipes. Great selection of beers. Definitely something for everyone at this place!
Our absolute favorite bottle shop in Tucson. Every time we are in town this is one of our first stops. Amazing selection on draft and in the coolers. Amazing owners and staff. They always have the great special releases and fun events. Great location and close to coffee, breweries, food, and hotels downtown. There are just not enough positive comments I can say about this place. The North location is great too, if you are in that area.
We popped in for a wine flight before dinner and loved it. Excellent curation of wines, all on tap. Beer is also available. If you want to bring some wine home, there is also a bottle shop with a broader assortment of rare wines at great prices. Prices vary depending on if you will be dining in or taking it to go (AZ law?). Highly recommend!
Largest selection of beer in Tucson! Cancer bottles from all over the States and the world.
Awesome place! So good being home again after the pandemic.
So happy these guys made it through covid they are truly a gem!
Google describes Tap & Bottle as a beer store. Sure. And the Desert Museum is just a museum. In addition to having actually diverse gifts from the beer gods, with emphasis on local and region crafts, Tap & Bottle also offers a modest but well curated selection of wines and even Arizona Sake...and dont judge it until you try it. More, T&B has created a go-to venue for live music, hosting acts from home and abroad.
Great place for good beer. Friendly staff. Covid conscious.
Amazing bottle shop with a nice mix of local, California and PNW beers. Super helpful and friendly staff
Love this place great knowledgeable staff amazing IPA selection
Very trendy place with a wide variety of beers on tap, and even wine on tap. They also have a fridges with multitude of beers and wines that you can choose from and decide to drink there if you want. While there I had a beermosa - which was like a regular mimosa, but with beer. I also had artisan popcorn flavored in sea-salted caramel which was quite yummy.Definitely will be coming here again.
Awesome beer selection in the cooler! My new stop when passing through Tucson to camp. When it’s open (pre covid) it was a fun vibe with different things happening at night. Good date spot to hang and chat
My favorite bottle shop in Tucson. Cant wait til Covid is gone, and we can pop in for a pint once again. Stay safe everyone. Till then, stop in & get your favorite beverage to go.
This place was really cool. Sooooo many beers to chose from
Good tap and great ambiance.
Awesome selection. Great prices. Quick and nice service. Usually a good crowd. Ample seating. If you have hipster friends from out of town, this is a hipster hangout for sure!
Great atmosphere, and an outstanding selection of beer.
This is more than just a place to get 50 shades of lit. When your looking for great selection and knowledgeable friendly staff. Stop, because you just found it. I personnally love That I can come and get 1 or 2 really good beers to go and not be forced to buy a 6 or 12 pack.
My elderly mom, who lives alone in Tucson, ran out of Prosecco yesterday. I live in Los Angeles. I called all over town to try to order a new supply for delivery. No luck. The delivery time slots from wine stores were filled within minutes. Next delivery next week. No deliveries from grocery stores. No friends available. No deliveries from liquor stores... except one. The owner of Tap and Bottle downtown said he would deliver it himself even though it was across town... 10 miles away. And he did. Very thoughtful, very kind. Thank you very much. (And the Prosecco got an A!)
A great bottle shop in Tucson but I have always felt that they are not as friendly as the other bottle shops in town. They get great releases and have never let me down on finding something new.
Always been my favorite
Excellent selection, great and knowledgeable staff. We love this local, Tucson bottle shop!
Gee, I got a hankering for.... Whatever it is, if your desires go to beer, Tap & Bottle has you covered. They also offer a modest selection of wines and choices of hard cider, which two people of our four-person group selected and enjoyed. But the beer? OUTSTANDING selections here, covering most genres. I went for a flight, picking beers from each of the separate categories they offered, and I was not disappointed. In fact, I have a couple of new favorites to try when I want to bring some home. The Dragoon offerings are not to be missed, and while they are widely available in the Tucson area, the price specials make this a particularly interesting choice. Dont forget to make a trip back to the refrigerated area to ogle the wide selection of bottled craft brews that you can take home. In terms of eats, we had some of their naked salted popcorn which was a perfect complement to our time. Go there, and have fun!
Always love coming here. Awesome beer selection both on tap in the fridges and the staff are way rad. Its on its way if not already a Tucson downtown staple. With events going on every week and good trucks available from time to time there is always something to enjoy at Tap and Bottle.
Ive visited T+B about a thousand times since they opened some years ago. Amazing beer and wine selection with a stellar rotating tap selection. Events! Live Music! Tap Takeovers! Love T+B.
Amazing selection of draft and bottle/canned beer. Amazing atmosphere with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to help us out.
Best place to drink beer in the neighborhood. Amazing selection on tap and in bottle. Delicious popcorn. Friendly staff. There are food trucks out front (often, not always) that make it even more fun. I am there about once a week.
LOVE,.LOVE,.LOVE this place. The people and the atmosphere are AMAZING! Very bicycle friendly. They have lots of unique and free community events, such as one Sunday a month they have analogue hour where you are encouraged to unplug and enjoy reading, crafts, or just visiting with friends (and dogs ... they are very dog friendly). One Tuesday night a week is the Adult Spelling Bee which is as much social as it is spelling. They have free live music on Thursday nights. And a HUGE variety of live music some of the other nights. Sometimes the bands get too loud to converse easily, which I do not like ... but lots of other people do, so that is a personal preference. This is just SUCH A COOL PLACE!!!
If you like beer you will feel like a kid in a candy store here. They have every kind of beer you can imagine and offer it Togo or in a glass. Extremely reasonable pricing. And a great selection of growlers and snacks. Lovely rotation of taps as well.
Glad they’re still open and able to successfully practice social distancing! Everything was incredibly safe and sterile!
For a place that doesnt focus exclusively on local/AZ beers, it just has such a.. local feel and vibe to it. Love T&B. Always chill, great selections. Downtown location is great, too. Close enough to all of the action downtown and on 4th, but just far enough away that parking is rarely an issue.
Nice place to try some local, regional and world wide beers. Within walking distance of some local breweries. Food trucks and wine available. Perfect starting point in Tucson.
Great authentic selection of beers. The coolers are very well organized.
Great music, great beer. I love the burbon barrel aged beers when they have those on tap.
Ive always had a great experience here. the staff have all been very helpful when it came to selecting the bottle that I wanted and tried to connect to new flavors based on profiles of beers that I have enjoyed in the past. Try to make it in during the week before 5 if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe as weekends and Fridays can become crowded.
Cool place to enjoy a great assortment of craft beers. Love the ambiance, some of the best Old Pueblo feel. Really, really wish the bottle/tap places had food. But when you do something well, probably shouldnt mess it up trying to overreach.
Always a great time here. Their selection is top notch. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Raul and James for being wonderful people and great bartenders!
I could smack these low star reviewers. Tap and Bottle is a great place and an unique addition to Tucson. Try a flight of beer 1st, thats 4 small glasses of your choice of (20 I think) beers on tap. Taste test your favorite and have another -or- check out the huge bottle refrigerators with a ton of choices. Everybody who works there can educate you on what you might like to try and some are home brewers as a hobby. This is not the place for a Bud Light, but rather a high end alternative. Dress code is from jeans to suits. Sure it can get crazy busy on weekend nights but other nights are better in my opinion. They open at 2 and would be a perfect place for a daytime drink. Tucson is lucky to have such a place.
Pricy but they have so many selections and live music on Thursdays. Venue can get a bit crowded at times
This place is like Disneyland for beer! Between the awesome tap offerings and their bottle selection, if you like beer, you will be in heaven here!It gets hella crowded, so you have to be aggressive when approaching the bar to place your order, otherwise, you will dwindle amongst the regulars and college crowd. The pricing is a bit skewed to the $$, but they have an excellent selection and some really obscure taps and bottle offerings. I found an out of production bottle for a premium price, but I didn’t care, I was so excited to find it!They also have board games you can play, so it makes for a fun afternoon or evening to relax here and have a pint (or three)!
A funky popular lunch spot offering prepared sandwiches, a large variety of beer and soda, and snacks. There is a take-out market in the back. The establishment uses local farmers products, supporting Tucsons UNESCO designation as a City of Gastronomy. The crowd is a wonderful, eclectic cross-section of the Tucson population.
Love this place! Such a good selection of beer and always nice to stay or take one to go. Food Truck out front most evenings and next to an excellent Coffee Shop.
Fantastic 🤩
A dizzying array of beer and wines to choose from plus having live music several nights a week make Tap & Bottle a popular hangout for a diverse crowd.
Great space, large variety of beers and a friendly staff. All the makings of a great evening out. The topper? Top notch live music that fills the room but doesnt kill the coversation.
Great place to chill and enjoy some beer with friends. They have a few wines on tap but not very many. Also, there are beer and wine bottles you can buy and take home to enjoy. Overall a great place.
This place is on my top 3 favorite places in Tucson for beer. Amazing selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great prices. It doesnt get any better. I always leave happy and satisfied!
Tap and bottle is the perfect small bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to help you explore new drinks, and are able to explain the differences between their choices. Cannot recommend enough.
Go to T+B and have a blast. This has been a great addition to Tucsons bar scene. The owners do an awesome job promoting craft beer with frequent events including guest speakers, featured brewers, and live music. The staff is very friendly. I love stopping in for a beer or three.
Great beer. Great atmosphere. Great people. Also check out their joox-box wine club 4 reasonably priced excellent natural wines.
Excellent place
Great selection of beers, plenty of wine, gluten free beer and cider drinks as well. If you’ve ever been to Pay N Take in Flagstaff it’s a similar set up.
Awesome and knowledgeable staff! A great place to have a beer (or 2) or pick up some bottles to go
For most of my adult beverage drinking life I dismissed beer. For me beer was something served as a pony to back whatever spirits I might have been enjoying. Tap & Bottle has changed my relationship with beer. Now I enjoy it and have sampled so many tastes I might have never explored.Tap & Bottle provides a comfortable space with humble and knowledgable service. Its amazing how many times Ive just walked in without any idea what I might like to sample and suddenly Im presented with a bevy of options. And if theres nothing on tap Im feeling the staff will take the time to walk me through the bottle shop offering advice and ample choices.Another create aspect of Tap & Bottle is that in many ways it serves as a community space, meeting space, and station for downtown dwellers. Fortunately I live just blocks away from T&B and on countless occasions Ive just strolled in the front door only to be greeted by friends. Its that kind of serendipity that fosters Tap & Bottle’s certain something. Of course its also worth noting that many of the folks that work at Tap & Bottle have become my friends and this includes the owners, Rebecca and Scott. If you like beer or are just curious or maybe just looking for a great place to hole up with a book then wander over to Tap & Bottle. You might just make a new friend and if not youll definitely have a fantastic beer.
Its a nice place with some interesting soda options if youre not having alcohol that nice, and a good selection of beers and wines I think I would have liked. You can drink there or buy bottles to go. They also had a nice curry food truck outside when I went, which was only mildly spicey but full of flavor I think most people could enjoy.
Cool spot, several local AZ beers on tap. Will definitely stop in again.
Friendly neighborhood bar with an incredible selection of beer and wine. Enjoy something from the tap or the fridge and enjoy it there. Create your own 6-er and take it to go. Atmosphere is so Tucson. You can always count on running into a friendly face, and great service from behind the bar. On busier weekend nights, you can find one or two food trucks hanging out up front. They also support so many community organizations. Fantastic business to support.
Best beer bar in Tucson. Great selection on tap, and very deep bottle menu. No kitchen, but has frequent partnership with local food trucks and supports delivery options.
What a fun friendly place downtown to taste craft beers and munch seasoned popcorn!
BEST Tap room in Tucson! We visit often. The beer rotation is never ending.Friendly staff in a wonderful space.Food trucks during the week and music on Thursdays!
Great atmosphere and a wide selection of beers and wines! Great prices too, especislly if you take to go. They offer canned, bottled, tap and are connected to exxo bar sometimes for shows!
Huge selection and a great feel.
Terrific place for the beer lover. Selection is outstanding. A variety of seating options makes the place equally appealing for solos, couples and fairly large groups. Parking can be a challenge.
Huge selection of tasty beer of all persuasions. Our bartender was very helpful and happy to provide free samples.
One of the best selections of tap and bottled beer in Tucson. It is clear that the owners care about the excellent acoustics. Top notch!
Friendly laid back setting with a larger selection of local and craft beers and wines. This is an excellent place to chill with friends or a date or even alone if you want to be able to hold a conversation in positive more quiet atmosphere.
Really great selection! And the beer that they have on tap is pretty great too. However, the bar tender with the cotton pink hair was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. It made my first experience coming here a really uncomfortable and disappointing, and with a lot of places like this scattered around Tucson, why go back? Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.
Great tap room, with a good selection of wine too! Food trucks outside or bring your own food. Tucson original!
A lot of friends of family members will ask me for brewery/bar recommendations. Without hesitation, this is the place I tell them to go. If you haven’t figured it out this is my favorite place for a beer in Tucson. If they don’t have want you’re looking for on draft, they’ll have it in bottle. Cheers!
This is a staple for all craft beer hubs. I love the atmosphere, some may call it a hipster bar, but that I am not. Great beers and awesome prices. Huge selection of anything youre looking for!
Great Selection. Funky Atmosphere. My fave, even above local brew bars. Pueblo Vida is a close second.
Mever dissapointed. Love this place
We get beers to go from here almost every day!! Theres so many beers to choose from and wines too!! well behaved dogs are also allowed!!
This place hits all the right notes. Huge selections, fun events, good prices, awesome staff!

This little shop, (which now has a sibling shop on the NW side of Tucson.) is the quintessential Downtown T-town experience.YES, you will see an incredible amount of hipsterish looking folk.YES, you will see children running about in an establishment that also serves alcohol.YES, the owners are (almost) always there.YES, they and their staff are lovely.YES, you will see incredible live performances.YES, you can BYO FOOD.YES, you will have your choice of HUNDREDS of unique & tasty beers.YES, YES, YES and more YES.Tap & Bottle TOTALLY lives up to the hype. So, if you dont have a good time while youre there- thats your own dang fault.
Go to favorite, good service always a new and unique brew to try
Cool place to hang out and have a beer or several. The draft selection was quite varied, and the bottle selection was a bit overwhelming. They did have a few non-alcohol items as well. They didnt have food, but there was a food truck parked outside.
Best bottle selection. Good tap selection too. You can play board games there. Go there when they have a tap takeover!
Good spot for local and niche beers. In the expensive side but the selection is worth the markup
Cashier? Bartender? Not sure, I still gave a decent tip. Service is a 0 out of 10, but the options of beer is out of this world! 10 out of 10
Great beer selection, make your own 6 pack. Also has a growler bar. Knowledge staff.
Great selection of beer to take home, but I cannot enjoy a drink there because its too loud to talk to anyone. If they fixed the acoustics, this would be a much better place. Still, its probably one of the most poorly designed bars in Tucson.
Great, Funky atmosphere. Awesome love music when I went. Huge selection of beer and wine.
