Was a great experience while we were there. However, we couldnt find the right 5th wheel with all the needs we were looking for. Instead of leaving and going somewhere else, we asked to build one like we have done previously. Our salesman says that we need to buy one we dont want because his boss would tell him to delete our number and lose us as a client because he already has 3 on his lot. Why would anyone buy a 100K trailer if it was missing must have items? Even if the boss had said this to his salesman, why would the salesman repeat this to a paying customer?

Contacted Cactus RV to purchase a few simple parts for my Godfrey Tritoon. First contact went as expected. I was told the parts person ( yes they only have one parts person….) was busy so, I left a detailed message with the person I was speaking with. Waited 4-5 hours no call back.Second contact, apparently the first detailed list of parts made during my first phone call never made it to the “parts guy” so I left a second detailed parts list.Third contact, made the following morning. So, when the guy answered the phone this time I had to again tell him who I was and what I was calling for. To my surprise he remembered me. At that point it sounded like the guy who answered the phone did a big lean and stretch over a counter or something. Then, he followed those sound affects up with a big exhale while at the same time saying “yep, looks like the note I left is still on his desk, he’ll just have to call you back”. He then said, would you like to leave another message? Hahahah, I was like umm nope. I’ll take it from here champ.Needless to say, I contacted another Authorized Godfrey dealer later that day to get my parts. It did take some time but, parts are ordered and should be shipped in the next 7-10 days.If I could left a zero or a -1 through 5 I would have. It’s amazing how a simple call back ( hey I got your message, I’m working on it and I’ll get back with you when I have some info on your parts) could have changed it all.Thank you Cactus RV, I’ll never call you again or use you when I upgrade my boat next summer. But I will be sure to tell everyone I know about you and your stellar customer service.Follow up: The response below from Cactus RV is a clear indication, my point was missed completely. My dissatisfaction was not about the parts or the availability of them.

What a great experience we had here! We purchased our boat from here and are sooooo sooo happy with it!! We were in direct contact with the owner the whole time and found him to be very honest and caring during our purchasing process and also after! Wow! I dont think I have the words to describe how wonderful our experience was with these guys. This was our first major purchase of a toy hauler. Michael was our salesman. There was no pressure from him nor anyone else. The whole process was perfect from beginning to end. He knew what we wanted and made it happen without raising the price. The chairs, table, and awesome hitch were the icing on the cake! The final walk through was great. They touched on everything showing us everything inside and out, down to the smallest button. Just before taking a photo and pulling out, they noticed the lock needed to be adjusted and they took the time to fix it right then and there. They even called us 2 hours later to make sure we got home okay! We will ALWAYS do business with Cactus RV.

We purchased a brand new 24 ft Forest River Shockwave from here. I wanted to post this review a month or 2 ago but just have been busy. After our 1st camping outing 2 of the valances fell off the wall,realized the toilet paper holder was never put on. I used the sink in the kitchen area and about an hour later I went to get some dishes and noticed a bunch of water,the dealership never checked or even ran the water thru the lines,it wasnt fully connected. They said they would order wall paper for a small repair, never heard from them since we picked up the camper. And the worst was they said the propane tanks were full,well that was 100% a lie. We got to a site and was ready to use them and both empty. So buyer beware make sure all screws are properly holding your valances, do your own water check so you know of any leaks. And double check your tanks!

This is a local place do good for economy. Went to look for a medium tow along rv. Didnt have what i was looking for however they took my onfo and said theyd get back its only been a day but i get the feeling that they will ehen they find what im looming for. That is why im putting myself out their by sayingstop on by if your in the market gor a rv.

Very proud of their inventory and priced that way.

Went to look at a used travel trailer they had posted online. When we got there the travel trailer we were interested in had a sticker price of $1000 more than the price advertised online. They claimed it was a mistake but agreed to honor the online price. We put a deposit down on the RV and came back several days later to inspect it when it was powered up in the show room. During the inspection we learned the RV was purchased from a wholesale dealer and had extensive rust damage to the bottom and questionable looking repairs on the roof. Due to the these issues we attempted to negotiate on the price. The salesperson told us that there would be no negotiating on the price because we were already getting $1000 off the sticker price. I explained to him that I was only interested in the RV due to the originally advertised lower online price. Eventually the salesperson took my offer to the owner who literally laughed in my face. He proceeded to tell me that the original online price was no longer available and I would have to pay the higher on site sticker price. While I was receiving my deposit refund he continued on to tell me that he bet me 1000 to 1 dollars that he would get someone else to pay full price regardless of the issues with the roof and undercarriage. The owner is one of the most arrogant and rude people I have ever met. Read the other reviews on YELP and Google. My experience was definitely not unique.

I am in the Covered RV storage business. I have sent several clients to Cactus RV. I have never had a client come back dissatisfied. They are a family owned and managed company. You do not get lost in the corporate rat race. Thanks guys.

Based on awesome reviews we decided to contact Cactus when looking for a toy hauler. I spoke with Jeff and was instantly put at ease by his knowledge and no BS conversation. We drove the 4 hours from NM and Anthony helped us right away while Jeff was taking care of another customer. Jeff joined us shortly and between the two we found a TH that we liked much better than the one we initially went to look at. The laid back style of these guys totally took the pressure off us and we could concentrate on the important things like finding a TH that suited our needs. We were never pressured and the decisions were always ours. Questions were answered above our expectations and we were totally taken care of. They went out of their way to make us feel special. In the end we upgraded AND took home an Arctic Cat Wildcat 4 UTV in the back as well. Thanks guys and if youre looking for a camper dont go anywhere else. These guys are the best with customer service which in my book is the most important part of a sale. Dont go anywhere else!!!!

Paperwork was completed for purchase unless then an hour. The whole thing was done in two visits!The delivery was excellent! It was very detail oriented. The trailer was clean when we looked at it, and when it was delivered to us, it looked damn near new!We are very happy with our experience. Theyre a full service RV dealership. As rookies to the rv world we had alot of questions when we arrived at catcus rv. They were the 3rd dealer we went too, and honestly the most helpful! We had the pleasure of working with Phil Jr. He was extremely patient and thorough when answering our questions and giving us his personal experience. Highly professional, Angel goes over the rv with you to learn what needs looking into and/or repair. He constantly kept us informed. Due to unforeseen circumstance our trailer was not completed on the day we were to pick up. Angel went in on the weekend, his day off, and finished the repair. Not only did he take time to explain the repairs, but also extra time giving us trailer 101,as this is our first trailer. He handled the warranty paperwork, and all was covered.Excellent experience! Do not buy from Cactus! My folks purchased a travel trailer from this dealer and found out weeks later that the entire flooring system (hidden underneath the insulated barrier) had been rigged up to support the flooring above. They used all sorts of lumber and lag bolts to hide the fact that the floor had been wet at some point and sagged dramatically. Not only that, but there was mold between the sub-floor and the linoleum on top. What is even worse and more telling about this dealer is that when my folks found out about the issue only a couple of weeks later, Cactus was unwilling to do anything for them. There have been several attempts to reach out with photos and letters, calls and emails... all to no avail. If you want to buy a pieced together RV and then end up with the worst after the sale support and service, then use Cactus. Otherwise, stay clear of this dishonest dealer.

I looked around and got all sorts of experiences when trying to deal with RV dealers. Hands down, Sean at CactusRV was not only the most honest salesman, he was also the most helpful. I looked in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, California and Arizona. Then I drove from Denver to deal with Sean. These guys know toy haulers, they own them, they gave me all sorts of information that I did not know I needed. An interesting visit to look at a couple of used toy haulers. First, let me say everyone was very nice, and they have a good selection of trailers. The rating comes from my short negotiation on the price. Having purchased more than a few trailers and RVs one should never expect to pay the list price, especially at a dealer. After spending quite a bit of time looking at the unit and discussing their price negotiation procedure with the salesman I was under the impression that I could make an offer and expect a counter. I made my offer, and they responded with their posted asking price. I share this because I dont like people to waste my time, and after discussing their negotiation process I stayed engaged longer than I would have.Again, the people are very nice, no rediculous fees, but expect to pay the price listed online when you go. Even if its $3000-3500 dollars over high NADA value.

I was in the market for a toy hauler and found one within an hour of meeting Mark Walker. Mark is one of the best sales reps I have dealt with and was literally no pressure. Go over your trailer before you buy with a fine tooth comb. Don’t buy the forest river brand. Poorly built trailers, they give you a one year manufacturer warranty. This is not enough you would need a five year manufacturer warranty. My trailer gets put in the shop for repairs every time I take it out on a camping trip. A quick list of issues, awning pulling away from the trailer,Three water leaks 2 sets of sewer valves replaced. Cabinets falling off the walls, issues with genorator still to this day. Water pump replaced. Not set up for satellite, only set upfor cable, tv not connected to surround sound. Be careful what you buy.

My wife and I looked at a number of RVs, in the Tucson area. The interaction that struck me first, was Seans ability to listen to what we were looking for in a RV, and taking us to what he thought would be the best unit. After we looked at two RVs, Sean said his most important goal was to make sure we were in an RV that met our needs. Sean said he would be available any time to discuss our future purchase, while saying he would not email or contact us, but wait until weve are ready to make a decision and initiate the next meeting. I shopped for a used toy hauler for about 5 months mostly on Craigslist. I viewed hundreds and went to look at around a dozen finding some kind of problem with all of them. I really didnt want to buy new due to the cost and taxes, but it finally came down to needing to go new to get what I wanted. Cactus RV was the best at selection for toy haulers, hands down. Additionally, their customer service is great. The salesmen were never pushy. This is a family owed and run business which I perfer over the big national chains.

This isnt your typical rv repair place. I am so pleased with my. Experience with cactus rv. I purchased an eclipse brand travel trailer in Utah but my furnace went out when I was visiting Tucson. They were able to get me. In next day and fixed it in one day, under warranty. It didnt cost me a thing. Angel is the best. He actually knows how to relate to people and has great communication, demeanor, and is a pleasant guy. He totally shattered the stereotype of typical rv repair places. I wish all rv repair places were like this. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.

Good prices for RVs. Didnt have the normal high pressure sales pitch you usually get which was nice. Didnt feel ripped off when all was said and done. What more can you ask for.

Called ahead about a unit advertised on the webpage. Was told is was there and available. Drove 50 miles into town to view it and a deposit had been taken on it prior to our even calling. They lie just to get you to come in. With the price of gas and time spent getting there, we wouldnt buy from them ever since they are deceitful. If they had said, sorry that one is sold but we have other 5th wheels that might suit your needs, we would have be happy to still drive in and look. Just dont LIE.

HORRABLE DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. No service after sale. I have my repeated attempts to get my generator fixed and they wont even call back. Had to take my trailer to another dealer Freedom Rv to get the trailer fixes right. Dont make the same mistake I did got somewhere else.

I was already approved by the bank for my loan but the down payment was a little higher than I would have liked, I was told no problem we will work with you to get it done. Since calling them about it a month ago NO call back to say if they could or could not work with the down payment issues. So they have an approved customer ready to buy, good with the price of the unit and ready to sign but they drop the ball. By the way the 2019s are out and on thier lot and the 2017 that I was going to buy is still sitting on thier lot.

Too incompetent to figure out they dont truly have custody of the rv that we already put money down on, and insured! Waste of time, money and energy. Dont bother and go somewhere that they know what they are doing, and actually know about the rvs they are trying to sell you.

We had a leak in our brand new 5th wheel and they worked us in and upon arriving they found a spring on the tire mount was broken causing our tires to rub together and we were very lucky we didnt wreak. We arrived about 11:00 and didnt leave till close to closing. I cant thank them enough for there hard work and team effort. Yall are the best and thankyou again vicki and randy Pendleton

**** DO NOT BUY FROM CACTUS RV!!!! THEYLL DROP YOU LIKE RADIOACTIVE WASTE AFTER YOUVE PURCHASED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! ****The brand new $70,000 toy hauler I bought from Cactus RV had severe mechanical and construction issues from day 1. It took repeated phone calls to get over 20 failures resolved (or at least so I had hoped) and they had to be taken care of by another and completely unrelated dealership since Cactus RV never had time or space for my rig just a few days after purchase. Their multiple trips to the dunes were far too important to provide any type of customer service when byers such as myself were in need. After 3 trips my trailer still had severe constructions issues, which is the primary reason why Im writing this review. The mirror in the half bathroom flew off the wall ripping off the wall itself, scratching the wall in front of it and then gauging the door that gives access to the garage. The mirror fell with such violence that the gauge went through the whole door and its plainly visible from the other side. This happened in January 2016. I called Cactus RV and I had the displeasure to talk to the same incompetent and rude clerk (Angel Torres). He said he would relay the information to the manufacturer and get a new door ordered. Weeks went by and I did not receive a single phone call from Angel. April comes along and I am starting to lose my patience. I shoot an email to Mr. Torres asking where is my door? And I added yet another manufacturers issue in the very same bathroom: the frame of the other door (accessing the kitchen) is completely warped, which prevents the door from shutting and locking in to place thereby allowing it to slam freely during travel and damaging the outside wall. This very issue was reported to Mr. Torres back in November 2015 and it was not addressed. Apparently they made adjustments so that it wouldnt happen again. He claimed that the manufacturer is hard to get a hold of and that they are the ones at fault for not shipping the door. He also asked for pictures of the frame so that he could discuss that with the manufacturers rep. Not only did I take detailed pictures, but I even took measurements so that he could see how badly the frame was warped. In a reply to my email with attached photos, Mr. Torres said he would discuss the issue with the owner (Phil) and get back to me. Its been another month and I havent heard a word. I sent an email out to Mr. Torres once again stating that my patience had reached its limit and that I demanded my new door and the frame repaired ASAP in order to avoid a legal action. As a response Mr. Torres replied that a lawsuit would not get me anywhere and with a dismissive tone he asked to explain the SAME ISSUE ALL OVER AGAIN (both for the gauged door and the warped frame). Needless to say nothing was ever done by Cactus RV whether it came to ordering the new door or getting the other door frame replaced or repaired. At this point I contacted another authorized dealership which is handling the situation as I speak. The purpose of this review is to inform buyers of the complete lack of professionalism and integrity of Cactus RV.

Prior to contacting the dealership about a toy hauler they had on their website and posted on craigslist a day before, I was read a few reviews to see if their customer service was worth the drive from Phoenix to Tucson. I was pleased with what I read so I gave them a call. Yesterday morning (Monday the 10th) I call a spoke to a salesman there by the name Anthony. I let him know the trailer I was interested in and he answered a few questions. He mentioned there were a few cosmetic items that he wanted me to be aware of prior to driving down from phoenix. I asked is he could take a few pictures of them so that I could make sure they werent an eye sore. By the time I got a return call Anthony had already left work but assured me that the cosmetic items were small and really unnoticeable. At that point we decided that I would head down to Tucson (roughly a 2 hour drive) to see the unit when they opened; which required me to leave my house at 6am. Unfortunately at 7:30 this morning (as im an hour and a half into my drive) I receive a call from Anthony telling me that the trailer had been sold on saturday the 8th. Needless to say I was very upset that this guy tried to pull a bait and switch on me after a very long drive. One thing that real pissed me off is that he said it was sold on the 8th but they reposted it on the 9th on Craigslist and on the 10th when I spoke to Anthony, he told me that I was there and he had physically touched it. I think this was a horrible way to do business and is unacceptable for any company to treat a consumer in this manner.

Phil was very nice and knowledgeable of the items at the store.

Jeff rose is the man when it comes to rvs we made a 3,000 mile trip to get our new toy hauler not just because of price more because of how jeff cared about our wants and needs best buying experience Ive ever had.

WOW!! I will start by staying that we live 835 miles from Cactus RV and we worked with Sean on our purchase over a month long period. Being the control freak that I am, this stressed me out purchasing a brand new 2016 $58K toy hauler, sight unseen. There were a few hiccups through the process because the initial toy hauler we wanted was sold and we loved all the custom details and upgrades that that toy hauler had. Sean had already heard about 3 other disappointments we had with losing out on a few other toy haulers we’d found online and he wanted our business so he talked with Phil, the owner and wanting to make us happy, they were able to contact the manufacturer to have them custom build us our own toy hauler with some of the same features that we wanted and some other upgrades we didnt initially know about.To reiterate, I’m a control freak and that said, we were constantly nagging them about all the details, cost, upgrades, financing and we still needed to purchase a 5th wheel hitch to be able to move the beast. I was a wreck at times, especially since we wouldnt get photos of it until the day that we were to start our 12 hour drive to pick it up because they couldnt take pictures until they picked it up from the manufacturer. It was a bit of a rush/time crunch because of holidays, time off work coordination and the turn-around drive that we faced. The entire time all of this was going on, Sean and (I believe it was another Sales Manager) Jeff were assuring, reassuring, and promising that we would be happy when we saw it and that they would make it right, guaranteed everything would be in order and ready to go by our time deadline.We were in Tuscon by 6 AM on the day of pick up and we were told that they would be there and open early to get everything detailed, tanks filled, appliances checked and a full walk through of the RV. We were surprised to see that at just about 6:30 the crew started to arrive and were immediately at work on our toy hauler. Because we were anxious to get a glimpse of our new toy hauler, we pulled in and parked, you know, one of those annoying customers that can’t leave things be. I’m pretty sure us being there that early, standing around, hovering, watching their every move wasn’t fun for them, but they humored us and let us walk around and start looking at everything. I even made a peace offering to the hard working guys by going and picking up a couple dozen doughnuts which they thanked us for.Going above and beyond our expectations, they were able to get us the 5th wheel hitch we needed and installed it for us. The paperwork was easy and the numbers were as agreed upon. We were even able to do a last minute switch up on the batteries for our solar package to golf cart batteries. The owner, Phil and our salesman Sean were very patient, informative and graciously accommodating. Their crew of workers that went through every inch of the toy hauler were kind, hard-working and I never once heard them complain about our hovering and the early morning start.All in all – I know this is a long review, but this stress crazed, OCD, control freak was able to leave Cactus Auto RV not only with a smile and warm fuzzy feelings, but with a contentment that there REALLY are companies still out there at are family owned and operated, that appreciate their customers, that go above and beyond to make things right and stand by their word to get things done. Phil and his crew are top notch and I can only hope that we’ll run into them somewhere on the road out playing with our toys in the sand. And… should we ever be in the market for another RV of any type, we will be contacting Cactus Auto RV FIRST because they’re not only great professionals, they’re now part of our extended family.Thanks Again!
