Love love love this place! I have been coming here for over two years and the already outstanding service was taken to a new level during the pandemic. The inside of the store has always been immaculate, but they have even offered curbside assistance for those who are not comfortable going inside or using the outside machines. Five out of five water connoisseurs will tell you these guys are the real deal. I wish they accepted tips for their amazing service!!

The owners Dave and his wife are supreme business owners. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and educated on healthy water - need be. They have both engaged in authentic conversations every time I stop in during their business hours. They will always ask to help you with loading your waters etc. This is not a place to just get some delicious water… it’s a place to support a business that treats customers with the highest regard(and get water ). They are ALWAYS so friendly. They even let my boys help with cleaning the water jugs and fill them up. The help out to the car and putting the full jugs in the trunk is the icing on the cake! Their prices are very reasonable too. If I could give 10 starts I would!

Found this place almost 2 years ago and me Andy gf decided to walk in and check it out. We were greeted by both the hubby and wife and the husband explained in detailed about the alkaline water when I asked what was so special about his water, completely amazed me the knowledge this man and wife has with water, so we decided to try it out and absolutely loved it, we noticed increased energy and just better over all wellbeing, even our dog only drinks this water now. Sadly we moved to Utah and have had a hard time trying to find a replacement hub for our alkaline water due to the customer service and cleanliness of hubs up here compared to hydro hub, hydro hub is always clean and they always greet you with a smile and cheerful attitudes. With that being said we will now be ordering 40 5 gallon jugs and will be driving back to Tucson just to get their water and bring it back to Utah with us! Thank you guys for the water youve provided for our family.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. It is a family owned business and Dolores and David are wonderful people. I found them to be attentive, kind and have some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. As far as the store... it is immaculate! The store is simple and uncluttered and is stocked with bottles of all sizes and other kewl items. I love the taste of the water they sell and am proud to call myself a regular customer.

The only place in tucson I get the water my family drinks. Alkaline water is so much better for me than regular bottled water. I suggest trying it for a week. The people at this establishment are always kind always helpful and always awesome.

We have been trying different water places in the area trying to find the best. I love that they sell high alkaline mineral water. Good price. The gentlemen that helped us (assuming the owner based on tiger reviews) was super nice and friendly, and loaded our bottles into the car and buckled them in. Will for sure be back

Best water source in Tucson hands down. I drive 45min out of my way every week just to fill my jugs here, and it is absolutely worth it.Being somewhat of a “water connoisseur” I am very particular about what I drink, and having tried water from probably every source in Tucson (Whole Foods, natural grocers, water street station, water mill, water mart, any bottled water as well..etc) I refuse to go anywhere else besides Hydrohub at this point. The quality is just too superior.Not only does this pure/clean water benefit mine and my dogs health, but I always feel great supporting the owners of this local business, they’re both great people providing an excellent unmatched product at an amazing price.I spend about 5$ a week for 10 gallons of the best water money can buy. Out of all the water fill up stations in my area I would highly recommend hydrohub! They have choices of non alkaline and alkaline water. (We love the fresh and pure taste of their alkaline!) Today I drove by on a Sunday when they are usually closed just to use their water fill up station open 24 hrs located on the outside of their building. When I got here the owners happend to be there and welcomed me to come in and the owners happily cleaned and filled up all 14 jugs and helped put them in my trunk. If thats not customer service I dont know what is. Please support hydrohub hub!

I’ve been getting water here for a few months. The two people who run this place are both inviting and helpful with any questions you have. Most importantly the water is clean and tastes great. For the price at $0.50/gal reverse osmosis water or $1.00/gal alkaline water this place provides what you need for a low cost. I would highly recommend this place.

I am confident Hydrohub has the best water in AZ. I didnt think too much of water before going there. Now, I recognize the difference between regular water and alkaline. Best water in town!!!!! Reasonable price for the quality water you are getting. Definitely recommend it. The service is just as good as the water. They also have 24 hr water dispense if you can not make it I before closing. Water bottle or gallons in many sizes and colors.

Originally from Seattle and lowned property in the Olympic mountains, so I’m used to really clean water. Tucson’s water was a huge adjustment.....And then I found Hydrohub. It’s better than any fresh Washington water. You have a choice of alkaline or regular. Either will exceed any source of water you can find in Tucson. Forget Watermill Express, forget Fiji.David (the owner) use to drive 14 hours just to buy real alkaline water. So he decided to build and bring it local.It’s technically self-service but he ALWAYS fills and loads my three 5 gallon jugs. No better person to give your business to. Seriously.

I use to drink a gallon of water a day, and still felt Dehydrated...obviously something was wrong with my drinking water. I also suffered from headaches and joint pain on a regular basis. We travel full time in an RV so drinking water has been a predicament. We found hydrohub and now have a beautiful set up in the storage compartment of our RV with several beautiful glass water storage bottles as well as a three gallon glass bottle that goes right on the countertop in the kitchen. First I want to mention that Hydo Hub sells both RO and alkaline water. The first company to give us a choice.I happened on this amazing water store at the gym a couple of weeks ago. David, the owner, was giving out samples. I said “no thanks, I am not into alkaline water”.But he offered again, and I was hooked. This water is the best I have I tasted. Even better than RO.I am a reverse osmosis drinker for decades. Never liked the taste of alkaline water. Now I see that all processes are not the same. Their process is really unique.Great store, friendly service and clean as a whistle. I am quit excited that this store is here on the North side. It is really a gift!

I started going to the Hydrohub when it first opened. The Owner took the time to explain everything. I had a problem with hypertension and thought the alkaline water might help. Without changing Anything else.. Seriously. Ive lost about 15 lbs and blood pressure is normal. No meds! Plus my college boy is now a total believer and ran out of the water so he bought a name brand and couldnt stand it and so he said.. Im spoiled now for this water!! And no waste with plastic bottles and price ends up less for me.!!!! Yayyyy and thank you.
