Very disappointed in my experience with ordering service. Service originally ordered online on 8/28. Website said the order was successful and first delivery would be 8/30, bank showed $50 authorization, no confirmation email. Called on 8/30 and was told the payment was returned, which was not true per my bank, was transferred to someone else who said it was a website issue and reset everything up for 9/2. Waited all day on 9/2 with the website saying it was in its way, then called and had a poor experience with a rep named Liz. On 9/3 the website tracker said it was coming that day, it didnt, I called and the person said that the route person would contact me for an estimated time of arrival. No call. 9/7 the website tracker reset and went through all the steps again and said it was on its way, didnt come.No communication. Poor customer experience. Disappointing.9/8 - web tracker says, The truck is being loaded with your order and getting ready to go! for 4th time and is scheduled to be delivered today.
The office of the President for Sparklett’s actually called me back. He’s aware of the long wait times and they are working to correct it. Wasn’t expecting that phone call! But he’s going to send my cooler issue the facility here to have them bring out a replacement. I really hope they fix the long wait time.
Awful customer service, very rude and does not care or recognize when they drop the ball. The driver has always been nice and reliable which is why I would give them 2 stars.
Horrible Exeperience, I set up a new account with them on wensday and the earliest the could deliver was on on friday. I waited patiently friday came and went and the no showed . I called customers services several times and no one was able to facilitate the delivery on time . Tried to keep open lines of comminucation called 5 times through out the day. No one was able to assist or provide futher information. The customrr service department id usless. Do not use this company

Best Service in Tucson. I signed up for the service in Costco almost 6 years ago and I love it. So easy to get my water delivered. My deliveries are always on time and the cost is affordable. The water is the best tasting. I use it for all my cooking, coffee and tea, and especially drinking. It is because of this wonderful service that I stay hydrated.
BEWARETrying to Cancel my Services, but they have a policy that does not allow it, so if you have fallen on hard times, you can expect them to continue to charge your account for the equipment and the empty bottles and late service charges for your account being past due. Since January, I have tried to cancel my services to stop the accumulation of amounts that they keep charging me. I had just got a job, and I cannot pay my account all upfront, for I have other bills to pay to stay living in a shelter. I was behind one additional time in 2020, and I could pay once I had received another job. I have had services with them since 2019, and I cannot believe they are greedy during this covid-19. If I make a small payment, it will not even dent the amount due to their renting equipment charges and late fees of $16.51 every month.
I have subscribed to this service for over 5 years and have always been pleased with the quality of the water, the delivery service, and delivery person (knew him by name, once!), as well as customer service.

The water tasted great, we use the spring water since we have a reverse osmosis system in the house. If they bring you the wrong water GOOD LUCK. They charged for the more expensive and 3 calls later we still have the wrong bottles sitting on the driveway. I would have at least expected a call from the local manager saying sorry it will take what ever for us to get there and change them out. The call centers talk a good story but all hat and no cows as the saying goes.

I cannot speak to the customer service by phone. But I had excellent service from my rep and online with adjusting my order etc. The equipment is in good order and my delivery rep is friendly and accomadating. I can change or modify my order easily online. After the first initial order, they base the refills on how many you have empty. I also like the hot water feature. And of course most of all the water tastes great!! The other feature I like is that these are bottom loading machines, so you can literally scoot the bottle into the machine to change it without having to lift it!!
Horrible customer service. Cant ever get a hold of the route manager or even a supervisor at that. They are always out to lunch or on another phone call. I called several times a day for 3 days and never got a hold of anyone. They locked out my account because I had a balance that I needed to pay 2 days after my delivery date. They would not come back or even take a partial payment. I was a customer for over 20 years. But I am going elsewhere now. Even paying a little more is worth better customer service. I would never recommend Sparkletts.

Sparklett’s customer service is horrible, in fact, some of the worst I have ever experienced. Our driver used to consistently skip us and when we would call, we would be told that they would come out a day or two later and they still would not show up! Calling their customer service department is a joke, they can do nothing but send an email to the Tucson operation.They have recently changed their delivery day and did not inform us. Their suggestion is to order more water but they have restrictEd us to purchasing four, five gallon bottles every two weeks! When I asked if they were concerned about customer retention, they said “Yes” but would do nothing to rectify the situation. For $70+ per month, this is ridiculous! I have given them chance after chance and am now switching companies!There is never an excuse for poor customer service. You either appreciate your customers or take them for granted.

I have had a water account for over 21 years at various military addresses and now civilian. Wonderful customer service-----love the friendly delivery and always so easy at vacation time or moving, just a short phone call and all is taken care of until the next location. LOVE you guys!!
After a few months I didnt need the service anymore and requested a cancellation. Furthermore they said they were going to pick up the equipment the 31st of March first off they never came and Ive called numerous times with no response or explanation the next thing I know they put me in collections charging me for the equipment I never wanted forcing me against my will when they were supposed to pick up the equipment the 31st of March. I will never recommend water services from sparklets to anyone I hope they resolve this issue because forcing customers to pay equipment because the companys lack of competence to pick up the item no way.
Hello, first off I want to let you know I have never taken the time to write a review but I feel it is necessary because I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. Let me start out by saying that I have called this company 4 times now, 30+ minute conversations where each time they said my issue would be resolved. So initially when i received my first service of 4 bottles I realized this was too much so i went online and reduced this number to 2 each delivery. Next delivery came around so i placed my empty bottles out expecting to get 2 only to find that there were 4 once again, I called the company the following day and the woman I spoke with assured me that the next delivery will only be 2 bottles. Next delivery came, once again 4 BOTTLES, so i went online and skipped the next delivery and received confirmation. Then the day I wasn’t supposed to receive any water they dropped off 4 ONCE AGAIN(keep in mind now i have about 8 bottles at this point.) Called the company and she apologized saying she would schedule a pick up for the full/ empty bottles(this was last week). Come back from work to find the bottles are still outside my door and no one came to get them. Called them one last time and asked to speak to corporate but she said this was not possible, so I told her the series of events and she ASSURED me that they would be picked up today(11.15)and said she sent an email to corporate with everything that has happened. I get back from my flight tonight only to find the bottles still not picked up. I am officially switching to Culligan as I suggest those of you looking for a water delivery service do, they are on salary and not commission and don’t waste your time like this company does.
I like the convenience of water delivery, dont have to cart bottles around or pick up disposable bottles for its all provided for and carried on the truck for easy access as an extra service. Its delivered right to your door, even when not home, you can leave a note with instructions on empties which the delivery person has so far followed, no added worries as Im out of water.
8-10-21. Canceled my service after 40 years. Water is great, delivery personnel are great. Phone and email customer service is terrible. They do not respond to emails, on hold for over 30 minutes 3 different times. Diana stated delivery and invoice fees would be waived, but still getting statements! Going on 2 months now, still not resolved.

I have a business and we have sparkletts for our drinking water. I have asked the driver numerous times to please come during business hours on Wednesdays he obliged and was doing well now he comes when ever and has yet to pick up my empty bottles because he never comes during open hours. he is suppose to come every other Wednesday and I have not physically seen the driver in a month I have 4 empty bottles and 1 full. I just wish they were consistent with their deliveries. It would make things so much easier if they cannot come on a direct day at least come when we are open...
I usually dont leave a review on the first day of service. But, I signed up for service and even read the terms. I was given $50 off my first invoice and my bill showed a credit of $4.40. I was shocked to find there is now a $50 pending hold on my account from Sparkletts. That is more than what I ordered. I called and they couldnt really tell me anything except it should fall off after my first delivery, which is a few days away. So, my money is tied up till then. Its not even the amount, its the sneaky way it was done. I think its a crummy way to do business. All it would have taken was a disclaimer when I put in my card that it was going to happen and I wouldnt be leaving this review.

I went with sparkletts only because costco suggested them, and I was going to be getting a good deal on delivery (because of my busy work schedule) and a bottom loading dispenser (because I recently had back surgery). They showed up a day earlier than scheduled (which luckily I had a friend here at the time), brought the dispenser in and said it wasnt working, and would be back the following day. The next day comes, they dont call or knock or anything... just skipped my home because there was no car in the driveway. Okay??? Maybe I needed delivery because I dont have a vehicle?? So I called, chewed them out a bit, and set up another appointment... spoke with a manager who assured me a driver would be by MONDAY MORNING AT 10 AM. So I asked my friend again to be at my house at that time.... 4 hours later, no call NOTHING. My friend has to leave cause obviously hes got a life and his plans dont include waiting on some delivery guy every day. So I called back and asked what the problem was. No one can give a straight answer. Fun fact: if a delivery driver assumes you arent home, your account goes into pending cancellation. So customer services bounces me back and forth between reps who constantly mention cancellation Im like I just want some f*cking water. Its the only thing I drink. Anyways, been waiting on my $50 refund for over 2 weeks now. I wish I could give Sparkletts 0 stars.
We LOVE Sparklettes water!!!! My kids used to drink juice. Now they ONLY drink Sparklettes water, all day long! Its DELICIOUS, so clean tasting, so refreshing, and worth every dime?
I started this water service a week ago and still have yet to receive a water cooler that works. I called on Monday to have it changed out and the service rep assured me I would have it Wed after 3pm. When I got home for the appointment I made, I had two more 5 gallon bottles dropped off with NO cooler in site . I made yet another call to a service rep that apologized and said she sent emails to try to get this resolved, a manager would call me back. 24 hours later that still hasnt happened so I make yet another call, the manager I did talk to called the local branch with no answer so he left a message. He was very apologetic and very nice however it still is not resolved and I have now 25 gallons of water that I am paying for and cant have a cold glass of water a week later. As a new customer it begs the question... should I pay for service like this??

I have had consistently bad service for the better part of a year. Bottles have been constantly delivered to the wrong spot and wrong type of water delivered. I blame management for not giving employees the correct information.
Multiple calls including multiple supervisor calls. Multiple promises of call back and yet, no call back. Multiple promises of delivery and pickup of empties, yet no deliveries nor any pickups. Our office will never use Sparklette water again. It should not be this hard to have water dropped off and empties picked up. Whoever is running the Tucson, AZ distribution needs to be fired.

The water was good but they always over delivered or didnt deliver when I needed them to. We cancelled service and I called to pay the final bill they said they had already placed it with a collection agency and I asked to be transferred to them which they did and no one ever answered the line.

Horrible customer service. A sales rep stopped out in April of 2017 and we signed up for coffee. I never got one delivery and had to buy it at the store. After not receiving a bill for more than a year, I got a collections notice that they were charging me rent on the coffee machine. When I disputed the charges, I got no response from Sparkletts and they sent me to collections. Miserable company!! Not worth your time to even talk to them!!!!!

If you see the sales men at Costco avoid at all costs unless you like being over charged for water. They have different waters to choose from, $5 or $10. I never once choose the $10 water bottles, however they kept leaving them at my door step. They would have to constantly come back to exchange. I even left several notes for the delivery driver and all notes were completely ignored. They constantly would leave extra water, when I never requested it. Then of course I would get billed for it. Its a mess and not worth the time. When I CXL my service I paid the 13.71 that was due, no problems. Two months later i get a late notice in the mail saying i must immediately pay or be sent to collections. I call the number on the notice and it takes me to a recording that wants me to leave a review and take a survey... WHAT?? Ive called customer service once a day for 4 days now, and im still waiting for a call back.
I was a customer for 13 years. I cancelled service today. Very dissappointed that the customer service rep today made it obvious that long term customers do not matter. The one star rating is because the delivery driver was super nice.

Awful customer service, Impossible to get a hold of them currently on the phone for 27 min and waiting. This is second or third time I have tried to get a hold of them.Variable warning on when the delivery will happen. Despite a calendar they dont seem to come when their own calendar says they will.Billing issues - Unpredictable bill despite the same service and no change in over a year. I have had bills taht say $0.00 and then next month I get a late payment .I have tried in the summer in Tucson to get them to deliver extra and its surprisingly difficult to get a hold of them get more water .The only upside is that the drivers are great ( however, you have to be home to interact and get them to leave more water) oh and the water is great.Proceed with caution .

Signed up for service, delivery driver brought 2 five gal bottles of water and a delivery schedule. A couple days later was his regular delivery day in our area, he delivered 2 more. Having 4 bottles I skipped the next 2 delivery days. July 5th was on the schedule as a regular delivery day. I placed all 4 bottles outside my front door, expecting to be replaced with 2 full bottles. I arrived home from work to find 4 empty bottles. I thought they might be running a day behind because of the holiday.. July 6th I expected to find 2 full bottles of water..Nope, I still have 4 empty bottles outside my door. I called the 800# and was informed that the regular day was in fact June 30, so I checked my schedule given to me by the driver with the initial visit. It did indeed say July 5th... If June 30 had been the regular delivery date, why didnt the driver leave water?? I didnt go online and skip that date. I had only skipped the 2 previous deliveries. The customer service rep told me she could deliver in 5 days. At that point I chose to cancel my service. If I cant rely on the delivery schedule given to me and have a company rep act as if I had made the mistake, Id prefer to take my business elsewhere. I signed up for service through Costco and I fully intend to inform them of my experience.

We had an agreement to deliver 1-2 5 gal. bottles along with 2 cases of spring water every two weeks. Everything was fine until suddenly the service broke down (started coming every 3-4 weeks), then the cases of water stopped arriving. Talked to the local people and they were rude. The national and internet people never returned a call. BIlls kept arriving though. Theyve partnered with Costco now and could care less about the little guy. I would drink toilet water before I ordered water from these rude people again. If you want good service, look elsewhere.

I have been very disappointed with Sparkletts Water service. When I first signed on, I was given more water (4 bottles) than I could ever drink in two weeks. I was told that it was required for signing up through Costco. I was also told to leave all empty bottles on the porch and the delivery person would exchange a full bottle for each empty bottle. I put out one. The delivery person gave me two. Now, instead of 4 bottles, I now have 5. I called in and told the customer service rep what I was instructed to do and what happened. The rep apologized and told me to put a note on the bottles I was returning, tell the driver how many bottles I needed. I set out 2 empties with a not, Please do not leave full bottles. He took the bottles and left none. Yay! The next delivery, I did the same. I put 2 empties and a note, Please do not leave bottles. I got 2 full bottles. I called customer svs again and asked, WTH? They apologized and suggested I put a hold on my deliveries for one cycle. So, I did. Four weeks later, theres no delivery. I call again... It was explained that the last customer svs rep put my account on hold. I said, yes... It was only for one delivery. Oh, they said. Let me fix that. The following delivery time, I put out 3 bottles and a note, Please leave one full bottle. I get 2 bottles. I call again! This rep says, I will put in your account to deliver one bottle every 2 weeks and Ill contact the regional supervisor of these changes. I also put a request in to have 1 bottle credited to your account. Guess what happened. I put 2 empties out and got 2 full back. I called back. This next rep says, Well, let me notate on your account that you want 1 bottle every 2 weeks. I told him, it should already be there. He responded with, Oh, youre right, it is. So, he then followed up with, Ill contact the regional supervisor. I told him that should have been done already. All this time, Ive tried getting someone to credit my account for the extra bottles, but they will not do it. I asked the last customer svs person to have the driver call me or knock on the door. Today, I put out 2 empties. The driver came, dropped off 2 bottles and left. No phone call and no knock on the door.Sparkletts is wondering why Im not paying my bill. I told them, Ill pay the bill as soon as the promised adjustments have been made. They asked if the bottles are still here, unused. The first time, I said no. I waited but he never came so it got cycled in with our other bottles. Well, then, she says, we cant credit you. You used them. This last time, I was told they would come pick the bottles up. I held the bottle aside, told my whole family not to drink it. We waited 2 weeks, but nobody came to get it, and then we got 2 more bottles.This process is stupid and time consuming! If the driver really did what the sales reps and Costco said and just leave exact replacements, I would be fine. That means Im in control of how much water I get. But that just is not the case. Now, by having all the holds, over deliveries, and more holds on my account, Ive finally reduced my bottles down to 2 bottles. But, as stated above, I just received 2 more bottles. Never expect credits from Sparkletts. They wont do it because they dont want to pick up the spare bottles.

It turned into the Worst delivery service ever. When i started with this company things were fine and scheduling my delivery was very easy and get my water just in time. But for the last 2 months things changed into a complete opposite thing. Water delivery doesnt arrive in time and I got to reschedule. And that happened just day or 2 before weekend,so I had to buy water from supermarket since I ran out of it. Then for the next delivery there was a mistake with no of bottles delivered not to mention that same exact schedule problem happened again. So I decided to end this service .and guess what, its been like 2 weeks now and Im trying to schedule for pick-up and everytime no one show up,its like 5 tries so far. As im writing this review thier stuff still here waiting for someone to come over and put an end to this horrible service. Not recommended at all

Well started out OK till they started delivering spring water instead of purified water and my bill doubledo, and after calling over and over again I decided to close my account and they came to pick uplease everything but still had 6 bottles full so they said just call u when all are empty and we will take them off ur bill, lol what a joke I have to call wait and then hold again about another hour or so, and I gave done this 3 times and they still have yet to come when they say there supposed to, if u are thinking about getting service thru them dont its much cheaper to buy a water cooler and getting the 5gal jugs and go refill them for 1buck
I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up. Just cancelled after 2 years, the customer service is awful and the local reps are super unprofessional. After they violated their agreement for not picking up I was to keep or dispose of the machine and water gallons (per their contract) long story short customer service had the local manager called me and was super rude, super aggressive and basically bullied me into giving him the machine I requested to be picked up TWICE. I didnt even want the machine because I had bought my own but at the same time I was worried about getting billed for something that serves me no use 2 months after cancelling. He was so rude and aggressive to me for no reason, I did not reciprocate that behavior because I knew this man was going to be coming to my house and I did not want any confrontation. It was very uncomfortable for me I would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this water service. Save yourself time, money and sanity.

I have Sparkletts for 9months now I missed a payment for June and I got a letter saying if I didnt pay they would discontinue service.I called they said I owed $101.66 for 12 bottles of water?I paid and I was thinking thats too much for water I dont think its right.I canceled my service.I can water cheaper at Costco.I think its a ripoff!!!!!

Have had this company for over 17 years, yet this past year has been the worst, do not know if there has been a management change but as far as service THERE HAS BEEN NO SERVICE called several times and NO ONE comes in to deliver, and when they do it is 1 bottle instead of the 3 we need monthly...I am looking to make a change...the service is very lacking !!!
