Excellent service and a great variety of dresses and prices! I had a great experience here and did not feel the need to keep looking. I definitely recommend this place! Gigi the owner is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Went in to try on bridal dresses, all the designs were beautiful, had a great selection and the customer service was amazing.Edit: Gigis bridal was so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress. All of my bridesmaids came in from out of town and came to help me pick my dress in August 2020. They were super accommodating by allowing them all to see the dress and bring/put on their bridesmaids dresses alongside me, which was SO important to me. Gigi walked me through all of the process after we selected and bought the dress and helped me figure out what alterations I needed and sent me to the right seamstress! Love my beautiful dress!

Gigi was amazing! She made the whole experience so easy and fun. Her store is also AMAZING. Clean, organized, and beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!

We didn’t even get to come here! The bride tried to make a reservation & was told that because her wedding wasn’t within the next year/year & a half that she can’t come in. Then, when the bride called back to try and get a reservation again, Gigi bombarded her with questions about the venue, the food, the date, etc. all while being extremely rude and unprofessional. These questions were not general but extremely specific (EX: indoor or outdoor venue, these were “where are you getting married?”). My friend tried to make a reservation on a date that had over 20 open appointments but was told that the other brides with sooner wedding dates were more important. Gigi was absolutely rude and intrusive. Once again, this is all over the phone. We had heard great things about this place and our expectations were not met.

I went into GiGi 2 weeks ago thinking I was just going in to find out what kind of dress I was looking for and I walked away with a dress, a sash, a veil, and a hair clip. Their selection is great (Pronovias has the most gorgeous dresses), their location is excellent, the store is set up great, and everything was clean and organized. Laura helped me find my dress and I couldnt give her higher praise! She made me feel beautiful and asked all the right questions to help me make the final choice for my dress. I definitely recommend going to GiGi if you are looking for your perfect dress!**Edit: 3 weeks after our wedding- here are a few photos of the amazing dress I bought here. I had the BEST experience at Gigi Bridal this weekend! My family was only in town for one day so I knew I had to find the dress and was a little anxious. Gigi made me feel comfortable and confident from the minute walked in. She really listened to what I was looking for, so much so that the dress I ended up choosing was one she had picked for me! She is GREAT at her job and styling for personal preference and body type. Gigi also has a great selection of beautiful gowns for any bride’s style!! My family loved Gigi and our experience there as she took care of every single detail and had amazing customer service! I am so excited to be a Gigi bride!! 👰🏻💕🍾

Gigi, Paulina, and Zoya are the absolute best! I have sent so many of my friends to Gigi for their weddings throughout the years and was so excited when it was my turn. They did not disappoint. I had gone dress shopping once before in Phoenix and was so confused on what style dress was best for me. They helped me choose and allowed me to try on as many dresses as it took. I found the perfect dress for me and knew once I put it on that it was my dress, but it was completely sheer and would not have worked for my religious ceremony. Thats where Zoya comes in. She listened to all of my concerns and was so creative, making the dress completely appropriate for my familys wishes, but I did not lose the essence of the dress. My dress was the talk of the night! I would recommend Gigi bridal for any bride hoping to find their dream dress.

My daughter is getting married and her biggest wish was to share the experience of finding her “dream wedding dress” and sharing that day with all the special women in her life! When you first walk into the store you step into such a calming and happy environment. I picked what I wanted and there was so many beautiful dresses to pick from. But you definitely feel like a Queen in any dress you try on. You definitely get what you pay for!!! We all had a good time :)! We came once to try on dresses for my daughters upcoming wedding. They have a lovely selection of dresses and were very patient and accommodating as she was a little uncertain about what style of dress she wanted. A couple of weeks she called to see if there was a time she could come back. They had an opening right then so we went down and they already had pulled the 2 dresses she had liked the best from the previous visit and also pulled one that was new and a combination of the two she liked. She got her dress that day! We liked this salon as they were professional, knowledgeable, not pushy, and easy to speak with.

My sister Melisa (bride to be) and family had the most wonderful experience at GIGi’s on Thanksgiving weekend. Gigi made this a family affair. She was so kind and patient. We had the bride try on what seemed like every dress in the store because they were all so beautiful and we couldn’t decide on which one we liked the most (bossy maid of honor and very vocal grandmas at fault). Gigi’s experience and understanding of Melisa’s vision for her wedding dress made this experience personal, special and truly a magical memory that all the women in my family (yes Gigi accommodated 20 of us in there comfortably!) will cherish for years to come. I am super single but if a miracles happens and I find Mr. Right you better believe I will find my dress at Gigi’s...actually the dresses were so pretty and looked so good on my baby sister if I don’t find him soon I might just buy one anyways. But seriously, all future brides go to Gigi’s, she will help you find the perfect dress.

My experience at Gigis Bridal was amazing. After having a terrible experience at Alfred Angelo with a very pushy sales associate, I was about to give up and call it quits. I was exhausted and Gigi was very kind to me. She gave me a glass of water and chatted with me before pulling out the gowns. I found a dress I loved that was way out of my price range. She knocked off some of the cost and told me to go home and sleep on the decision before rushing into things.I also lost quite a bit of weight right before the wedding. She was very helpful and discounted the price of the alteration since we had only budgeted to hem the dress, not take it in too.Both Gigi and her boutique are amazing! You can expect high quality products and genuine service. Gigi is so sweet and kind and she will spend time talking to you, rather than trying to push a sale. Her boutique is very cute as well! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Thank you GiGi Bridal for such an amazing experience! Three of my bridesmaids and I went to look at dresses for the first time and I was done and paid in under an hour and a half. Laura was assisting us and she looked at a few dresses that I had on my phone and she found several that were exactly what I wanted to see. My dress was the second one I tried on and I knew the minute I put it on that it was The Dress! Thank you for knowing how to read my mind and making me feel comfortable in the dressing room. I went shopping with my daughter for her dream dress! We went all over Tucson, and then made two trips to Phoenix. She found many wonderful dresses, but each place was filled with salespeople who were on a very tight schedule to keep their appointments with the various brides. We went into Gigis salon and it was quiet, and all attention was focused on my daughter. Gigi has an exquisite selection of gowns and accessories for all brides. My daughter found her perfect dress and was even more thrilled to support a local business woman in Tucson. She has had a fantastic experience with her alterations, as well. Gigis Bridal is AMAZING!!!!! Gigi provided a personal experience and knew exactly what I had envisioned when she picked out dresses for me to try on. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on which was a dress Gigi knew I was going to love! She has a wide selection of dresses and I was even able to try on the mermaid dress just to see how it fit. She was extremely patient and attentive to me, my mom, my maid of honor and my godmother. I purchased my dress at Gigis birdal and am having it shipped to New Jersey, where I live. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Gigis Bridal!

Gigi is amazing! My mom and I came in for an appointment and it didnt shock Gigi at all when I told her I already knew which dress I wanted. She made wedding dress shopping a joy. She is friendly, helpful, and honest. She does everything she can to help you with whatever you need. She held onto my dress until the day before my wedding because I was worried about something happening to it at my house.
