Bob was very helpful. Took time out on his day off to talk with me about my car search. And was very gracious and helpful with information.

They just changed the gas cap and cleared the codes the day after i paid in full my speakers were bad wich i didnt care i put a new speaker in i had it in the shop 2x on the recomended shop and multiple times they changed 1 thing also the same codes were thrown i spent thousands on 2 of my own mechanics the wiper motor was out and other issues shocks n struts finally after being without my 13,000 truck i just bought i wont have to worry about emissions its fixed i have lost work and had to rent a car im so angry

If you are looking for a used vehicle make Bob Ross your first and last stop. After searching for a vehicle in Tucson we came across Bob Ross Motors. We found the car we needed at the right price. There was no pressure. We test drove 3 different vehicles by ourselves. Each one was clean and drove perfect. Bob was great to work with and personable. We are already looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from him. I will never bother looking any where else.

I cant remember the mans name, but I simply went in to look at some Toyotas, and he was so helpful. The cars are all in really clean and in good condition.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We purchased a Tahoe with an extended warranty from Bob Ross only to have the engine start knocking two weeks later and us having to pay out of pocket to fix it. The guy is a slime ball crook please dont go here!!

Greg is the Manager/Sales person that took the time to help me.Bob Ross Motors is not a very big lot but its very clean and the vehicles that are on the lot are awesome! For a moment I couldnt make up my mind on which vehicle to buy. Then I saw the car that I absolutely fell in love with. Greg explained everything I needed to know about this car. I test drove and that was it, I bought it. I just want to thank Greg for being so patient and so honest with me, he is truly the best Ive ever known. Greg at Bob Ross Motors helped us with a great little car for mom, and were very happy with it and the buying experience. They seem to have high quality used cars there.Update: Greg called and said that they realized that the spare tire and jack hadnt been included. Well, we hadnt looked, so we didnt know, and wouldnt have until they were needed. Thanks, Greg, for letting us know.Udate: we bought a 3 month warranty, and the car is back with them because its making noise when turning left. So far their preferred mechanic hasnt found the cause, and has left for a vacation. We are having talks with Bob Ross Motors trying to get repairs done without delay. Ill post again with the outcome...Update: The warranty is only with Bob Ross, and with their preferred mechanic, so you cant take it anywhere else. That said, the noise was fixed, but not in a very timely manner. Grade: C+

For those just wanting a summary of my experience at Bob Ross Motors, it is simple: It was great. I came away liking both Greg and Bob as people, feeling that they really did try to get you into a decent car without pressure. They will answer any questions fully, but pretty much let you look over the vehicles at your own pace. The lot is not large, but I could tell they chose quality over quantity. I have not purchased a used car in nearly 20 years, but the vehicle I wanted is no longer made---so that was my only option. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that I could have a like-new vehicle for a reasonable price--I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car. As I have had perhaps 25-30 cars & trucks in my life, mostly used and some pretty awful--I can honestly say that Bob Ross Motors just doesnt carry poor-quality cars & trucks.

Bob and Greg know cars. They dont sell junk and they stand behind what they sell. I have purchased two vehicles with them. They were fair, low pressure and sold me a vehicle which not only looks good, but should last a very very long time. PS: Expect that their vehicles are priced right to begin with, not marked way up only to be discounted so you think you got a better deal than the other used lots in Tucson.

My 85 yr old mothers Volkswagen wagon Had a check engine light on. I took it to oreillys and got the free diagnostic check. It did not give me information on what was wrong. We decided it was time to dump the car for a newer preowned car. I had heard good things about Bob Ross motors, So we went there to look for a newer model. Mr. Ross himself met us as we were looking at the cars on his lot. He asked what we were looking for and inquired about what was wrong with her old car. He put his diagnostic device on the car And was able to determine that it was just some regular maintenance that needed to be done. He encouraged My mother not to make a quick decision about selling her car as the repairs would be at minimal cost. He said he would that be happy to work with us in the future if we decided to purchase something new. Now thats an honest business model! Help your customers and put them into the best car for them when needed. Thank you Bob Ross motors, will be back when its time to get something new.
