Jim Click Jeep ServiceAdvisory service departmentFull fluid exchange 2014 jeep rubicon 100,00 milesRadiator flush preformed with tap water with minerals not with 50/50 mix or distilled water. Service manager said this is their standards. I said is this water corrosive on Aluminium motors and reply was ask a plumber if there are problems with the area tap water 😳🤔Brake fluid flush still had a brown tint after flush and service manager stated some of their brake fluids they use have a brown tint and if the reservoir has sludge they don’t clean 👎Inspection of differential covers I noticed no new gasket or silicone and they were painted in place with overspray on steering rod and torsion bar which showed the covers were not removed for a certified job.Brake inspection listed brakes in red zone immediate attention for front and rear brakesUpon inspection the rear brakes need replacement but front brakes are in green zone nice dishonest sales job 😳👎Changed PVC valve and tech said hard place to replace 🤔. After leaving JC dealership and traveling south the engine quits and had towed to a different jeep dealership and diagnose with a shorted wire in the area of the replaced PVC valve and repaired and down the road🙃👎Jim Click service manager wanted me to rate them 💯 percent 😳🤔🙃🤣🤣👎For real true experience Craig
This is a first class dealer group. They go above and beyond for their employees and their customers. Anyone in the Tuscan area should experience the difference at one of their dealerships.
Great Customer Service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was looking at getting a used car and my Salesman Dee, got me into a brand new 2017 Escape! Affordable payments and a car that exceeds my expectations for being a first time buyer!
If there is ever a negative of becoming too big it is when you take your car to get service at the Kia at the Auto Mall at 7:30 am and call starting at 12:00 pm and call 3 times to find out what is happening to your car and never getting a call back. This is not the first time this has happen, but will be the last time. You pay for maintenance for life and for what. To get this kind of service. Oh and never got fixed.
This is for Jim Click Kia, I had a great experience buying my new 2018 Stinger. It was the most painless experience ever at a car dealership. I have had excruciating experiences at other Jim Click dealerships but this one was SMOOTH!!
Welcoming expert technology and technicians.
Great customer service. Great cars
Service department opens at 7am. Got here at 6:30 and was 2nd in line. Key is to get in early, as it will save on the wait after everyone else gets there and they are busy.Professional and personable. Great having the maintaence for life.
Why would you buy a car here? The service department is so bad car had to be repaired by another mechanic
Very friendly professional service. Fast service
Buyer Beware!!! I had a 2017 Tucson Hyundai. I bought the car in March of 2017. By June when the weather turned hot the car became dangerous to drive. It would almost stall when you pressed the gas, then take off almost giving my passengers whip lash and the whole car would shake at a stoplight. (I was in an accident where I reended a lady because it took off right when I went to hit the break.)They did a full transmission replacement at 16,000 miles ( that time they kept my car for 4 weeks due to a backorder on the parts:$2,800 in income it cost me on that visit). That did not fix the problem. I would drive for a month or two and the car would scare me so bad, I would take the car back in because the problem was not fixed.I drove for Lyft, so it wasnt just me at risk. My passengers were at risk as well. Over next year my car would be looked at and they would fix a part or so they said and give me my car back. I would drive it and find it was still not be fixed. Everytime they kept my car 1-3 weeks, but still failed to fix the issue. Every week they kept it, it cost me $400-$700 a week in income, my car was in the shop 13 weeks over the course of a year and half of ownership. When I did have it I couldnt drive it past 10 am or until the sun went down, costing my income even when the car was in my possession. My bills kept coming and I had no money to pay them, because my car was in the shop so much or messing up. I finally had a passenger in my car that said it was either the fuel pump or fuel injectors. But it only shows up when it was 85degrees or hotter ( Tucson is hot how many months in a year) When I went in to ask them to check the problem out they basically told me, if it wasnt registering on the dash and unless a light came on saying there was a problem, they wouldnt look at my car anymore. I drove my car all day and when it started doing the problem, I took it to the Hyundai auto shop, they said they were short staffed and no one was available to ride with me and feel what the car was doing. The final blow that made me realize they didnt care.My credit is destroyed, my bills are so far behind, I had to turn my car in to be repossessed. I went to Hyundai the company to ask the to get me a different car back when I had to taken it in for the 3rd time. They refused to help me, not even when I asked about lemon law. The company fixed a different thing every time so it wasnt considered a lemon. But every time I took it in, it was for the same problem. I at that point had no money for a lawyer so bottom line, I got messed over by the Hyundai company and they do not care. DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI EVER!!!
Went to 2 different dealerships this morning for an oil change, both of them have an express lane/quick lube lane and was turned away because the had to many cars if front of me.The whole point of this is to be able to show up with out an appointment and get an oil change in a resonable amount of time. If you cant facilitate these kinds of services then please dont advertise as such.
Arrived at customer service for a Maintenance for life servicing of my truck. There wasnt a single vehicle in line for the entire 15+ minutes I was there, but they refused to service my vehicle since I had no appointment. I explained that my work schedule makes it difficult to schedule something two weeks in advance, but they still refused service. Very disappointed and not what I paid for in the MFL package (which is actually added into the cost of the vehicle, despite being advertised as free).Next available date was three weeks later.
I will NEVER buy another car from Jim Click ever again. This was our second car we bought from them, first one no issues at all. We bought our newest one from Jose Cortez. He asked us what we were looking for and we told him an SUV or Crossover and it has to have BlueTooth because of the new hands free law. Of course he shows us the highest model they have which was a little out of our price range. He than brings over another model which was. Before we even get into the car my wife asked if this has BlueTooth he said yes all new cars should have bluetooth. On the test drive i asked him again and he said the same thing. The next day I go to the car to set it up and it does not have it. So I try to call Jose and he wont answer his phone. I then speak with Rocky P the sales manager. He apologized and said that they would fix it free of charge. He stated he ordered the new one and to come in to have installed. My wife goes in and we have to deal with Jose again. He begins to be rude to my wife saying maybe if we paid more attention and werent so focused on our payment this wouldnt of happened. Basically calling us liars. So they take my wifes car and say this wont take long. They tape an AM transmitter to the dash and now we have this transmitter that keeps falling off and wires all over our counsel. Needless to say we were not happy. We spent $27,000.00 expecting to have a bluetooth radio and now we have this ugly looking thing on our brand new car. I have made several phone calls to the Sales Manager Rocky and now no one will call me back. We will NEVER buy a car from them again
Best dealership I have been to. Friendly staff.
Service department is horrible. Multiple unanswered phone calls and messages left. No resolution to open warranty claim, cannot even get in touch with service manager.
But your vehicle here!!!
Couldnt even get any service advisors on the phone. I go to my former mechanic and then take it to a detail place. 100 buck. I am SICK of these rip off dealerships.
Great Service Manager
Its a dealership, with all the good and bad that youd expect
I wasted my day went downtown to buy a new vehicle and found it the salesman told me I could get it and waited to get approved came back and told I could but payments were about $200 more than what I am paying on my vehicle .I am very disappointed with your salesman and the dealership.
Come buy a car from me
Place is great
Ok.
