Great experience at Watson this past Saturday! We went to test drive a new LT Trail Boss, and with one left on the lot, we pulled the trigger! Our sales associate Matthew was great, super friendly and answered all of our questions. Him and our sales manager Jim went out of their way to make our purchase happen and we couldn’t be more grateful. Top it off with the awesome finance manager Jeremy, the process was quick, easy, and they had us on the road in no time. This was my first Chevy purchase and definitely won’t be my last.

I got rear ended on Grant Rd. The other driver had Geico insurance. Geico shared Watson Chevrolet was a Rapid Express body shop. I went to Watsons body, 30 minutes later drove out with a free rental from Enterprise. One week later I picked up my car. I was blown away. They not only did a perfect repair, they also detailed my car inside and out. I felt like I got a new car. GO WATSON, and Geico and Enterprise. Dont hesitate if you find yourself needing a body shop.

Wife and I Went in to look at a new Tahoe. They Told us it was going to be only offered at MSRP (due to today’s lack of new vehicles). Ok, No problem. We went in to look at the numbers and turns out they added $5k to the MSRP. When we asked why, they said because they feel they can. Then gave us a very low value on our trade. We told them no thank you and asked for our keys back (we had given them to them to get a trade in value). Salesman asked us if he could give it another try, we said ok, he came back w slightly more on our trade, but said there wasn’t anything they could do w the $5k. Told them no thank you (feeling insulted at this point), asked for our keys back again, salesman wanted us to talk to the manager. We did (need to get our keys back), we’re then told they would take the $5k off the sales price. NO THANK YOU! Beware, they are taking full advantage of the lack of inventory.

I would stay away. The price they list online is not the price they have once you arrive. Not surprisingly it is more. Jacked up with overpriced dealer add ons. Sales rep Chavez said I should be happy to pay more because this is how I make a living . Wife has had trouble with their service department as well. There are better dealers, sales people, and prices out there.

Got a new Z71 Tahoe here and when everywhere else is charging stupid money right now, Watson was selling for MSRP. A fair price in a weird market was a rare find so I drove from Vegas and it was a smooth fast process. No messing around on trade in value which they agreed to remotely and with pictures. My sister just purchased a new vehicle through Watson and was very pleased with her experience. Hector Leon, her sales consultant, was very personable and extremely helpful. I went in there skeptical about finding a good deal for a trade in and purchasing a truck for myself. I met with Ash and i knew right off the bat he was the rift person to speak to, he was very helpful with anything i needed, whether it was for the trade in or my new truck. Anything i asked for he did it. He also promised me certain things on the new truck i purchased and he kept his word. 10/10 experience for me with Ash here at Watson. I highly recommend going here. I got the best value for my trade in and a great deal on my new truck.

It absolutely blows my mind that this place has 4 stars. Last Dec after a diagnostics test I was sent home with nothing wrong with my car and literally on the drive home, my clutch went out. A week later I pick up my car and again, literally as Im driving home, my clutch cable snaps. Now here we are, 7 months later, my cable snapped again, and I need a new clutch. I have been calling my service advisor since Tuesday, and NO ONE has called me back. Screw this place.

I took my car in for an electrical problem and an oil change. The service tech called and said because I had an after market radio and alternator my car was too highly modified and they could not fix it. When I picked it up and went straight home... I discovered on the drive home it was down a 1/4 of a tank and minus my 30 miles to get home they had driven it over 20 miles. I actually saw my car go by as I was walking down the street. And who ever was driving it was hot roding down the street. When I opened the hood when I got home the battery hot cable was loose and had not been tightened. Pitiful waste of time and now I have to find a real mechanic who can figure out what is wrong with it. Do yourself a favor... Take your car someplace else.

I am a DIYer and have never been to a dealer for service but needed a recall performed and a diagnostic for a dealer required electrical issue on my Corvette. Edmond performed the work and he was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and made me feel secure with my baby in his hands. While waiting, I decided to inquire about new Corvettes and was very happy to hear that Watson was fair in their pricing and wait list management, which is not the case with all Chevy dealers. I also had the pleasure of talking with Tish, the Business Development Manager. She showed me some amazing trucks, took the time to ensure every question I had got an answer, and is just an incredible person to talk to. I would not hesitate to see her if I were in the market for a new vehicle. I cannot comment on the pricing/value of the dealership service since Ive never paid one before today but I can rate the people, and the people here are great!

Bad customer service all the way around. Wont ever purchase a vehicle from here again. Plus, even when you have an appointment to get your vehicle service, they forget about you and it takes hours for an oil change or whatever it is you need.

As I was picking up a truck they said would be ready at 1, we had to wait an hour in an office and by then still wasnt ready. Also had trouble getting papers to say they would fix a dent that was in it. Over all hated what had happened and wont be going back.

It was good....got credit ran even after I told them not to only for estimated payment

I purchased a used Colorado still under warranty and took it here for minor fixes like loose squeaking rear seats, loose hood and other minor annoyances. I was always given an excuse as to why they had to charge me for the service and they almost never fixed it. Told me wires from an old sub were under the seat and causing the problems and charged me. Guess what theres still wires there and the seats are still loose and squeaky. Not really sure they even did anything most of the time. But they almost always charged me. Service guy was always condescending about my truck being dirty. This would be a one star review but they did fix the tailgate under warranty.

Me and my brother and mom went here today I was gonna buy my 1st car and we ran into ash he was an amazing salesman he helped us right away and was running around trying to find a car in are budget he didnt give up at all and found a very nice car and for low if you ever go here ask for ASH he is an amazing salesman and will find you your right car.

Made an appointment to purchase a vehicle, received an appointment reminder 45 min prior to the time scheduled. Got out of work and drove over an hour there only to be told the vehicle was already sold, I didnt even get a courtesy call not to show up anymore. I will be writing to corporate, I wasted time, money, gas and a day of work. This will not end here I promise.

How to get a oil pan gasket for my 2003 Chevy Tahoe gratefully I figured if I got it from the dealer it would probably be a lot stronger than whatever I can find a AutoZone people are nice that is pretty cool little store in there I got some good sent bombs for my vehicles employees were respectful help me with what I needed and I give them a good rating if you have a Chevy you should buy your parts from the dealership theyre made for your car

How ridiculous. I call Monday to schedule a service appointment because my driver door automatic lock wont work. I even said on the phone while making the appointment, Seems like its a bad actuator. Its a 2018 tahoe with 28k miles still under warranty. So I schedule my appointment for Thursday and clear my schedule to take it down. Apparently they dont loan out courtesy vehicles, so I have to inconvenience someone to come pick me up. I get a call 3 hours later that they dont have any door actuators and that they ordered one and Ill have to reschedule a day to bring it in again. What a joke. Just received a call from Jesse he waived my oil change fee. I appreciate that
