I came in to exchange some shoes I bought a while back. I live in Phoenix and the employees at the champs over there are rude they wouldn’t exchange them asked a million questions. Lily and (I didn’t get the kids name) her employee gave above and beyond service. Very polite apologized for the wait. Tucson park place mall champs mall thank you I have never ever had such great amazing service.

I am looking for NBA jerseys I was looking no one helped I have to look for one off the salesman how is standing doing nothing.I did ask him do you have NBA jerseys he points to some jerseys.the store only have about 5 jerseys.I did not find what I am looking for.

Bought socks there and vendor forgot to take the seal off. Had to take an uber there again and back ($30...) and even manager wouldnt do something about it. Sad I had to pay $60 total for socks and didnt get a discount or anything. Make sure all seals are off before you leave.

No cust serv employees would rather stand around and curse. when asked for help they point instead of leading u to the item and when u complain to management she calls u rude. Im not rude I jst want a little better experience when I go there. I wouldnt complain if I didnt want to come back, but as it stands now I will have to shop somewhere else...
