5621 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711Came to this location to eat. We got out of the car and 4 people where sitting in lawn chairs relaxing. We got to the door and there was a note saying the lobby was closed and use the drive thru. As we got back to the car the people out back laughed at us for trying to go inside. ( mine you they never told us it was closed as they seen us walking up to the door to begin with) we decided to go to dunkin donuts instead. Not happy

I was driving past and saw the hot light was on so I decided to stop and grab a hot dozen. They took my order and I went to the window and paid for my order. Once I got home I decided I wanted to have a fresh doughnut. I opened the box and picked one out. It didn’t feel fresh. So I took a bite to confirm. Nope definitely not a fresh batch. If you have the hot light on that means I should have gotten a fresh batch not the left overs from earlier today. It wasn’t even the assortment I had said to the kid. Very disappointed and probably won’t be going back. I don’t eat much junk food anyway just wanted a little treat me and my son but that was a huge failure. If I do go back I will definitely be checking for freshness everytime like we have to do at McDonald’s 🙄🙄.

Would give a ZERO STARS RATING if only I could...Customer service is non-existent here but employees are beyond rude and very slow to do a simple job.False advertising via employees in the middle of a busy street on a Saturday morning almost was and could have been responsible for accidents and WAS responsible for slight traffic jams...I have permanently banned myself from all locations of this business.

Fast, friendly, fresh and tasty. Sorry that I cant leave much more here; it was a quick trip through the drive thru to purchase a dozen assorted basic donuts. Id expect any donut shop to nail the food part, so really this is more about the quality of service. Easily 5 out of 5, thank you.

We always love Krispy Kreme donuts.. we got the red white and blue today omg anything from here is delicious...especially if you go when they are just being baked and still warm... if youve never tried them fresh from the oven.... its like heaven with glaze on top 😇

Only Krispy in southern AZ. Far better than Dunkin in terms of doughnut quality. Only issue is far too often they are out of the special seasonal doughnuts.

I rarely place reviews unless it’s something about an establishment that I feel should be shared.. Good or Bad.. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts have really delicious products but this specific location is a complete joke. Every time I’ve been in the area and decided to stop by it’s always been such a lousy experience.. One time I pulled up to the drive through and almost drove away because of how abandoned it looked.. (no exaggeration) all I can say is if you feel like having you some Krispy Kreme just go to a different location..Wow.. I just saw that there is only one location in Tucson so that’s pretty sad if the one and only location they DO have is that bad/:We need to pray for them.

I give the donuts these stars! They are so sweet and tasty. Love the chocolate topped with kreme filling the best. If you dont mind the staff rolling their eyes at you, being rude and answering questions in short tones, along with acting like you are irritating them then I say get a donut from here.

I’ve been here twice in the past year. First time was to get a dozen hot glazed donuts. They said their glazed machine was down. I left.Gave them a second chance today. Ordered an assorted donut batch. Since their actual lobby is still closed, you’re ordering off a menu in the drive through. I tried ordering chocolate cake donuts. “Sorry they’re not available.” I tried ordering Apple fritters. “Sorry they’re not available.” I tried ordering the cinnamon sugar donuts. “Sorry they’re not available.”Whoever manages this location on Broadway needs to get a clue because people come and expect to be able to eat the things on the menu. Will be frequenting Dunkin Donuts from now on.

I love that you can actually watch the process of donuts being made, it is so cool! Staff members are very polite and helpful. The best part- a free glazed donut for getting vaccinated! I love that Krispy Kreme is encouraging community members to get vaccinated, what a tremendous, generous gift to give. Thank you for being amazing Krispy Kreme!

Business hours displays open at 5:30 am. This is not the case. Waited 40 mins to be told sorry we are closed till 7am. I explained I had called yesterday to confirm what their hours of operation are due to surprising my 8yr old for his birthday. Well it didn’t happen as he needs to leave for school at 7. Disappointingly I don’t think we will go back due to how the reaction of how this went downhill

While my most delicious raspberry fill donut was perfection. The drive through was a mess. after waiting in line outside without moving. Watching a line inside come and go completely. I went inside and was done before i would the have been helped in the drive thou. It was 6:45 pm

Went there after work (6:25 PM) and very little to chose from. Went through the drive thru.

Krispy Kreme will give you a free glazed donut everyday in 2021, when you present your Covid-19 vaccination card. You can get the free donut even if you only have the first dose.Besides that...It feels under staffed. I always go inside and have not used their drive thru which is usually 5 cars deep. Inside, they are normally empty but when there is a queue customers are assisted one at a time.This normally wouldnt be an issue, but getting someone or, god forbid, a group of people to select a dozen donuts in a reasonable period of time is like pulling teeth.There are only so many kinds of donuts. It is not a college decision. Pick something and move on, people.(Aside: Back in January of 2021, I did experience a heavy sewage smell throughout the store and avoided it for a month. Since returning to the store, I have not experienced such an issue again.)

I came to this location during the holiday season and I went inside so they are open for in dining. they also have a drive-thru if you want to go that route. The inside was clean and well kept look like they were disinfecting and cleaning in between customers I did see cleaning supplies. the guy that helped us was very friendly we decided on getting a dozen of the holiday decorated donuts which were so cute and great for kids. Those donuts were also very delicious. Other than that I would recommend this place because it was fast service and it was kind of dead so its not busy at all. I had a coffee but it was just okay I think Ive had coffee at other places that are better. but its always fun to come here and have a donut in a little coffee and chitchat with somebody especially when youre the only customers in there I felt safe and I think this place is doing a good job at keeping everything clean inside. When I was there the bathrooms were open for customers FYI but that could change.

I went to this Krispy Kreme today to get 2 boxes of different kinds of donuts 🍩 when I walked in there was not even a welcome. They had three people working inside not one said hi or I’ll be right with you, to me or the lady behind me. I did not know how it all worked as I had never been there . So I asked her some questions and she gave me dirty faces as if my questions were bothering her. What ever happened to customer service? It was obvious that she was bothered and in return my vanilla iced coffee turned into a regular coffee. The donuts were amazing but there service is horrible I feel no good vibes coming from this place. I will never go back and if they keep this level of service up they will go out of business again like they did before in Tucson!!!! Pretty simple business advice... be nice to your customers!

Fantastic place. Ordered online and picked up at the designated time. Donuts were hot and delicious. Service was really quick, nice and knowledgeable!

I used to love this place, but the last couple of times weve gone, theyve had trouble getting my order right in the drive through and they have trouble redeeming mobile coupons. It shouldnt be hard to scan an email code, but none of the employees seem to know about the promotions offered through email.

Krispy Kreme is always a delicious treat and a local player! For seniors they gave each senior an entire dozen of assorted donuts for free and they give u a free glazed every day with your vaccination card, not to mention they have some bomb donuts!

If I wanted cold donuts, I would’ve stopped by the super market. First time I visited Krispy Kreme in a long time. Bit of a let down since I remember when you could get them fresh off the line while they’re still soft and warm.

On 4-3-21, my wife and daughter went through the #7770 Krispy Kreme drive-through, bought 4 dozen doughnuts, spent$54.72.Of those 4 dozen, 3 dozen were these tiny little donuts only 2/3 the size compared to what we expected!It seems that they took advantage of the fact she went through the drive-through to get rid of those 2/3 size donuts, and would be 2 hours away by the con was discovered.Krispy Kreme has always been something we looked forward to when we got to Tucson.But spending $54 for $36 worth of donuts, just isnt worth it.

I love this place. I prefer going at night 30mins before they close because they are so nice and have the most costumer service experience. Every time I go in the morning or mid afternoon I never get fresh donut like I do during the night.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Krispy Kreme donuts. But I just picked two dozen of the Mars edition donuts, they look nothing like the pictures online and in the news. They look like plain donuts that someone high drizzled caramel and cookie bits on. Extremely disappointing. My recommendation is to stick with the typical donuts they can’t screw up. I gave the other dozen to my neighbors 😝 we tried them and they’re ... ok not great, not terrible. Just ugly and messy donuts that they Advertised wrong or executed wrong. Won’t make this mistake twice. Sticking with glazed lol

Can I give zero stars? The donuts themselves are delicious but dealing with this restaurant has been the worst! I ordered donuts for delivery and placed my order through the website online. I get my order through DoorDash. There is only 1 box of donuts when I ordered 2. DoorDash says that they were told my order was in the box and they couldnt open it (taped shut). I tried contacting Krispy Kreme. This happened on May 27th. I have not heard anything from them. I have tried every avenue I can other than showing up over there (which from reading the other reviews, it sounds like that wont work either!). I contacted DoorDash and they said that if I had ordered directly through DoorDash, then they could refund me the money. So, Im out the $14 box of donuts and here I am a month later with no resolution. It also seems like the owner of the Broadway store does not care as none of the reviews have been responded to. I wish there was a way to yell at them and explain my displeasure with them. I will NEVER do business with this Krispy Kreme again. I will also find out if they own any other stores and not patronize those either.

Don’t rely on getting any kind of coffee here. They’re regularly out of milk, espresso beans, etc. and don’t put out signs to indicate that before you’re already ordering. If you want coffee with your donuts, be ready to go somewhere else.
