Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service by the manager. Double paid on my purchase, manager was eager to take my payment even after i showed her my bank had paid for my initial purchase and I couldnt return the items so I had no option but to pay again... Will not return to this business again.

I recently bought their new Sailor Moon water bottle and was very excited. It was pricy but worth it. Literally anything that rubs against it will make the characters come off. For the price I didnt expect that to happen. Very dissatisfied, I wished I could have enjoyed it more before it looked like a mess.

The hours are wrong on the web. They open at 11am wastw of 45 minutes of my time due to the errors

People were very nice and helpful! The store is filled with so many show movies and iconic brands. Lots of good deals for the holidays.

It is an amazing store with a wide variety of Funko pops and other cool Nick nacks ( much bigger and better than hot topic)

Overall an awesome store that just opened up at Park Place Mall. Contains a variety of items including shirts, purses, socks, wallets, pins, Funko Pops!, backpacks, and anime goodies for shows like Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and My Hero Academia. The store also has a price match guarantee.
