I love insomnia cookies, my favorite of cookie places from our travels. I just wish they would be consistent with how soft/crunchy they baked them. From one cookie to the next sometimes they are nice and chewy, or unpleasantly hard (which also affects the taste). They used to always be chewy, but weve been twice this week and lots of variation in this respect.
I initially didnt have a good experience, and not because of the cookies themselves, but because of lack of customer service and issues with curbside pick-up. After answering survey questions online, I was contacted and given a gift card and my order was refunded completely. Very happy now with the business side of the company and their actions to reverse a negative experience.
Delayed baking. Followed by (so far) 35 minutes of driver out when I live two city blocks away. I got hung up on when trying to callUpdate: two hours after order received I get it, and the ice cream is wrong/doesnt match the receipt. Color me impressedUpdate 2: They sent some promo code and delivered the appropriate ice cream. Kudos for damage control.
Amazing Customer Service, Care and Speediness! Even though my order got mixed up upon delivery they promptly fixed it and returned with even more cookies. Made my sons 18th Bday Extra Special. Very happy I found his place makes my time away from the kids over here in Italy a lot less sad knowing I can send them something sweet to perk their moods anytime while they are in college ♥️
Great cookies and service, even at night on the weekends when its busy as heck. The kids running this place really know how to make you have a great day or night. Dont forget to try the homemade ice cream sandwiches, absolutely amazing to share with your special someone!
Not impressed.When you sell ice cream, You need to have the option on having it served in a bowl or cone. Didnt have either, only a plate?Cookie tasted like any other store brand rigid cookie. Ice cream (vanilla) was nothing authentic to rave about.

I really enjoyed Insomnia Cookie...I was really looking for an actual ice cream shop but this was the only one open after 10pm. Like many others have said this is just an average tasting cookie and ice cream. The triple chocolate cookie satisfied my craving and I topped it with a scoop of mint chocolate chip.The store was clean and service was excellent. The ice cream has a limited selection but several great choices. You can just get the cookie, ice cream in a cone or cup, milk shakes, or ice cream wedged between two cookies. They also have a small selection of toppings and of course milk. They also have some pre made cookies in different sizes with funny sayings. Also didnt realize this is a chain, I just ran into one in Chicago.
I would to love to say i like this place because of its amazing cookie reputation but unfortunately my first impression was soiled by the rude and under qualified staff employed here. The cashier in the front is either mentally inapt to do a service industry position or needs to stop smoking so much. She had the attitude as if how dare we have the audacity to be there(an hour before close) It took 4 people to fully understand and process an order of an ice cream sandwich, 6 cookies and a pack of minis all the while nonchalantly rolling the cashier rolling her eyes and telling us to hold up after every word we said. She didnt smile once and we had to remind them for our other minis they were baking. She was on the phone and completely forgot the cookies they baked FOR US. Every step of the process was so complicated and difficult it seemed for them n it made me feel bad for even coming in the shop. We were the only people in there and sadly it was obvious to say they were incompetent to understanding what customer service means or maybe even doing the simple qualifications of the job. Train your staff or get a new one
Staff was rude the minute we walked in. The cashier was extremely rude & tried to rush our order making it very obvious that she had to clock out when there were plenty of other workers in the back just sitting doing nothing. Would NOT recommend giving them your business!!
Love the option the make ice cream sandwiches. Double chocolate chunk is my favorite along with the macadamia cookie.
Staff was a little snooty but the sugar cookie was good. We threw away the rest. We visited from Mesa and wanted to end the day trip with a good sweet place. This didnt hit the spot.

The service was great, but my boyfriend and I both ordered the mint chocolate chip ice cream and promptly threw up afterwards. Im not sure what was wrong with it but it made our night significantly less fun.
Tried to call to ask if they had smores cookies because the website wasnt letting me order them - got directed to a call center. Was then put on hold for 15 minutes and then told that the call center emoloy was trying to call the store. Like why couldnt I just call the store lmao, what is the purpose of a call center if their solution is to turn around and call the store. Screw it, Im baking cookies at home.

So delicious!! Two got ice cream sandwiches, so yummy. Other two got warm cookies, loved them!! Great service too. We found parking down the street and enjoyed a nice stroll downtown.
The cookies are fantastic, especially the salted caramel! I was disappointed because I went there at 10pm and there wasnt any ice cream. I plan on returning next weekend so maybe if they have some good ice cream to go with their cookies they can earn that last star.
Ordered 12 cookies got 10 . Told them about it and i had to fight them just for one cookie. Still messed up my order. Never going back....
Cookies are fantastic, service is good, and prices are decent. The reason for three stars is that I’m just outside the delivery range for insomnia to deliver directly, and so I need to order through UberEats. This would be fine if Insomnia didn’t have UberEats turned off most of the time. I would order more if they would take my order. Three stars until problem is fixed.
These hours are wrong they do not deliver this late anymore and it wont let me edit them, it is specific to the owner or whoever manages the listing. This is irresponsible of the business owners and the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. otherwise they are excellentcookies they sell so change your hours so I can give you the rating you deserve on this app!!! Because jeez it is misleading as ever with the delivery hours of operation listed on here(just like this review)...super disappointed😢

This place has the best cookies. They are full of flavor, soft, chewy and holy frikin cow are they good. In the oatmeal raisin cookies, you can taste a hint of cinnamon and they are not chalked full of raisins, just the right amount. The snickerdoodles are flat out awesome. I never had a red velvet cookie but it was really good as well. This place is every fat kids dream and the dream was one of the best.

I did not expect much from a chain cookie place but WOW. I got a salted caramel and a snickerdoodle and they were both warm and soft and delicious. I for sure will be coming back.

The staff never greeted my family, but instead staired at us silently through the whole process of ordering. It was odd and a family member asked: did we do something to upset them?Also insomnia, there were 15 people sitting at the benches and NONE of them had ice cream products. They all were just hanging out, scrolling on their phones. My family and the group who ordered after us, all had to leave to find seating. As paying customers, it would be nice to not have to walk back to my car to sit down and enjoy your products. This feeling would be completely different if they too had desserts, but literally zero of them had anything.The cookies and ice cream were served promptly, and tasted good. Service and seating sucked, so I hope you can work on those attributes.

I have tried to place an order multiple days and have been kept on hold with NO ONE ever picking up!! If they are closed due to COVID it would be REALLY helpful if they stated it in a phone message. VERY frustrating!!
Ordered online for a local address that was just outside the delivery area. The order was shipped from Texas to Tucson. I am told it will arrive in 3-5 days. Can’t imagine that getting rid of their trucks is actually reducing carbon footprint under this kind of alternative.Don’t know if the cookies are any good as they were a (now belated) birthday gift.The support chat was responsive but wasn’t able to resolve anything.
My kids say you wont find better cookies than Insomnia Cookies and Im inclined to agree. The new blueberry pancake and birthday cake cookies are to die for! I only wish they had parking but its downtown. What can you do?

Tonight was my first time trying these cookies and I have to say that they are nothing special. Simply put, they are just average cookies that are served for the most part... Warm. I can tell you that they didnt taste fresh or amazing. They were just warm. Which most people like so it was good, but not so good that Id have to go back again. Also, something that caught me off guard and was a little disturbing to me was that after I placed my order and paid, the cashier then bent over, and pulled out my cookies from what looked like a mini fridge in the floor! Turns out it was the cookie warmer. Kinda grossed me out. Its was too close to the ground and Im thinking, to myself, how can dust and greens from the guys shoes not automatically get brushed into this cookie warmer as soon as that warmer door opens! Gross. Overall, I was a bit disappointed for the simple fact that the cookies were not fresh and treated pretty average. The prices were not outrageous like I had anticipated, but they werent cheap either. Would I go back? Eh... Maybe. Would I recommend? Eh... Try it once!

First time customers. Stopped in after dinner a couple blocks away so walked & didnt have to deal with parking as none there. The person who waited on us appeared to be bothered by us as customers. We had questions because our first time & she was not very helpful with answers. We were the only ones in the store, so its not like they were busy. Cookies are good but very overpriced. Doubtful well be return customers.
I never write reviews and I mean never, but here we go. I ordered a pack of 6 cookies which should be pretty simple to prepare. After waiting 2 hours, only 4 were delivered for me. On top of all of this, the 4 cookies were cold and hard like they were sitting out. Usually this wouldn’t be a big deal but the fact that it was $15.00 for 6 cookies, I need what I paid for. I asked them to re-deliver my cookies (the place is less than a mile away from me) and they decided they wanted to take another hour and a half, at this point is 2:30 am l, so I told them forget it and went to bed. HR will be hearing about the horrible service.
These cookies were amazing. Had them delivered at 9PM and they were WARM and delicious. Definitely recommend the smores.

Their cookies are amazing especially when they are warm and fresh. In fact, I have never got it not fresh. They are a bit pricey but worth trying it. I gave them 4 stars because it is difficult to find parking to buy from them as they are located in downtown.
Prices are pretty insane, spent 20 dollars on two cookie sandwiches, but its definitely worth it, make sure bring water or milk because it dries out your mouth really bad
Love this place. The cookiewhiches are awesome. Cookies are slightly warm and it softens more then melts the ice cream. Also as the name suggests they are open late.

Went in with my family on a Sunday evening after dinner and was appalled with Stephanie’s lack of simple people’s Skills. We walked in and were not greeted, she instead looked at us and walked to the back room for about 4 minutes. She finally came out and still did not greet us nor say a word for that matter. When she finally took our order it was wrong, didn’t give us a receipt originally and not once thanked us. The cookies are amazing but not worth the awful experience. I rather spend my hard earned money where I am valued as a customer and simply acknowledged as a human being. Very disappointing.

I got 12 cookies (all of the original flavors minus the peanut butter cup) and I did not like most of them.
They dont wear name tags so I have no idea what the unfriendly caucasian girls names were that served us without a smile. Walking in was the feeling of being late to a funeral and the employees looked at me like I was the mistress of the happily married corpse. I was welcomed with a cold, dead stare and What can I get for you? Being that its tourist season due to the Gem Show, seeing the excitement of my friend and I, and hearing the oohs and ahhs shouldve been an indication that we might want/need assistance or some sort of information/introduction. We were prodded to get our order, with a, depressing monotone, is that everything? After each item ordered. $50 later we thanked the lady with the personality of a shoebox to no response whatsoever. (Side note to the girl at the register: you wont end up alone on vday if you do exactly the opposite of this) Ill just bake cookies next time... The cookies arent that good and they only had 1 vegan option...

I called the number listed on here and apparently it’s their call center and they said they would be open at 3:45am because they close at 4 and all I wanted was a cookie sandwich. Well when we got there we walked in and the guy said “We’re closed man”. This is so irritating.
