I came in last week to this fine establishment to make a few copies for school.. The employees were extremely helpful with everything and kind.. they went above and beyond my expectations I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that they truly deserved one and then I happened to notice this awful review about them requiring vaccine or mask mandate.. I fully support everyone being vaccinated and wearing a mask but no where in the establishment did they have that type of mandate and were not enforcing or kicking anyone out for not wearing one I just feel like I need to point this out because I would recommend all my friends and colleagues to come here and don’t want anyone to feel unwelcome

I placed an online order to get a poster printed here. Ive gotten plenty of prints from larger companies like Officemax and Vistaprint but wanted to try and support a local business and after reading all the good reviews for here, decided to try it out. The turnaround was quick and cost was low, but I unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of the poster I received. It was very flimsy paper that pretty quickly and easily got marks from being bent, and was not at all the sturdy quality I had hoped for in a poster or that I have gotten from other printing companies in the past. I also wish the website actually had previewing tools or that I could have been sent a preview/proof beforehand, as there wasnt any and the final product had a much bigger bleed area than I expected. So unfortunately, I dont think Ill be getting prints here again.

This place is AWESOME!!! Stop going to overpriced Kinkos/FEDEX for your copy and computer needs. I used the computer for an hour AND made 133 black and white copies all for $11 bucks!!! Id spend that much just BREATHING on a Kinkos computer. The staff there is super friendly and helpful; never make you feel stupid with computer and/or copy machine questions. Action Imaging is fantastic. We just started business in 2015 and were hesitant to sign a lease for a copy machine so soon without knowing where the business was going. I really appreciate the competence,service and patience with me as my creative juices get worked up on a marketing campaign that requires a printing project for my business. Small batch, full color, photo quality, or black and white is fine here. They can handle larger batches as well. I was pleasantly surprised when a small full color print project with cardstock and laminated indoor signs with gromented hangars was much less than expected. No need to order through the large online places. I am guessing it may be more expensive when a want to order 2000 business cards but getting these tasks done with people I like at a place that flows with good old customer service is more valuable to me than I knew.

Fast & Quick this time

Been using this place since it opened and today they lost me as a customer I used a computer to print out from a flash drive 6 black and white pieces of paper they tried to charge me $1.28 for the privilege of printing out from a flash drive. So he dropped the cost to 38 cents when I pointed out I used the computer to print out only! so many years I have been a customer here as well! Good Bye and it looks like staples or office depot are much more cost effective from now forward so much for supporting local businesses!

Super helpful and economical. Lots of machines and for copies, what more do you need? I also like the work tables in the middle of the space for getting organized etc. If you need a lot of copies, this is a great place to get them done.

I was promised a refund for a mistake they made and when I returned a half hour later, I believe his name was George, he refused to give it to me. He lost my future business and Ive never written a comment before, by have now.
