So the only reason Im leaving a 5 star review is because an employee named Angel (who works in the Auto/Tire department) was straight up and very knowledgeable when I called in asking about getting 2 tires put onto my 3 piece wheels. Not a lot of shops in town work on 3 piece wheels and he knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to help me find a solution so thanks Angel!

Got in & out quickly you only need one item. Found the sales associate who was able to help me find exactly what I needed and I was out in less than 5 minutes

Walmart is one.of the best places.for selection from home, children, pets, food, auto, etc. Nice selection of products, hope it stays that way. Staff is always friendly, helpful, courteous. Thank you to Walmart Staff Management!!

As soon as I pulled into the Auto Center for an oil change the courteous and neatly attired attendant got the work started. I then asked for an estimate on the time the work would take. He politely replied that it would be no more than 90 minutes. I then went into the cool store and shopped for a few items and ate a light lunch at the Subway hoagie shop. Before I had finished the sub...the oil change was completed in a professional manner. Ive been going there for my last 5 or 6 oil changes. Im going to continue to be a customer as the service and courteous, professional demeanor of the employees, is second to none. In closing...the price is extremely competitive. 😊

Always has 100s if not 1,000s of pallets stacked in the middle of the aisle to the point you have to travel half the store to find a place you can fit your cart though. Only ever have one regular check out lane open and the self-checkouts hardly ever accept cash This is all based on the last hundred times Ive been there. Leadership/skilled management seems to be missing here but then again its Walmart

Excellent service and quality at this store. Im disabled so its important when I need assistance that I can get it due to my fall risk. The staff is very friendly and helpful which was nice, they didnt seem to mind assisting me with anything that I needed. Sometimes when its busy, you can tell when someone doesnt want to really help you, that wasnt the case at all, it was very refreshing. No matter how much pain Im in I try to do things for myself, I rely dont like to bother anyone at all if I can help it. I really miss the days I could be In and out of the store in an hour, or less. Having bought everything for the entire household for the month.Now I pray to be in and out quick as possible & hope bare necessities are close in proximity. Most of my shopping is done online & shipped to home.

Jeff! A real professional!I usually dont visit this location but I was only way home from work and needed supplies. I stopped and decided to check to see if they had my moms favorite tea Milos since I havent seen any on the shelves at any of the locations Ive been to lately. Well I saw that there were no gallons and was on my way out when I saw a lady who had THE LAST ONE. She asked Jeff if they had anymore and he told her he didnt think so, apologized for the inconvenience and asked her if she would like him to check in the back. She politely declined. I jokingly told Jeff not to apologize to her because she got the last one and I had none. I thought I was being funny. This guy Jeff. Went out of his way to find me not one but 2 jugs of tea. And then he searched the store for me. He found me in the pet food isle. I was in utter disbelief. This man Jeff is a real credit to Wal-Mart. I would gladly shop here again because of his selfless act alone.

My personal favorite location in Tucson. They have something from every different category you could possibly think of. An added bonus that separates this location from the others is their clearance section. So be sure to check it out the next time you find yourself at this location.

Huge! Had everything we needed and more. We are camping and stopped in for a few supplies. We only saw maybe 1/3 of the store. Its huge!

I use the online shopping because I am compromised on my health.It does not matter if you have a 50$ or 400$ order. They come out and do a contactless pick up. I have never lost groceries or bags out of the back of my truck and they make sure not to put anything where it could be crushed.With the exception of eggs, they always try to hand them into the truck. We politely declined. And they make sure to place them where they do not get broken.I have been doing this for over a year between the two Walmart stores in my area. Sometimes one has more of what I need.The people who do the loading are polite offer their name. They are fast! You are in and out quickly.

I need a electric cart to do my shopping and they only had 2 at this location. They were in use, it was difficult to walk around the store to find what I needed. when I did find the locations what I wanted, they were sold out. The hardest part is this is a very busy location to on have 2 readily available electric cart. I guess I won’t be doing any shopping at this location

You know you just gotta love Walmart. However today when I was there it was very cluttered. Empty boxes in the aisles, the pull team was trying to get merchandise to the floor thus causing congestion and we are trying to get around them but sometimes you just want to give up, you ask for help finding an item and they point you in a direction (still havent found what I was looking for which is the chain for a hanging lamp). I then wanted to know about dry erase board cleaner. I found an employee in the area and asked where could it be? He said I dont know then another employee came up the aisle and the one asked the other if he knew the location. That employee said oh its in the next aisle. Then as he was turning around to leave he noticed it on the bottom shelf. I put it in my basket thanked them. It seems like youre on your own when trying to find an item but then you have the occasional employee who doesnt understand basic English. I asked this employee when are they going to be marking down the plants? He said oh the plant over there I said no when are they going to mark down the plants (they were almost dead) he looked at me dumbfounded I then said discount on plants he said you need to see manager. With so many clearance items I was just wondering. Anyway I still love my Walmart but to be so unorganized and messy on a Friday afternoon??

I dont normally write a review for products or services, however in this instance I felt compled to. Ordered a air mattress on line this morning, requested to be delivered to my residence, ininaltialy was scheduled for Friday, however soon after I received notice of Friday delivery not more than 20 minutes was advised that it would be delivered today by end of day, To my great surprise and delight was delivered less than an hour later. Great customer service and will definitely order more products in the near future. Hats off to a great company and major completion for Amazon¡!!!!!

Pretty decent Walmart, very well stocked, but not a fan of the arbitrary anti-homeless people bench lockups that theyve deployed. This cannot be because of the pandemic, the benches are not close enough to warrant it. Walmart is evil, but thats not news. Unfortunately they have generally the best prices so I keep giving them money. 🤷🏼‍♂️

This location has gone from bad to worse. Instead of fixing the leaking roofs, the coolers and freezers that keep going down, They waste money on a remodel that made a small store even smaller. Where they moved the pharmacy, it looks like they just nailed a box together!!! I wont step foot in this store again. I drive to Tucson (40 miles away) and go to the Walmart there. If I desperately need something, Im going to Safeway. If for some reason, I cant get what I need at Safeway, I send somebody else in Walmart. But only if I desperately need it.

Was ignored by some blonde employee with glasses who walked around where I was, as she was more preoccupied to find where two packages of candy went. I’d hope she was hard of hearing and not just ignoring me.I see so many employees on the floor, yet none can help check out overflowing lines? The store itself is so disorganized.

Its close to my house but I can also have the things I need delivered. I sometimes go on line to my store to find an item only to find out they dont have it, when the app. says I can get it there. Not that its sold out but that they never ordered the item or just never had it. Maybe it supply on demand, who knows, anyway its still a great store with great prices.

Wasnt crowded which was nice. I had interactions with 2 employees. The 1st was in the money center who was professional and courteous. Not friendly buts thats ok. 2nd was in self service checkout. I dont think he likes his job. I needed assistance with an item that wouldnt scan. He wouldnt respond to me speaking to him while he was helping. I was impressed by how many employees were stocking and cleaning the store.

I stopped for a few things this morning. The greeter at the door was very friendly and offer me a mask, just in case I didnt have my own, I thought that was very nice of him.

This place is the worst. I have had 2 panic attacks trying to just pick a frozen pizza and milk for my son. Waiting in line is fine but when every line in more than halfway through the clothing department everyday, all day then something is wrong. I have walked through the door seen the people waiting and just turned around and left. The Dollar Store didnt have the exact thing I needed but it will work.

Was shopping for my wife, who is a night nurse at TMC. When I left my cart for a minute, an employee took off with it. When I asked for help from 3 different employees I received no help. It took me a good hour to fill that cart.

Found multiple items in grocery that expired in 2020. Also, multiple items had mold growing on them. Today we found mold growing on a of the blue berries (7/24/21). Last week there was a jar of peppers that also had mold. Not going back there again.

Love this Wal-Mart and its only 4 minutes away.the store is always clean and the staff is so helpful..only frustration is they always do the stocking in the morning and the isles are full of boxes and you just cant get what you need..

Disappointing! I went there to purchase a simple inter tube repair kit for bicycle, and then get a few groceries as well. They have the kits inconveniently locked in class case (their value is only $10) that makes you have to search for employee to get the item out, then they make you have to wait for about an hour in line at the automotive counter to purchase this item. I could have gotten this kit faster on Amazon. But I ended up going to a bike shop to get the needed kit, and it was actually cheaper, and definitely faster.

If I had to recommend a Walmart here in Tucson this would be the one. There’s literally everything here that you could need or want. The only problem is the lack of staff. It could be I went on a day when they were understaffed. Even still they were courteous with me and my crazy screaming child.

Hated it 2 cashiers and self check out was 25 deep we left our purchases. Im not going to wait an half hour to check myself out.

Its not very friendly of a place even for Walmart standards. The cashiers are a little dimwitted and when I go through self checkout(which I normally do) I literally have every worker there watching me as though Im going to steal something because of how I look.. its annoying and embarrassing and I avoid this Walmart if I can.
