As Store manager at Big Bend Goodwill in Florida.. We had an Atari donation with all original games. I sent it to our shopgoodwill. I didnt get the win. Found another system at this location. And won. Got item a week later. Very pleased with it. Always supporting the cause.

Metro/Rec is a place that met me where I was and helped me build to where i want to be. Now Ive got my GED and am going into college this January. I have an apartment, and am working too! My favorite part is that I work with the community. But I also love how along the way I found a routine that works for me. I got mad love for my mentors.

Very disappointing experience dealing with online auction at this Goodwill, I won the bid for two paintings and now they can’t be found. Both these paintings had some monetary value, makes me wonder what is the point of bidding if your paid for items are “lost”.

If I knew how to contact you directly I would. Your store on Irvington is one of worst stores i have even seen. It was disgustingly dirty. Junk was tossed in this general merchandise and all pushed out in some nasty carts. Look, Ive been to goodwill stores in 37 states and have always enjoyed shopping at them. Ive always donated my good used items at goodwills. But would certainly not donate to any store in Tucson just because I wouldnt want to see things treated that way. Do something about that store because the one on 22nd was great.

Not a great experience. Bought two monitors and was told I could try them and if they were not working I could return them within a day to my card. Both monitors had large cracks in the lcd. When my partner went to the store to return them he was told they could only give store credit. They took my original receipts and now I have store credit I’ll never use. Terrible policy.

Shopped there yesterday, May30th. Store smelled and was dirty. Goodwill clothes usually arranged by colors for easy search. Not this store...Will not shop there again as customer from 1 year ago echoed my sentiments to which you replied you were working on this store. Here I am 1 year later voicing same concerns.Model store is on Bear Canyon Road!

The Speedway GW is so dirty its shameful. The sizes are completely mixed up and shirts and pants and coats are all jumbled together. The shoes are put out real dirty and when asked why such a terrible condition befell them I am told everyone quit. Well whats wrong with people who are supposed to care about outcomes and the dignity of the poor and hard working people that shop there? There is no excuse for this from managers and trainers, do something and fix this problem! Where are the leaders of Southern Az GW?
