I gave them my purse and shopping bags in order to go into the beauty supply area.She couldnt find it when I was checking out. They put items on top of itIntimidating because of all security issues. I realized high area for homelessness so alot of stealing must go on. Staff was nice

Theres no air flow in this store no ac just fans its Soo hott I felt rushed when I was shopping here because Im not used to the heat . Overall everything was kind of pricy but everyone has different definitions of expensive . They have a variety of things to buy so I liked that and when we checked out it just seemed like the cashier didnt want to be working there . Probably the head I felt sorry for her even tho she had a big fan directly on her

Great place to get odds and ends. All of the 99 cents stores are different but this one has just about everything from candles to woks.

I usually love coming to this store. It has some good prices. But not this time! I bought 18 items for 40$ I could’ve gone to dollar tree and got the same stuff for less than 30$. The store prices are took much and the quality is trash. I’m very disappointed. I don’t mind spending extra on local business but not triple the price for low quality stuff.

If you like younique and even have a paste for eccentric one of a kind, and a variety of things that no other place has Under One Roof this is your place. I have never been disappointed I have yet to not be intrigued and slightly surprised sometimes in regards to their inventory which changes so frequently that its never dull or boring or old. I recommend that you visit it

Not your average 99 store. Look around and explore a bit.

Two young men didnt greet me. I asked if they sold masks. One replied I think theyre down that isle I replied isle 4 or 5?. He responded that isle. My friend entered the store saying they dont have any. While exiting i told them in thier spare time they need to walk the isles to become acquainted with their inventory. I was told to leave the store that I was rude. I told them I was stating fact. Americans hate the trurh and love the lie. Well I dont lie. For myself or anyone else.

All I can say is just bad experience to shop there Cz staff is very rude, n think every person who comes in will steal, and all stuff is not that worth to buy its quality is not up to the mark to spend.

Seems like they have always something cool to buy.

I use a walker so if I dont use the walker Ill use the cart at the store to able to walk, but here they have an area closed of to carts because they think everyone is going to steal their make up, so I couldnt look in that area without the cart, and what was closed off was what I wanted to see, so we baught two things we already had a I swear I will never return, only place where thats happaned, the 99cent store on first and grant.

I like this store because they offer a lot of items, and theyre priced okay.

Great place for little nick nacks or some arts and crafts stuff also has plenty of hardware stuff and cosmetics batteries and reading glasses all at a very reasonable price. Very inexpensive.

Someone told me to come here to get some cute mask. I picked out 4 of them I was going to give as gifts. They were $3.99 each. I left them at the counter with the cashier while I looked around to buy other things. She was opening up the mask and when I asked her what she was doing she said Oh! there were rhinestones missing on those ones you picked out so I replaced them for you. I said well thank you..thats nice of you, I appreciate that. Ya! Right...when I got home and looked all 4 masks were missing rhinestones and not just a few. She switched the goid ones and gave me the bad ones. How tricky of her.

I felt sorry for them because its really hard to even get to their store. Then the owner lady got all excited about makeup in my basket. I dont why when she watched me the entire time I was shopping. Plus I have gray hair. And money. Their selection sucks. I used to shop here all the time. Not really any point in going anymore.

Shortage, if not excess, amount of shaved ham. Hie am I supposed to ham? Ham me and ham you? With no ham? For really? My uncle is a developer, hams and digital hams. 98 hams? No sir, more like 98 reasons to have ham delivered by handy man with ham that hasnt seen its first winter. A spring ham, if you will. Ham? Hahaha. Yes. Ham.

Lots of stuff there but nothing I really want or need

This is my favorite dollar store to find those little useful gadgets, home goods or party supplies for unbelievably priced low that you cant find in the big chain stores.

Decent product for the price...

They have a lot of selection but a lot of things arent marked and you have no idea how much they cost. Everything is not .98 cents and personally I think some things were overpriced, but in fairness lots of places do that. You can not use a credit or debit card unless you spend at least $5.

This place has the best variety of party decor I have ever seen! Nothing is 98￠ but I dont mind considering their inventory. Plus this store is very clean, organized and the check out lady in the front is very nice and didnt hesitate to answer my questions.

Not your typical dollar store! Daiso (a Japanese dollar store) sells a certain brand of eyelash curler and this is the only place nearby that I can find one. When you’re a loyal customer, you’ll do anything. The store is very clean and has great selections for all types of occasions

Everyone knows you cant return anything at a dollar store. Get over it!

Amazingly large inside. Party Central with tons of unique and cool party items. Lots o fhard-to-find large pots and pans. Lots of household items, rugs, kitchen utensils. Clothing. Plants. Crafts. Serving and glassware. Food, etc. Stop by and be amazed

Lots of items over $1. Short selection of foods. Some items that you can buy under 25c in a supermarket are $1 here.

This place is pretty awesome. There is a huge section of craft and party stuff. They have everything from a light bulb to a tire inner tube for a bike. Prices are fair.

Horrible services manager Yvonne or von is terrible, she would not let me exchange something that I got three days before still in a bag for a different color. She said she needed the receipt, first of all the receipt does not tell her what was purchased, is a credit card receipt only the total is on there TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I called the store inquiring of return policy, incredibly rude female hung up on me, after accusing me of shoplifting, simply because I was asking. Claimed owner is not available, which is doubtful, and turned on fax machine so I cannot call back. The return policy is not posted in store, and its 3 days apparently. More expensive than all other dollar stores in town. Called 6x to reach manager to complain about this employee who did this 4:09 pm on 4/20/ 19. Female employee, called until 4:28pm. Rude. I thought I had shredded my reciept and was asking if they can search video if I bring my pos from my bank. She stated, what if I tell you its deleted nightly. Sarcastically. I asked is that true? She said is it true youd shred a reciept, why would you do that? In a she insulting tone, imagine a hand on her hip, and a mocking tone. I then got insulted and said I dont know who you are, but you insulted me, what is your owners name, contact info, and I want to complain. Hung up on, fax on, and no answer. I am livid. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I found my reciept, but there is no reason to treat me like that. Not every customer is stealing from you. To treat as a liar, and a stealer, says something about the people you hire, and who you service as clientele. I called at 4:55pm. Talked to Isabelle the manager apparently who hung up on me. THE MANAGER! She got belligerent again as I started to say to her speaking to people accusing them of stealing or being unethical off the bat is insulting and she hung up on me, refused to give the owners contact information, interrupted me as I spoke. Called back, and fax machine was turned on again. I am so angry and insulted. These are horrible people. Why do they think they can insult people this way. No wonder they have a 3 day return policy, if anyone actually speaks to them, they will be treated with the worst customer service imaginable.

The people writing these reviews must be friends and family. Besides the illegal stuff they sell the customer service from the men is horrible. You can tell they abuse their wives by how they talk to the women and female customers. Not to mention the language barrier of them not speaking English or trying to understand they just scream and raise their voice. The things I here they go to California to purchase the crates so its no difference than other places except the roaches that fall on you when you come. I would AVOID this store by all means unless you want to bring home some critters. I had to give it a 1 star because it wouldnt let me give a negative -5.

First place to shop, then goto walmart and or grocery. Check it out, see the product line, many are name brand. I rather pay a DOLLAR vs two or three dollars.
