Good service high price

Vanguard has terrific Service people, they really took care of me today, Service manager was excellent, I really enjoyed talking to her. They also helped me find a rental car to get home for the weekend, while they worked on my Mack Anthem tractor.

I had a truck problem and they fixed it fast. They are very professional and efficient. I will tell everyone. They did an awesome job to get me back on the road

Thy are very very highly expensive. They charge me 655.89 usd just for the moblile and filter change. Original volvo filters and conventional oil. They charge me 2 hour labour which was 249.00 and misc chrges 24.90 while parts amount was 349.42 usd. Its better to prefer speedco for an oil change.

Couldnt be more helpful. I have been having a problem with a coolant leak. I pulled in to see if they could find it and then fix it. While they were putting my truck through its paces, I went up stairs to shower, bring your own towel, and do my laundry. Nice TV room. On the whole, a nice facility. Well trained, knowledgeable mechanics, service and parts people. You have a Volvo or a Mack that needs experienced techs, this is the place to go.

Great customer service

Very nice experience with this shop and young mechanic who was working on my truck. Everything was fast and honest, they do some welding on dpf housing that was cracked, instead of replacing, like some other shops would require. I will come back for any repairs here definitely.

Had a DEF problem. Got right in and fixed same day. Nice people, good mechanic.. thanks for geting me in an out.

Great place got us right in and repaired. was even able to get a shower while we waited, shower was clean, however the hot water has a lot to be desired. they definitely need to increase the water temperature.

Had an air leak on my firewall manifold. In and out in less than 3 hrs. Mike Lawson took a late lunch so I could get on my way. Thank you Mike, I sure appreciate that.

ATTENTION!!!When you pay for the hose that sold by meter, DONT ask these guys to cut it, cuz they NOT gonna give you the rest of the hose...stealing is NOT good...

Do not ever take your truck to this place, they are liars and thieves. My truck went broke down over the road and unfortunately I took it here, the job was supposed to be done 1-2 days max, its been 15 days!!!! My poor driver has been stuck over there with my truck in which I have inquired too much expense for a 2 day job. Now I have to paid additional for my drivers time lost and I lost on load income of 15 days including fuel, repairs. So basically this is a triple negative income loss for this trip due to the negligence, bad service, rip off, lying VANGUARD TRUCK CENTER. By the 15th day when they finally repaired my truck, of course payment was a ridiculous amount. They send me a credit card form, I filled it out as per their request then they tell me they need a T-check for the amount. How can I get a T-check at 6pm in the afternoon for over $3000. Otherwise they would not release my truck, what happen to the credit card form I sent them!!!! Unreliable, insufficient, thieves, bad service, liars, thieves!!!! Stay away from this truck center unless you want to give your money away and loss your truck for 15-20 days then go ahead. Unless, your truck is on its last leg I suggest you push it yourself and find a better truck center!!!!

No complains about the repairs. Repairs were done in time and properly. HOWEVER...... the driver was instructed to drop his loaded trailer in the dealers yard. After the repairs were done, the trailers landing gear was found sinking in the asphalt where it was parked. They managed to get it out of the ground, but they decided to charge me for this $250.00. Because they did not prepared their property for the type of equipment they intend to service, I have to pay and fix it. (a fic that can be done with 2 bags of premixed concrete from Home Depot for $20.00 i got charged $250.00)

They are worthless on Landstar inspections. Don’t waste your time. They tell you over the phone to show up it’s first come first serve but when you show up they are down 3 tech and can’t even get to you today. It’s a freakin inspection people. It takes 30 mins tops. I just think they don’t care for Landstar’s business.

By far the absolute best Volvo shop Ive been to! trust me Ive been to a lot of them LOLThese guys even came in on their day off to get me out of here!And you just dont see that kind of service these days in too many businesses! Actually had fun and laughed alot with these folks !Thanks again Tim and the boys!

DO NOT do business of any kind here! Totally fraudulent ! 🎯🎯🎯 The staff here are REAL CON men they will manipulate anything to steal money from you! I have proof and a lawyer. They will tell you items are under warranty then charge you for the work after the fact with out a written estimate! And repair or add not needed items, incorrect diagnostics, or extra towing charges to your invoices with out explaining the 48% markup on charging your tow bill with them. DO NOT GO HERE!

Honest people diagnosed other issues great to have facility in hometown to have truck worked on from office,parts,service,to being able to talk to mechanic and service writer at same time clean facility inside out,this is where my Volvo will be serviced worked on thanks Vanguard

I was never told to make sure my tralier legs was on the concrete slab there for i ended up paying an additional 350 for the holes in the asphalt. They are definitely scammers!

Tim in service did an excellent job keeping us updated with the truck repair...the repair bill was priced reasonably for the amount of work they did on my truck....I totally recomend this dealer if you have problems with your Volvo truck.

Just like all Volvo dealerships if you have any problems they will try to guess what part is the problem and then theyll keep changing parts till they maybe get the truck fixed. :-((

Well they have been working on my work truck sevral times and for days at a time, not only do they not fix the problems but i get the truck back with more problems
