Fabrics That Go is Awesome!!! The customer service is amazing too. My little girls were given swatches of fabric to make their own purses. All of the associates we kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We had a small mix up when picking up fabric, but they took care of us and straightened everything out right away. I would highly recommend them and will shop there again.

Sales associate was very helpful. She let me browse, then cut samples for me, and helped me to have an idea how much fabric I would need.

Lot of nice southwest and vintage fabrics! People working there are really nice as well and made my day really awesome! Just make sure you get your fabric cut at the table (youll have to wait a bit if its busy but its worth the wait!)

I found Fabrics That Go when I first moved to Tucson in 2011. A quick browse turned into a marathon. The quality and range of stock can be overwhelming but it is worth digging for the treasures that are to be found. I have had fabrics that I would not have found any where else. The collection of buttons is peerless. You have rejuvenated chairs for me and now that I live in Scotland you are still the first place I look for inspiration and something different. As a college aged male I appreciate how much these employees make me feel valued. I appreciate them and their assistance. As an adult man I recognize that they are busy. I was in line for 5ish minutes as employees work diligently. They greeted me kindly and were effective in communicating. This is the best fabric store in Tucson.

Ive been to many upholstery stores over the years but, this store is above and beyond anywhere else.From contemporary to vintage, from trims to fringe this place is a one stop shop. The service at fabrics that go is very hands on and personal. I was very pleased with my purchase I was able to find a vintage silk fabric perfect for a jacket. The process was quick and easy and I had no problems at all. Thank you fabrics for helping me find exactly what I needed.

Im still fairly new to the Tucson area and have shopped at Fabrics That Go twice. Both times, the associates were immensely helpful, friendly and they certainly know their fabrics! The selection is amazing. I could spend hours here, dreaming and drooling (only figuratively). The owner is a remarkable woman and a pleasure to chat with.

Great variety, pricier than I expected but found what we were looking for. Had to ask for help when ready, which wasnt a problem but that along with the feeling of discrimination, to the point where one of the employees was speaking to us in broken Spanish as if we don’t speak English AND having to ask for a bag for the items bought... Not going back, thinking about it makes me regret supporting this business.

Any color or pattern you need they will have. On-site seamstress Jean wowed us with our project both in time finished and craftswomanship! No exaggeration, if your looking to customize anything with fabric, this is the place to go.

A couple of years ago, I needed new drapes for the living room. Lets just say that the old drapes had seen better days.Well, not only did the Fabrics That Go people make me new drapes, they made drapes that offer something that I really cherish: Privacy. I close those drapes and nobody, but nobody, can see through them. And I like that.

We went to several fabric stores before coming here. This is by far the best place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable....and friendly! A young man named Matthew helped us and he was exceptional. He took the time to answer all our questions and went out of his way to help us. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased fabric here to recover my dining room chairs. They calculated the amount that I needed, which was a bit tricky to figure the pattern repeat, and cut the foam cushion for me.They made the process very pleasant, and the selection is fabulous!

I happened into this fabric store while accompanying a friend who was looking for upholstery fabric. While browsing I came upon an exquisite textile that I envisioned would look lovely as pillow shams and bed scarf for my own bedroom. The couple who own the store have been in the business for at least 50 years and are extraordinarily knowledgable about how to proceed with the project- as were then people that they have trained over the years. As a matter of fact all the people who assisted in the choices and recommendations were gracious and helpful in bringing about the final project.The issue of customer service is a two way street. Personalities interact in many ways as does caring, consideration and respect.My project was finished quickly and expertly and looks fabulous-- just as I envisioned. And its amazing to be served by folks who truly know what they are doing- despite what might be quirky on any given day. A life long commitment to fabric and fabrications is much more than you would find in any chain store. A Mom and Pop operation carries its own charm and were fortunate to have a little taste of that old world commitment here in Tucson. BTW, my friends upholstered bench was also completed expeditiously with great results!

Very rude manager and doubled price of sunbrella fabric we found everywhere else! So happy we didnt buy from them! Disappointed with the service and experience and would not suggest it.

We had a very well-loved and used sofa and loveseat built by Stickley that we wanted recovered. We asked several friends if they could recommend anyone, and their first recommendation was Fabrics That Go. We were told they were expensive, but that the quality and workmanship was definitely worth the expense. So, we found some wonderful fabric in their spacious showroom, and arranged for our pieces be picked up while we were on holiday thanks to a neighbor. The sofa and loveseat were returned several weeks later, and greeted us when we walked in the door. We just has one reaction: Wow! The workmanship at Fabrics That Go was amazing. Their pattern matching of a very difficult design was flawless, and we are so very, very pleased with their work. Their pick up and delivery was spot on, and working with them was very easy. When the time comes to get any other piece of furniture recovered, this will be the ONLY place we will go!

Wehad our dinning chairs recovered and two large pillows made. We could not be more pleased with the results. A perfect ten. Jean was most knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select fabrics that went with our exusting fabrics in the rooms. Fabric selection was great, prices were reasonable, and work was completed in a timely manner. Love this place.

I dont live in Tucson. I purchased several pieces of fabric. When I got home (100 miles away) I realized that I was charged full price for one of the pieces and only got half of it. I am pretty bummed as I cannot just drive the 111 miles back to get this corrected. Though they have a great selection for my needs, I wont be back. I am in Tucson every few weeks and wont bother with it after reading these reviews.

Fascinated by the huge variety of Southwest und Guatemaltecan decor you must take your time to stroll around in the different salesrooms. You can relay on a steady service. So all in one: Fabrics that Go is the leading home and fabric supplier in southern Arizona.

This place has a vast variety of fabric for home decor, vintage lace, and buttons. I could spend hours here just looking and dreaming. Staff is very helpful.

We purchased fabric and asked for a referral to an upholstery business. We paid several hundred dollars up front, which we understood to be a down payment for the upholstery work. The store owners were not explicit (clearly OUR mistake) about the money but who charges several hundred dollars for a referral in Tucson? We later learned that the store owners took this money for themselves for the referral and never passed a dime to the upholsterer. Will NEVER purchase another inch of fabric from this store.

If you need good fabrics at good prices this the place to go. They specialize in upholstery fabrics but have an interesting assortment of other types too.

Went for the first time after reading the reviews....This place has a huge selection of items to choose from so bring your tennis shoes because you will walk through room after room of products. I was cautious because of the negative comments but I found the people to be very pleasant. One of the owners is an older gentleman, he knows what he is talking about and very direct and to the point, to the point of telling instead of asking but he sits in a chair by the desk and puts in his comments.....its just manner and given his age its really okay. You just have to have a bit of understanding and respect for his long years. His wife is soo pleasant and everyone else was so willing to help....they were busy with other customers, but if you let them know that you are in need of help you get it, especially from the adults there. The younger people are helpful but the people who own and have been in the business kick it up in service and knowledge. Give it a try, keeping in mind that the older gentleman has been there a long time and deserves respect, If he tells you, you dont want that, and you really do no harm done =) Hes a good guy once you start talking to him...and the rest well they are just so helpful and informative.

I am always looking to support local businesses and in the process of decorating my home, I was looking forward to having some custom drapes made. My experience here was awful, I have never been treated in such a manner regarding customer service. The lady I requested a quote from took my name and number and said she was too tired to help me at the moment and she would call me eventually. She also stated that the fabric I want is not something she would want to look at everyday and that she has been in the business for 60 years therefore my opinion doesnt matter. I even read the reviews before I came and thought I would give it a shot since it is on my way home, boy was I wrong.
