WORST customer service. Called on phone about hydraulic hose. Was told if not in stock they would make it for me. Drove 30 miles to get there. Found 2 parts employees. Told me not only dont they have it, they cant make it! Told them person on phone said they could. They stared at me like I had 2 heads and said nothing. NEVER COME HERE!

Called twice today. 1st time I was transferred to parts guy says Parts, what do you need?....I told him, he replied some gibberish and said hold on, Immediately disconnecting me. I called back, same drill, this time put on hold for 12 min 38 seconds before I decided to hang up. Terrible customer service. I will buy my part online. Thanks for nothing RDO.

I was charged $346.84 to tighten a drain plug on the outside of a john Deere 240 skid steer, which I brought in for a leak..Apparently it took 2.3 hours, no parts, but was charged tax.

RDO John Deere is by far the WORST dealer I have ever dealt with . They will not return phone calls when your trying to buy a peace of equipment, they dont know what inventory that they have . I even went in to the store to buy some parts I needed for my John Deere 35D excavator, and the guy at the parts counter did NOT even look up the part i need and said I WONT help you and then told me to get LOST .all I needed was a pin for the bucket .I would NEVER recommend buying anything from them .
