Very cool shop in the very old section of the Old Pueblo (aka Tucson AZ). This shop was small but very cool. Lots to look at, especially the Kachina dolls and the amazing Horse Hair pottery. You have to see it to believe it. The prices were very reasonable for such incredible craftsmanship! Parking was easy. Check it out and then walk the downtown area for some food and drink.VictorB

Sure to find a trinket or two in these cozy shops that are all linked together so you dont have to step back outside in that heat or rain. From jewelry to purses, paintings and soaps. Everyone is friendly letting you browse but never hovering. Plenty of street parking free on Sunday, be careful not to park in the museum parking lot. Lots of signs warning you not too.

Interesting open-air atmosphere (read no air conditioning). Limited menu with several vegan options. Food is fairly good although not terribly plentiful for the price you pay. staff professionalism and friendliness is hit-or-miss. I wanted to like this place more, but it just didnt meet my expectations.

Unfortunately the place is losing its charm. With no real advertising in the places needed its not putting itself out there to the people that supported it and took it to the top in the past. Its historic and should be advertised in that manner. I dont understand why they would bring in a tattoo shop and are letting there only in store jeweler leave.I feel if they dont look at the overall picture and act on it they will lose it

Good food and great selection of local beers. Cool shopping areas but a little frustrating. One reviewer commented “you could get lost in there”. Now imagine doing that with a cane or walker or wheelchair; running into shops with stairs and no railings. Shop keepers very friendly but no two could agree on best way out.

Pros: the courtyard is really nice. It would be a fantastic place to have a cup of tea.Cons: bad services (this may depends on your luck. We had a new waitress who didnt know what she was doing.)food was below average. For the amount of money we paid (25 dollars for lunch for two) I expected something more. The salsa was not fresh, we had to pay for the chips (which are usually free in other Mexican restaurants), and the guacamole was not seasoned at all.Its a tourist spot. If you want to buy some jewelry, art pieces, and have an unauthentic Mexican meal, then its not a bad place.

Nice gift/art shop with lots of variety, mostly related to Tucson and the Southwest. One of the store owners chatted us up and gave us some interesting history facts about the building and the surrounding area, as well as some of the artists showcased on the store. Very friendly, and not too touristy/cliché.
