I went in a few weeks ago and it was some of the worst service I have received. I’m not sure what the young girls name is, Alice? She was rude and did not know what she was doing seeming as how she overcharged me. Any other time I’ve gone in, Julie helps me and I have no problems l think the other girl needs a career change.

The service was good, employees were nice BUT the person who was behind the counter at the mail section was dressed inappropriately (provocative) and unprofessional! It was strange to me that she was allowed to be on the job dressed like that! I would have given 5 stars otherwise!

I chose this place to mail my Christmas gifts because I read reviews saying they strictly enforce their mask policy so I felt it was a safe place to go. They also had the front & back doors propped open so there was good air flow which I really appreciate. They have a wonderful selection of unique gifts and ornaments. The employees at the post office we’re very nice. I would definitely shop here again.

Such wonderful and SAFE service! Im thrilled to see local businesses standing up for our health and well being in these trying times! I know wearing a mask isnt the law, but I feel so much safer going into a business where I know theyre looking out for the health and well being of their staff and patrons!

Apparently just dropping off a letter at this location requires wearing a Face mask. If this location is handling USPS mail as a subcontractor then they cannot hinder this Federal transaction. There is no Nationwide mask mandate, there is no State of Arizona mandate and Tucson Ordinance number 11767 (June 30, 2020) has specific Exemptions on page 5, Section 2.While I understand the passion there has to be mutual respect and understanding. This is NOT an essential business and its better to have a professional dialog before jumping to conclusions.

Caring and friendly staff and great service. Do yourself a favor and visit CardSmart. I always find parking right up front can can run in and make quick work of picking up a card or mailing supplies, or dropping off a package.

Absolutely love the people and their shop. They have the coolest trinkets in there. And I cannot stress the appreciation I have for them showing me how safe they are and how much the care about others by ensuring others wear masks. I will always shop there. Thank you Cardsmart and employees

I love this little shop. Its so convenient. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful. Its great to be able to mail packages without having to go to the Post office. I was a little unsure about going today with the recent spike in coronavirus cases but was really relieved to see a sign on the door requesting customers cover up. I thought it very prudent and showed concern and care for the customers.

Great shop to find cards & special gifts, also a post office. Awesome staff that can help you pick out just the right thing. Very courteous and one of those places you know the staff actually enjoys their job! They go that extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied!

I went into the shop the other day to mail a few packages at the post office kiosk in the back of the store. I made it about half way back when I was stopped by the clerk asking if I had a mask. I do not wear masks because 1) I dont believe in them. 2) I have a documentioned medical condition. I have a card and everything. Anyway, I told the clerk I did not have a mask and I had a medical condition. I was told, so what. So do I. This is why you need a mask to be in here. Mask up or leave. So, I left. I went to the Speedway on Sunrise and KO lb and mailed my package, no mask, no problem.Yall. Masks are not the LAW. And a little bit of research will tell you the dont stop the spread of COVID. However, they DO cause the wearer more health issues.I understand the clerk wanting to follow the proclamation. I understand feeling like wanted to protect their health. However, if you mask is the end all, be all, why do YOU care if I am wearing one if you have yours? That tells me you dont believe they work, you just want to be a Karen.At the end of the day, if I would have been offered an option, like most places,I would have been fine, but the attitude was do it, or leave. So, I left 🤷🏻‍♀Unfortunately, because of this, I will NEVER go back....and I will tell all my anti mask friends, too. (The facebook group I am in has over 5000 people)

I was pleased to find this little mom and pop place. They have nice discouted cards, not the usual generics. A lot of the gifts are made locally, not from China, which is a plus. I do feel sorry for the owners, while I was there they were getting harassed for their mask policy....its a little store, you need one. Especially when the post office in there gets busy. Dude, its a privately owned business, go somewhere else if the mask is a problem.I hope this place can make it thru covid and cranky customers, it is good to see family owned businesses still hanging in there!

Ive been to this location two times. Will never return. The first time, the worker was making disparaging political comments towards a customer who had just walked out. I figured several months later, this employee might be gone by now. I returned the other day, and the employee yelled from the back of the store that I needed a mask. I tried to tell him I would tell him why Im not wearing a mask when I got to the back. He interrupted me yelling over me he required a mask. Very disrespectful! So I yelled back that I cant wear one due to medical problems. He rudely talked over me and said he has a mask for me. I just left. Very disrespectful and rude.

I love this little shop! Its the perfect place to get a special, unique gift for someone. Cant beat the price on cards and its so convenient having a post office in the back. Great customer service always a plus!

I was so upset yesterday. I went in to see if they had a tree willow of a girl with a cat for a gift and I stood In line and the cashier completely treated me as though I was invisible and took another lady who came up much later after I had been standing there for quite sometime. Totally disregarded me. Not sure why but really hurt my feelings. I wish people had better Customer service skills.

Great family friendly small business in Tucson. Post office is so convenient just remember they only take cash or checks. The gift shop is full of cute new and vintage gifts. And come on 1/2 off all greeting cards and gift bags and tissue. You cant go wrong with that. Gift shop does take CC and cash. But again not post office they only cash or check.

Very cute shop with lots of different little trinkets and gifts for just about any occasion. The owner is amazing and a very strong woman and the environment has a good feel to it. :) get your cards/gifts here!

There is a USPS service desk inside the shop, so occasionally Ill come here for postal services (such as dropping off outgoing packages, purchasing postage & other mailing supplies).

A USPS office in my neighborhood! Beats going to Rincon station!! Super nice people always friendly and helpful!!!
