I bought an “expensive” bottle from here, when it was rang up to purchase, there was no price. So the clerk then said “100$” for the bottle & he’ll throw in some hot wheels for my son. Later when I got home, I looked up how much that specific bottle sold for, & that was a $45 bottle. I went back the next day, & the same clerk gave me TWO bottles, & refunded me $5. He felt really bad, and even prayed that he’d see me again. #1 liquor store in Tucson, I highly recommend!

The extremely limited selection combined with the price gouging makes this place one horrible liquor store. The prices are extremely outrageous: $375 for a Blantons that cost $60 at Total wine and $130 for Weller special reserve that goes for $30 at Total wine. Its hard to believe this place stays in business.

The owner of this shop tries to steal money from you be careful. Always ask for an itemized receipt! Here and there he tries to steal money from people who are not paying attention. Today had I not asked for a itemized receipt he would have gotten away with 15 cents. I know it does not seem like a lot but when he does this to everyone it adds up! Plus his food quality is very bad and is always out of stuff and even sells stuff that is old and out of date. Very bad place to buy stuff other than beer and cigarettes but youd save more going to 7-11 then here. The store is always dirty as well and he is never seen cleaning it. Most time when we go in he is sitting down doing nothing when there is plenty to be done in this store and does not even come over to you when you are at the counter. He stays on his phone a lot and ignores the people that are coming in to his shop.

Although I have previously shopped here many times, I will never forget the time I was in desperate need of water and was refused a cup of it. My partner was having a heat stroke and I ran in and said that I needed water and it was an emergency. The clerk refused me water and said I had to buy a bottle of it. I reiterated that it was an emergency and he literally got mad at me and said no free water.

The owner is friendly and will help you find what you need.
