Friendly and helpful staff, clean professional store, and actually some really nice items in stock. Not the lowest prices in the game but you get what you pay for and it seemed like an honest establishment with good people running it. Will happily return here in the future to support this business

I found my new favorite pawn shop that has friendly people selling quality products. I have purchased 2 handguns and currently have a rifle on layaway all brand new and great prices. I also purchased a power inverter for a price I was looking for without having to order on line.

Its a great local pawn store. Ive pawned stuff there. I also have purchased goods from the store. The owner and employees are really polite and respectful.

Juan was very friendly & helpful. Unlike some other pawn shops in town, we were greeted promptly every time we entered the store, which is clean and orderly. I was purchasing a handgun, and Juan was careful to clearly walk me through the entire process and was knowledgeable about each if the handguns I looked at. I would definitely recommend both Casa Pawn in general and Juan in particular.

I’ve been shopping 🛒 at most every pawn shop in Tucson for high-end men’s watches without much luck 🍀 until going to CASA PAWN, where I found an immaculate Tag Heuer Aquaracer chronograph. It barely had a blemish on it, and was complete with all the watchband links and box with original paperwork.Besides the great selection of watches, they had an extensive selection of computers, tools and guns that were all in excellent shape. Many items I’d seen in other shops were in far lesser shape.Mark and Juan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the items in the shop. Juan knew quite a bit about the laptops. They even took down my name and number and promised to contact me when they get watches they think I’d like.MOST IMPORTANTLY - I purchased the Tag for about 40% of what the identical model was selling for NEW on eBay and mine looks like new!!!Finally, you can check out the others - BUT before you buy - go to CASA PAWN. As a rule I dont praise pawn shops but in comparison to the rest, this shop is fantastic. At a different shop, for a special item, a professional microphone, I was told $300. No discussion. No I wish we could do more, just a total lack of interest in my situation. They are predators and we are meat. Give us the least possible value for our cherished items knowing full well many will not be in a position to reclaim. Once again a microphone by AEA, a 1200 dollar mic. They said 300 and this shop asked what I needed. I said 600 and they said yes. They are helpful and fair. Please go here instead of the terrible alternative.

Casa Pawn is the absolute best pawn shop around! Don’t go anywhere else, EVER! Their prices are fare: firearms, electronics, jewelry and etc! The jewelry is personally hand cleaned by the young lady working there! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They also communicate with their customers to ensure the absolute best customer service possible. I’ve pawned a watch, purchased a handgun, and paying off another handgun in the next month or so! I plan on only doing business with Casa Pawn from now on. Gonna get my wife a ring from here, get a third and fourth handgun from here, a shotgun, a rifle, maybe even an Xbox one, a Nintendo Switch, and possibly a few televisions! Love it every time I go to Casa Pawn! But, I wish y’all were open on Sunday! 😢

I do not usually frequent pawn shops to often but some times you can find a great deal, and I have been very lucky with Casa Pawn. I have purchased a laptop and a bicycle from them and I have been very satisfied with my purchases and would definitely go back to find other items. The service was very good, friendly, and willing to work with me on pricing. If you are looking for a good deal on a good selection of items I would suggest taking a look here.

Very friendly staff. Inside the store there is a relaxed atmosphere without anyone pushing you to buy anything. Never crowded because they only let a few people in at a time. This place is very clean and I highly reccommend this pawn shop over any other one in the Tucson area.

I stopped in twice to look at an item. I wasnt pressured to buy. I was given adequate time to look and try different options before purchasing. My girlfriend used to work here way back when it was super pawn, no doubt Casa pawn is better. I pawned my PS4 here got it back zero interest first time which was awesome. Im very happy with the experience that I had yesterday, I took my son just to look at guitars (we had checked out other pawns without any luck) as soon as we arrived staff welcomed us with a very warm greeting. My son fell in love with a guitar and also a fantastic amp. The staff all enjoyed watching my son play the guitar and he has such a wonderful time. Seing my son interact with the staff and the staff happily engaged with my son, made me realize they truly care, we are not just another customer for them. Defetenely I highly recommend this store. The staff are professional and very nice. The owner (I think he is from body language) is very professional and wanting to help the customer not to mention that he is always there to supervise. I haven’t bought anything but I pawned my pistol for this free-first-loan offer and I can’t lie, everything went smoothly even though I was not a citizen which took a little bit more time for the background check. There’s a difference between a business and a company. A business is self serving it’s there to sell something that you need and charge you money for it. But I assure you it a business there to make the money. The company is close to a business because it as well has to make the money or else how would the doors stay open. The difference between them is the people who work there and what is most important... the money or the customer. If the customer or the people are what’s most important then you can call yourself a company. CASA PAWN is the best pawn that I have ever had the pleasure of doing “business” with. The fine gentlemen that helped me there was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. I have never felt more satisfied about the way an establishment and its people treat their customers. I bought ear buds yesterday and the staff was real helpful and nice. I returned the ear buds because I found them on sale at Walmart but they were understanding and refunded me my money and even offered to lower the price on the ear buds to keep the sale. Unfortunately I already bought them and didnt want another set. Overall my visit was good and the shop is organized and clean unlike most pawn shops.The staff seemed a little stressed around the manager which made me feel a little uncomfortable. The manager looked up the pricing at Walmart before refunding my money and told me he wasnt seeing the deal I got in stock at any Walmart which made me feel like he thought I wasnt being truthful about what I told him. He couldve checked after I left to Maintain the professionalism. Im sure he meant no harm but things like that make people not return to a shop.

This place was clean. However right when I walked in I was immediately asked what I was looking for then got followed around like I was gunna rob the place. I did find something there I wanted and put it on layaway that I didnt know they had so that was cool. But ya I dont like being followed around the store I felt pressured to purchase something. Maybe that was thier intention, but I doubt it. Maybe a word of a dds vice to them.(not everybody wants to rob your store, some people just want to take the time to look without a salesman standing eight next to them asking what do I want the whole time, Ii want to be left alone! Is what I shouldve said)

Hey I had things in there 4 almost a year-and-a-half I do believe. They were always courteous they were always friendly and they did not try to take my things. I was going to be late because of my pay days buy three days at one point two days at another and they said they would hold it no problem I just paid the interest when I did pay it up and they were happy. This is a wonderful place and I would definitely and will do business with them again
