It was our first time there and the boy was super friendly. We got quite a bit of hay and he was a trooper loading it in this 100+ weather. Great staff, lovley business and fair prices we will definitely be back!

What happened to your hours??? Why are you opening so late now? Most of us in the valley work the hours that you’re open... even if we get off work by 5pm, with traffic, it’s unlikely that we can get back in time before you close. I’m sad to have to look for another feed store because you won’t open before 10am.

I absolutely love Western Hay Sales very friendly open 7 days a week. If they dont have it they will get it for you or find you something equivalent to it. Good quality hay I wouldnt go any other place.

I always get my propain there because its the cheapest place to get it. And Nick even loaded my tank for me! They sell all kinds of feed and some other cool things not feed related.

Real good hay the price is great

This feed store delivery service was horrible not only did the say they were delivering my hay one day but then change it to another day if I didnt call to ask where they were I wouldnt even know they changed the delivery day. The person who runs the delivery part Misty need to learn how to do her job. Several time when calling her she didnt even know what customer she was talking to and was very snappy about it when I corrected her. She also made very many excuses for why my hay wasnt delivered yet . On top of that then when I called the last time she told me there was a minimum hay bale to be delivered to my place when she never mentioned it before this customer service was unexplainable. I myself have managed many of feed stores and I would never have treated my customer so poorly. I will not be going back to them and will be telling all my friends in the livestock communitys not to trust this company.
