Truly love this place! I work in a vet hospital and sometimes I don’t have time to eat and their shakes hold me over for most of the day, I love how I walk in and Kyle already knows my usual order, which saves me time. Great customer service from everyone there :)

These meal replacements are amazing. Ask for their secret menu. PB&J and Chunky Monkey are my go-tos but if I want a refreshing taste I go for the Orange Cremesicle or Pina Colada.

Usually have a great experience when Kyle is working but Employee Lauren needs a refresh on service practices, and asked for a large and was given a small shot of juice in a huge cup of ice . ... hopefully you can get what you pay for......

Love this place. I stop at least 5 times a week for the shakes. If I need any type of supplants there price are fair and competitive vs large chain store. The owner Mike is very welcoming since the day he has opened the places.

I got to tell you Im never tried this place so I went in and I got a shake it was a little bit pricey but it was supposed to be a meal replacement so as far as that goes the price wasnt bad the gal was super nice she said if I didnt like it she would make me something else great customer service there

Hands down the best place to get nutritional shakes to your liking. Multiple options to choose from including vegan protein. The place also carries a large line of supplements and vitamins. The staff is very knowledgeable and can get you the correct information on their products to help assist you. Love this place!!

Heres a little shout out to the guys at One Stop Nutrition, Tucson AZ - Lets just say, Solid customer service!What I like most is they seem genuinely motivated in educating their customers on ways to improve overall health and quality of life.  They are always helping me to have a better understanding of the different products, so I can determine what is best for me.The prices are extremely reasonable too when you consider all the ancillary services - In other words they bring to the table lots of expert product knowledge, making them what I call your very own personal trusted nutritional partner.I do highly suggest trying one of their nutritional shakes or walking over to their fresh pressed juice bar.Anyways, I would recommend One Stop Nutrition to anyone serious about health and fitness as the quality of their product does speak for itself.

We came across this shop by searching for smoothie locations nearby. The staff on hand were friendly and willing to spend a great deal of time answering questions. The smoothies are more geared towards people who have fitness goals in mind with a wide range of macro options and an added bonus of taking into account the micros. The smoothie that I got was good in flavor and ideal for a late night snack to keep the hunger away (perhaps a good replacement for a casein shake). There was no chalky taste, no artificial taste. This is the type of place that makes functional flavorful and helps to curb the perception that if its good for you it has to taste bad.

I like this place. The staff is knowledgeable and the smoothies are really good. Most of the supplements are reasonably priced. I got the slimmer smoothie this time orange raspberry flavor.

I went in for a shake and ended up buying a couple different supplements. Michael was very knowledgeable. Store super clean. There is so much misinformation about supplements its hard to know what to buy. This place has it figured out

Visit 1(opening week): rude and slow service. Shake was average. Bananas were not ripe.Visit 2 (about a month later): still rude and slow. After waiting 7-8 minutes, I walked out without being greeted or placing an order. They were not busy at all.Visit 3 (today): franchise owner was present. Did not greet me for at least 5 minutes. When he did, he was rude. I walked out without placing order.I will not return.

Always friendly and make suggestions if your unsure about menu options. Every shake Ive had has been GREAT!!!

The best smoothies and nutritional shakes anywhere! This place has the best selection of Pre-Workout / Post-Workout / and Energy supplements in Tucson. Not to mention Protien, the best selection! I would highly suggest you find this place if you are getting ready for Football season, if you are a biker, runner, soccer player ANYONE who wants to optimize your training and workouts. If your going to put in the work you might as well optimize your nutrition to get the best results possible. One Stop Nutrition is the spot. Period.

Great smoothies, just a tad pricey. A post-workout protein shake will run you 6-7 bucks, but you will not be disappointed with the product! Theyve got some good low carb options and a bunch of different add-ins that you can select from (ie. Glucosamine, aminos, extra protein, creatine, fat burner, etc) to tailor your drink to your needs.

Stopped by this morning for a smoothie and it was great, less than $7 and super fast. It was a meal replacement shake made with a base selected by me, chocolate, and energy boost. Kept me going from 8am until about 1pm and I didnt experience a crash.According to MyFitnessPal it was about 220-250 cals with 50g protein but 49g of carbs. I did notice a low-carb option on the website so Ill try that one next time.
