Dr. Moore is very dedicated to her patients who are hearing inpaired. She provided me with the most comprehensive hearing test I have ever had a worked with be to ensure my requirements for hearing aids met the Hiest standards. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone who requires hearing assistance.

IT wasnt to o hard. I let them know I was there and someone came out shortly and took my hearing aids inside. A little while later she brought them back outside to me. She was very friendly and asked if I needed anything else. I didnt, so I left..All there was to it.

Dr. Corbett-Moore is an excellent provider who I have referred my own patients to. Recently someone who just needed a repair went to another office and was told that she just needed to get new hearing aids and was quoted $7,000. This patient contacted me and asked where to go, and I recommended Sonora Hearing. Dr. Corbett-Moore found that the defective aid in question just needed a receiver replacement, which probably cost her less than $200. The patient was ecstatically happy with the results and now knows where to go when shes in Tuscon (which I believe is now her permanent residence).Thanks, Dr. Corbett-Moore, for being such a fantastic, ethical professional!

Im a patient of Dr Moore and couldnt be happier with Sonora Hearing Care. I work in an environment with constant, high frequency noise and felt like it was affecting my hearing. I was able to meet with Dr. Moore and have custom ear plugs made that cancel out much of the sound but still allow me to have conversations. The earplugs fit well and I can wear them all day without any discomfort. I suspect they could be used for a variety of different applications. Im extremely glad I found this office and would recommend them to anyone!

In my estimation one star is one too many. So I will take it away, so now there are none. Not one thing went right. We wasted time, wasted gas, wasted breath, because someone didnt do their job. I was not prepared for them to be so unprepared.

My mom recently bought her hearing aides from here as her Costco aides were not helping and her confidence in the contractor there was shaken. She has been extremly happy with every aspect of the process at Sonora. Dr. Kristy Moore was thorough and very knowledgable about her options. They offer free batteries for 2 years and service/maintenance for 3 when you purchase through them. The cost was almost identical to what she paid at Costco and these have been much more effective and the support is MUCH better. They offer classes for cleaning as well as one for utilizing better communication skills. Julia teaches these and she is wonderful. Not only was it a welcoming atmosphere, but she taught us a lot. We started using some of her suggestions immediately and it has already made quite a difference. Thanks to everyone in the office, including reception who was just lovely. We look forward to seeing you next time!
