I needed an emergency plumbing service to replace a broken main water valve in my condominium. I saw online that Temperature Control provides emergency service, so I called them. The receptionist said she could send one of their plumbers out the very next day and quoted me a price. The plumber Joseph was on time and replaced my water valve so that once again I have water. He was friendly, professional, and knew his business. He charged me the quoted price and Im very happy with the result. I plan to use Temperature Control for all my plumbing needs in the future. A fair company that does excellent work.

I could only check one box above about what I liked about this company, but all of them apply. When I called to schedule, staff pleasant, competent. I was able to get an appointment the same day and was given a 2-hr window. Technician/company contacted me a few times to let me know when tech would arrive. Received a text with techs pic and email when tech was on the way and he also called personally, Tech, Danny, was very thorough and explained situation with possible options for repair/replacement. Price for visit was reasonable--$79--and that fee will be applied to the cost of any repairs later on. Very happy with the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C repair.

Daniel came out to our home today to do the yearly maintenance on our A/C unit. I was blown away with his attention to detail and the information he shared about maintaining my AC. Today he taught me how to clean the coils on my AC and it is something I will do moving forward. In addition he also took the time to add insulation on the line for the AC which will help my system work better. I can add a couple more things he did but trying to keep this review simple. This company is great and Daniel is an awesome Technician. In my experience here in Tucson I never used the same company twice. I will continue working with Temperature Control in the future, very impressed. A+, 5 stars, perfect rating in my opinion. Kudos to ownership for having such good/knowledgeable staff.

Several months ago we had Donovan come out to give us a quote in a new AC system for our home. He was very professional and the installation crew was excellent! We are very pleased with our new system.Recently we had an old AC system at our retail store quit working. We contacted Donovan and he responded immediately and gave us a quote on replacing the AC unit. He worked with the installation crew to expedite the schedule because of the extreme heat we are currently experiencing. If we could give this company more than 5 stars we would! They are awesome!

I had been looking for a good company that installs AC. I had contacted several companies in town who had given me outrageous prices. I didn’t wan to go thru another summer with my old swamp cooler. I had one last company to try and it was Temperature Control. Albert came to my home, inspected it and told me the type of AC system that I needed to cool my house and how much it was going to cost me. The price was on point as I was able to afford it. As my AC was being installed, I also needed a water heater. I contacted other companies and ALBERT came through for me again. So once again I had Temperature Control install the new water heater. I have only good things to say about this company. Love my new AC and new water heater. What a difference!! I also had a problem with my electric panel outside…. And I called them to help me out. They took care of everything. All the permits and whatever needed to be done. Now I have an upgraded electrical panel that is done the right way.Temperature Control employees were always knowledgeable, on time, and respectful. And, most importantly they gave me a much better warranty than the competition!!! Can’t beat that these days! So in my book, they get an A+++! I really like this company. I met them at the home show and they were so accommodating as I purchased a system but my house purchase was delayed by the realtor, They have kept their word and have made good on all the promises made. The technicians are always friendly and professional. Just recently when may system stopped working abruptly they arrived on the time and the problem was solved quickly. (Darn pack rats). I would highly recommend them.

This is a very well run company. John who gave me my quote for replacing my water heater also gave me some advice on another issue I was having.0n installation day Eddy and Time were on time and did a professional installation in 2 hours. They both had great attitudes with made the 2 hours fly by.I absolutely recommend Temperature Control for any plumbing needs you might have.

My wife and I were camping for a few days, came home on Sunday, 104F outside, 94F inside the house. AC was running with hot air blowing. Oh no! Called four places, three of which could not come for days to check things out. Temperature Control said that a tech could be at our place between 5 and 7 that night so I set up the appointment. Less than an hour later, their tech, Dean, called to say hed be there in 15 minutes! He arrived, diagnosed a defective capacitor and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and the company!

Hubby got home before me and the AC had stopped working, house was at 90 degrees! I called Temperature Control at 5:01pm and they quoted me a time between 6pm - 7pm, already impressed. Then this amazing technician, Tony, showed up at 5:40pm! By the time I got home at 6pm he had it fixed and was ensuring the problem wouldn’t happen again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. We’ve been using them for years for routine maintenance but this is the first time we had an urgent need and they excelled at responding to the call! Highly recommend them!

I was able to schedule service within 24 hours of calling. The service techs were very informative and explained what the report was telling me, something I havent experienced in the past. Hired this company to do an AC inspection. I was able to get on the schedule the same week, on the date that I needed. They provided a phone call 20 minutes prior to arriving. They were on time, through, and provided a report within a couple hours. I would highly recommend.

We came home from a camping trip up north and our a.c wasnt working. The house was 90 degree. We called and they told us a tech would be our between 7 pm and 9 pm . our tech showed up early and solved the problem. It was actually pretty simple. He charge us only for a service call. Didnt try and tell us we needed parts or any further work done. He did say our unit is getting older (14 years) and we may want to think about replacing it. But did not pressure us at all. If and when we do put in a new unit we will definitely go with this company.

Danny came out to give us a second opinion after another company told us to just replace the entire system. He was so nice and genuine and so professional. I paid for the repair for my mother’s AC. The service tech that came out was pleasant enough and got the unit working again. The issue was simply a bad capacitor, not an expensive or time consuming repair (I’ve done these a number of times on my own units.) They charged over $300 for a $20 capacitor. I understand markups for materials, but this is excessive enough that I wont be using them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Two stars because they got it fixed quickly, at least.

It was great from the start with my estimate from John Mancini. Some people said I paid to much but when Tim came to Install it I knew I made the right choice. Their work was fine but the issue was simple and they charged a Lot of mmmkoney and I stupidly paid for a service plan. Dont fall for it. Ask how long the work is warrantied for when you call. I paid over 500 extra and have nothing to show for it.

Tim and his helper did a great job installing clean out and hydro jetting the pipes. They were respectful and kept the place clean while doing a dirty job. The problem did not arise until the end. I had spoke with mr Mancini about the job and he told me we could do it all on a 24 months no interest schedule. I told him yes that would work so I could afford the job. The day of the job he tells me that I should have set that up ahead of time. Hey I don’t work for your company and I don’t know how your payment plans work. It makes me wonder what they do when someone needs a new A/C unit. Oh you didn’t arrange financing after we told you we could take care of that. Sorry you need to put that on a card. I was lucky to have the credit available. If I had known ahead of time I wasn’t getting the financing I would have waited to do the job. Employees great Management sucks.

AMAZING! Recently moved in, thought I should get an AC Tune up. Daniel was my tech and boy was I lucky. Ive never had a more knowledgeable and thorough tech! Took pictures and notes for my records, assessed the unit based on age, coils, freon etc. The before and after pictures showing how filthy it was alone should make it run better. I highly recommend Temperature Control, Inc. - you will not be disappointed.

Due to my being a new owner of the condominium I did not know where the condensation line was but I suspected it might be the reason there was a water leak above the tub. The took a look & cleaned it out for today but let me know it will be a problem again down the line. I reached out to TempCon early on a Monday morning. Literally within minutes they called me to schedule an appointment to diagnose the problems with my heat/AC unit. They had a tech come out a few hours later. He was presentable, professional and very knowledgeable. He did his best to help me understand what he was doing and why. He was able to show me what had happened with my unit and explained it in simple terms that I could understand with little background knowledge of these units. The pricing for repairs was very competitive and they offered financing. What really sealed the deal for me was the warranty and discount on other services such as maintenance and plumbing. They scheduled my appointment for repairs while the tech was still there. The appointment was not weeks out either, it was only two days out... Needless to say, I am very happy that I chose Temperature Control, Inc for my heat/AC needs. They have earned a forever customer in me!

Timely and professional, but very expensive. Installed 2 under sink water supply lines for $168! Took him about 20 minutes and $20 worth of supplies and materials. These guys are reliable but not cheap.

Update - So they didnt fix the putty on wall when they came out back(just fixed myself). Turns out when they installed tankless water. They did not turn water softener back on after install.Okay service, not impressed so far. They only fill the holes they put in the wall, do not cover the actual repair of hole made. Be prepared to do work after install.

My AC failed in 113 degree weather on a Sunday. Jeremy and Justin came out earlier than expected. I had called about a dozen companies and was fully expecting to be price gouged. I was prepared to hear something like its your redavinator and cataphortus and will cost you $800.00 to fix. None of that happened. They showed me a picture of a wire that had shorted, repaired it and had the unit working in less than an hour. They were courteous, honest, efficient and professional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I enrolled in their maintenance program because of the value added of the program. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I have been a customer for 7 years and have enjoyed their great service with Danny during this time. A couple of months ago, my A/C died and had TempCon install 2 HVAC systems. On June 16, one of my AC units went out. The temperature outside was 113. To make matters worse, I had nine members of my family arriving the next day. I contacted a company to come out and look at the unit. The unit was over 17 years old. The tech did what he could to make the system operable. The next day, I contacted a friend and asked for Shawn Davis’s contact information. All I knew was my friend trusted Shawn. I had no idea what company he worked for. Shawn came to my residence, looked at the system and confirmed the obvious. He took the time to inspect the temporary fix and advised it should limp along. He also offered to come back, if the fix failed. He recognized I had guests in my home, to include my parents. My wife reached out to two AC companies for an estimate. After the initial estimate, and a brief education on Arizona and AC units, I selected Lennox units. I asked Shawn to come by and provide an estimate for the same units. Shawn said his company, Temperature Control planned ahead and possible had the units in stock. The next day, Shawn verified the units were available. He sat them aside for us. I was very comfortable with Shawn and Temperature Control. However, my wife wanted to do due diligence and check one more company. Shawn advised that with such a large purchase due diligence is important. We met with company rep. His first comment was the units we want may not be available. He made us aware of some things he deemed important. After meeting with this individual, I contacted Shawn and let him know we were going with him and Temperature Control. Shawn took time away from his family to help us process required paperwork.On June 28, Temperature Control personnel showed up to install two AC units. They were on time, explained what they were going to do, and how long it would take. During the install, an additional crew showed up and assisted with the install. Shawn stopped by to check the progress.On July 2, Ben came out and conducted a quality control inspection. He also was tasked with helping me set up my thermostats. He was very patient and professional.On July 13th, Julian came by and performed the duct work. He was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing, and provided a detailed explanation of the duct system and air flow.During a brief visit to the office to take care of business, I dealt with a member of the office staff, she was very helpful and immediately scheduled Quality Control and Duct Work. She let me know Temperature Control would take care of getting the units under warranty.From start to finish, Temperature Control and it’s personnel were very professional. At no time did I ever feel like my wife and I were just a number. Shawn and Temperature Control made us feel important. No high pressure sales or negative comments about competitors. Today 4/23/21, a service technician, Danielle Van Eckhoutte, from Temperature Control, came for a spring maintenance checkup to insure my AC was in its best shape and performance for the coming summer months. My HVAC system was installed by Temp Con in 2015 and was delighted with their product and service.Today, Daniel arrived promptly at my home, went through an exhaustive check list of points regarding current status of my unit. My a/c went out during the week that every day broke an high heat record. Within 4 hours of my call an HVAC repair technician arrived at my house. Unfortunately, and I knew this to be the case, the compressor had gone out on my 24 year old a/c. We talked about the available options and determined a new variable speed Trane was the best option for our home. They are not available for Installation for three days but have provided us with a portable air conditioner in the interim. Professional and responsive. I highly recommend going with Temperature Control, Inc.

Ill keep this brief, but be wary of this company. The technician that came out, Jeremy Oliver, was extremely unprofessional. He started out by smoking a cigarette with the AC panel open, and the blower going. The entire house smelled like smoke the rest of the day. He left his cigarette butts on the roof. He didnt check any gauges, he just told me that I will have to clean the coil, otherwise it will continue to ice over. He insisted he did a $479 dollar cleaning job for free. His cleaning entailed 5 minutes of spraying on some coil cleaner and washing it off with my hose. I spent the next hour cleaning my coil with a fine brush (SEE PHOTO - Half of what I pulled out of the coil). The A/C iced over the next morning. I had another company come out and they found the A/C unit was 2 lbs of refrigerant low. He showed me the gauges. After adding 2 lbs, the A/C unit is working perfectly and has been.I called and asked the front desk if the tech had checked the refrigerant levels. She said the manager would get back to me. I get a call, from the technician Jeremy, asking me why I called the company and told them he didnt check the coolant levels. I asked him if he had checked the coolant levels because it was 2 lbs low. He responded by telling me he defrosted and cleaned my entire A/C unit. He then ended the conversation by threatening me with a $479 invoice. I spoke with the manager, who assured me this is not how they do business. He told me that the technician claims he checked the coolant levels; however, there are no notes about it the levels from his visit - so there is no way to prove he did not. I have the entire recording and sent it over with the picture to Jason, who told me this would be a training experience. I have not heard anything back from the manager or owner. Not once did I mention the $79, and not once, did they did offer to refund me the $79 after I had to pay an actual professional $250 for the coolant. This is not a way to do business.

It was HOT and I had my 3month old grandbby over...soon as a tech came 5 min later my apartment was feeling Soooo Nice and Cool THANKS!

Danny provided great a/c maintenance and repair service on our two units. Extremely conscientious and diligent. Briefed me on repairs and answered all my questions. I’ll ask for Danny in six months when things need to get ready for winter.

I had a new system installed. I developed a leak in my roof after their install. After a month of phone calls and trying to get someone to respond to the problem, nothing. They dont call back as promised. They havent made any attempt to correct their damage.

Had the aging ac unit on my home go out at noon with the outside temps well over 100 degrees. Called these guys and was on thw schedule for later that day. Called back in 20 minutes and said theyd be there in 30 minutes. Tech was on time and ready to work. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made repairs same day. We will likely need a new unit very soon and Temperature Control will be our first call when we are ready, or not ready(stupid machine) lol.

Danny was great, very good at helping me understand the situation with my unit, and at recommending ways to maintain a good comfortable temperature during this hot summer season.

I asked them to look at my AC unit and provide an estimate for why it’s blowing warm. Before the tech even told me what was wrong, he showed me the payment options and said this is what it would cost. Sure enough, that was the option for $1800 (including 8 years of maintenance which I did not ask for). I told him I was very confused by the quote, he asked, “I thought you made the appointment because you wanted it fixed?” After voicing my complaint (I wasn’t shy about it), I declined. After he left, the tech called later to say he could do it for much cheaper. Talk about pressure to upsell!

Wife and I woke up to a cold house at 55F called Temp Control right away they scheduled to get it looked at. Danny V. Is the tech they sent out and a very knowledgeable guy, explained everything thoroughly. Did not pressure us into buying things that were not needed. Best part of all is that he Fixed our furnace issue got heat working again, and was very Professional!. Will stick with him for upcoming maintenance and any Furnace or AC repairs needed!

To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadnt thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. So far were 2-3 weeks in with the system and its operating great. I would recommend this company quite enthusiastically to anyone looking for a new heating/cooling solution in their home.

Eddie was the Temperature-Control technician, replacing my outdated water heater. He arrived on time, completed the installation and cleaned up quickly. Eddie was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. The price was reasonable. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Tim of Temperature Control, inc was in charge of my plumbing issue today. And I appreciate the job that he did. After he replaced my faucet, he tidied up some with the shop vac. He explained the work that hed done and how long itll last. They charge by the job, not by the hour. Still, he was done in about two hours for a very reasonable price.Based on this experience, Temperature Control, inc will always have my business and recommendation.

Emergency situation: I requested a call through Angies List and almost immediately received a call. That was the start of an excellent series of service calls to unblock drain pipes, hydroclean the pipes, install a new back flow valve and, finally, install two new toilets. Excellent work, professional and good communication throughout.
